Xander nods. "I see, I see."

The tom turns away and leaps upon the pile of trash and rocks. "Everyone gather 'round!" he yowls. It wasn't that necessary though, as pretty much every cat is gathered around already.

Xander stares down at me. "We will have a new member amongst us," Xander tells the Clan. "His name is Acorn. He defeated Splotch in a fight. He has talent, and shows a lot of courage and bravery. Acorn is going to become a fighter, and I wish to train him. I am growing old, and I want at least one more novice before my time runs out." Xander smiles a crooked smile. "You are dismissed!"
