I have been through a lot in this life...

Turned inside out...

Over and again...

So many times that I am unsure at times if outside is turned in...

Or if inside is turned out yet again!!!

Leaving me to constantly feel the need to watch my back...

And even that is not good enough...

Because watching my back has left my front AND both sides exposed to attack...

While at the same time being turned inside out again...

Or outside in as it were...

Or upside from down...

Or just around...

And around...

It' is not over yet...

And there no is telling what may come next...

So all I can do is what ever I have to to stay head above water..

Which is another story of its own!!!
