Something changed in Nova's eyes. It's like the color choose here, right when they set foot in Beacon Hills. Nova was reborn, she rebirthed the color red, it was new, fresh, joyful, it was on fire just like her.

A whole day went by and no one called for them. No wonder, they threw their phones away and casted a spell on themselves, so no one could locate them. And to be honest, they have never been happier than right now. They were young, free spirits, they could do whatever they want.

After they escaped the school and walked miles away, a car came out of the darkness. They weren't afraid of a stranger, they were more afraid of the person who could drove the car, like sheriff Donovan or Mr. Saltzman. The teens would be grounded for life, though their parents won't notice a thing. Nova's parents would probably be mad at her for disturbing their praises daughter from her rough training.

But for their luck it was just a random dude who was hot for girls, for his unfortunate his disgusting fantasies won't be fulfilled today, because one of the two teens was one of the strongest witches ever to exist and was also a werewolf and vampire, though her vampire gene wasn't completely activated yet.

They both put on an innocent smile to lure him out of his car when he came out and started to say pick up lines after pick up lines, after the third pickup line, Nova couldn't no longer hear his disgusting voice, so she manipulated him to shut up and made him drive them to one of the closest motels near by for a slumber break. They stayed over there, of course the guy slept in another room.

In the morning he drove them further away from Mystic Falls, doing whatever they wanted, most of the time Nova didn't even needed to manipulate him. Though she looked like a teacher's pet, she, at least, had the charm of a Mikaelson.

The guy, also called Jack, opened the roof of his car at some point and let the girls have their moment of freedom. One of the reasons why the two girls needed him was that no police officer stopped them because they were underaged. The two girls laughed a lot, sang to the music on the radio, and threw their arms back to feel the air rushing past them.

They felt free. Free from all of their problems they had. Who needed a family, am I right? Nova definitely didn't need hers, they didn't care about her anyway, so why destroy the one opportunity to see the world because of them. They only took care of Hope anyways, After all Nova's family probably only wants Hope, why do they need a second child?

Back in Mystic, Hope paced up and down her room. About nine days ago, Hope wanted to ask her twin sister if she had seen her antique books that Kol had given her for her 14th birthday, but she only found a tidy room and a letter with a clean and beautiful writing on Nova's bed, what she recognized as Nova's handwriting.

As she read through the letter, she didn't took it too seriously, Hope threw the letter in some corner of her room, after all, she didn't need to worry about her things getting stolen because she didn't shared her room with anyone. After all, she was the first born of the Mikaelsons new generation. But when five days passed by, she began to feel bad, her stomach twisted and she couldn't stop thinking about it. After seven days, she was very worried and after nine days she lost her mind.

She has lost her little sister, although she is responsible for taking care of her. But she was busy worrying about stupid things, like when she will train with her father again, of course, on her own, and when Freya will teach her a new spell, that alone as well, as well when she's going on a trip with her uncles, alone again without her sister. Instead of worrying serious about her sister.

She was gone, like she was swallowed from the ground, she decided to give a visit to New Orleans to let her family know about her missing twin.

"We will talk to her about it if it's bothering you, but right now your mother and I have to attend a meeting with some .. werewolves", her father spoke for everyone and just left.

She looked around confused and understood next to nothing, but then she got an idea. Hope called Jana and invited her to her home.

"Awesome, didn't know you were a Mikaelson," Jana spoke her thoughts aloud and looked around.

"And Nova, after all, she's my twin sister," Hope corrected her, hoping that they would come to Hope's question a little faster.

"Wait, Nova is your sister, I thought you were cousins ​​in some kind or something like that," Jana said, confused, causing Hope's heart to break.

"Do all people think so?", Hope asked herself and felt even worse for her sister.

"About that, I heard that she's staying at your house with Amal? For, you know, catching up on things that happened in summer" She asked bluntly, lifted up a perfectly shaped brow.

Panic spread in her, but she tried to stay calm. Maybe her dad knows where to find her after hearing Jana's answer. What if she was kidnapped? That's why she never made it to Jana's house, or what if she's already dead, because no one looked after her.

Hope called her father immediately and of course her parents came as fast as they could because their princess called after her parents.

"I'm sorry, but Nova never arrived at my house or even told me about staying at my house", she repeated herself for the parents of the Mikaelson twins and went home afterwards.

"Maybe she's just throwing some tantrums and will be back in two days", Kol said and didn't even think about the bad incidents that could happen in that time.

After three days nothing happened, the whole family stood in the living room and thought about it. They tried their best. Hayley tried to search for her daughter with her werewolf pack, Marcel had troops of vampires look for her, Freya, Davina and Hope tried a location spell, but it was mysteriously blocked on every attempt.

"She's a fourteen year old child, she can't fight, can't do any witchcraft or can use her werewolf strength, she's all alone. And maybe she could have been kidnapped", the mother of the twins said out of fear and hung another sentence to her already long speech , "she could be dead by now".

This one last sentence from the hybrid mother broke the hearts of the Originals family, what have they done?

Little did they know Nova taught herself everything, how to use the witchcraft and how to do some things like how to use the manipulation on risky situation. She did all that at the age of seven, when she began to notice she was the black sheep in her family, when she noticed she was the forgotten twin.

While everyone believed Nova would still be in New Orleans or Mystic Falls, Nova and Amal were ,after nearly two weeks, at the other end of america they were already in Nevada.
