"The Festival: Part 2"

Eren

People are dying because of me. It's all my fault. Armin.. is dying because of me.

I put my hand over Armin's wound, "Armin! Stay with me, don't close your eyes" I said and tried to keep the blood from coming out. That's all I can do.

But it shouldn't be. Why did this have to happen to me? Everyone I love is in danger...some are already gone.

Sasha. Connie...I'm so sorry.

I looked over in the corner of my eye, Hanji was hiding behind Erwin, and there was a low light shining on her face. What was she doing?

I couldn't see from here, but I could hear her give out our location....the police! She was calling the police!

Levi..would have no where to run, he would be caught here. That is, if they bring the SWAT team and bigger forces.

"Now.." I heard Levi say in a deep tone and I instantly tense up. My breath grew heavy as he grew closer to me, taking more steps.

"Let's try this again. Eren. Get up, and come with me, or I kill another one of your friends" Levi said.

I couldn't move. I was frozen, bound to the ground because I would rather stay put than to go with that...that monster.

I like- no- I used to like him. Before I found out he was some...crazy psychopath!

I didn't move. "Ah....." I tried to speak, but no words would come out. I was terrified just to be in his presence. How could someone fool someone else to be in such a situation like this?

It was insane! It was-

"Nothing huh? Well, let's try again" he said and pointed his gun at Reiner.

I flinched at the sound of a gunshot and closed my eyes. "No! No more please please" I said and held tightly onto Armin.

I didn't have to look over to know. He shot Reiner. The yell from Reiner in the background was ear defeaning.

"So now. Get up." Levi said and I looked at Armin before removing my hands. They were bloody, all because I was trying to stop the blood from seeping out of Armin.

I finally looked over, I was correct, Reiner was shot in the abdomen. They were fatal wounds. Someone could die on their way to the hospital and it would be my fault.

I shakily started to stand up from Armin.

"That's right..What a good boy you are. Come on-"

"No." Mikasa said and stood in front of me, glaring at Levi. "If you want Eren, you have to get through me" she said and took off her jacket, throwing it to the blood stained ground behind her. "Eren. Use that to tie around Armin and stop the bleeding."

"Mikasa-"

She didn't answer me. It's as if she was bound to give up her life for me.

Mikasa

I will do anything for you Eren. I've been so depressed and so at a loss of life without you in mine. I won't lose you again.

I clenched my fist and put my right foot forwards, and my left foot behind me, centered, pushing into the ground.

"Are you crazier than me? One bullet will-"

"HELP! SOMEONE HELP US!" I yelled but stared him down as I did it.

"Tch. You bitch-"

And with that, I had him distracted, thinking as if someone had heard us from the festival. I brought my leg up with one swift kick, and I kicked the gun away onto the ground.

His glare turned murderous, he held his wrist and looked at the red mark my foot had given him.

(Start playing the music here, make sure not to go too fast or it may be out of sync! :) )

"Eren. Whatever you do. Don't interfere"

"Mikasa sto-"

"DON'T INTERFERE" I yelled and then it started. I know I might die, but if it's to protect Eren, I will do it.

"Let us help you Mikasa!" Erwin said.

Silence was my answer.

I don't want anyone else to die, no one else to get hurt.

It's too much to handle. He's never going to give up, no matter who's in his way.

He'll keep on killing and his rampage will never stop until someone puts an end to it.

"Well. If you're so eager to die..I can arrange that" Levi hissed and he started towards me.

He sent a hard kick towards the side of my face, but in the last second, I managed to bring my arm up and block it.

"Ah!" I yelled at the burning sensation of my arm. I grabbed his arm and then threw him off me.

Levi

I have to say. She's different than the rest. She must have had some sort of training in defense for her background. But still..I won't tolerate anyone getting between us!

•Fight! Fight! FIGHT!•

I grabbed her by her waist and pushed her to the ground. She got up, but when she did, I was ready.

I grabbed a fist full of her hair and slammed her head into the tree. I couldn't help but giggle.

"What's wrong? Fight back" I kept hitting her head against the tree.

Bam. Bam. Bam.

She swung her elbow back towards me. She hit me in face.

Blood trickled from my nose and I looked back over. She had a bruise and blood trickling from her head. She tried to move forwards but wobbled a bit.

As if her brain was trying to stay conscious.

Wait. Someone grabbed me from behind. It was Erwin.

He lifted me off the ground and I quickly sent a hard kick in his stomach and pushed from his grip. I kicked out his legs from under him and I put a foot on his back, grabbed his arm.

I stared right at Eren when I did it. "AAAAAAAUGH!"

A loud crack was heard. I broke his arm.

"Erwin!" Hanji yelled and ran towards me, I turned around and whipped out my spare dagger in my back pocket.

She didn't have time to run back before I stabbed her in the side. "Now. Get back!" I yelled and kicked her to the ground.

Mikasa suddenly made a staggering run for me and swung a punch. I dodged it and retaliated with a swing of my dagger. It left a slash on her cheek.

I laughed and grabbed her by the throat, slamming her to the ground.

I held the knife to her neck and she grabbed my arms, attempting to stop me from stabbing her throat.

I grinned and pushed down harder.

"STOP!"

Eren yelled at the top of his lungs and I looked over. With a blood stained shirt and hands, his hair blew in the cold wind that surrounded us.

(Piano should start to be heard here)

Eren

"Stop...Levi please. This isn't you" I said and looked over at Mikasa. Just hang in there Mikasa..please.

Levi finally got up, kicking Mikasa in her side and having her hit the side of a tree.

"Please. I...I still love you Levi. I do. Just. Don't do this anymore" I said and I held out my hand towards Levi.

"Just. Come to me, and we can go away from here. No more killing" I said and looked at him desperately.

"Please" I said. He looked at my hand and then to my friends around me. Wounded. Slipping in and out of consciousness.

Tears ran down my face as I looked at my mother in the back of the car, far away from the fight, and then back at Levi.

"...Oh? Oh really?" Levi said and then he glared at me. "I don't believe yo-"

"You're special to me Levi..I know you can be better than this." I said.

"Just take my hand...please." I said and held out my blood stained hand to Levi.

He didn't move for a bit, but he suddenly started to take steps towards me.

But not before picking up the gun Mikasa tried to kick away.

I smiled at him and held out my hand further, he slowly extended his arm and our finger tips touched, until I laced our fingers together.

"See...we can still be together. Forever remember?" I said and I held onto his cheek.

I leaned forwards and I softly kissed him, pressing my lips against Levi's. A shakey breath escaping my lips as I held his hand and leaned back.

"Eren.."

"Yes?"

(Music picks back up)

Levi

"I...still have doubts of your loyalty" I said and I put my arm around his neck before setting the gun to Eren's head.

"NO!" Mikasa yelled and so did Armin who was too hoarse to be heard. He coughed up blood from that one soft yell.

"AHAHAHAHA! Don't you get it? I CAN NO LONGER LIVE IN A WORLD WITH YOU PEOPLE IN THE WAY!"

Footsteps could be heard coming from within the trees.

"I'LL KILL EREN! AND THEN! I'LL KILL MYSELF!"

The footseps stopped and the figure looked at the commotion.

"THIS! THIS IS OUR HAPPY ENDING! YOU'RE MINE! AND ONLY MINE! NO ONE ELSE CAN HAVE YOU! NO ONE!" I grinned and pushed it against his head.

Bang.
