"Well, if it isn't you," sneered my ex-best.
Even though she's only over 14 feet away from my friends and me, she was still waaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyy too close towards my face. My Senpai just left and he didn't even notice me when the bird left him and those swooning adolescents by his side. (T^T)

I scoffed. "Yeah. It's me. Why the hell did you throw that paper airplane at my head during class?! Although, I do have to admit that nice plane before was amazingly folded and it looked better than what I can d— OH MY GOD!!! WHAT AM I SAYING?!! Look it was terrible, okay?! Terrible as... hell!!" I shrieked, my face burning.

The bird laughed. "Why thank-you for that random compliment. I really needed to hear how amazing I am," she flicked back her long, silky hair before laughing once more. "I mean, Colty-baby even appreciated my handmade gift I gave him. Didn't you see his face? It's obvious he's totally into me!!"

I clasped my fists tightly before angrily treading towards the bird. I hated it when she'd call my Senpai Colty-baby. I hated the way she always thinks that he's into her. I hated her.

"Piper! Wait!" cried Anda from behind. "Now's not the time to fight! We've still got class in the next few minutes."

"Little Miss. Li got a point, Pipe," added Will. "And besides, you owe me another jelly straw if you take another step closer."

I hauled in my tracks. My cheeks was sweating hot and I knew I couldn't waste my jelly straws to Will. He'd asked for another one the next second. I could always kill the bird another ti—

"Yeah, take one more step closer, rusty Pipe," snorted the bird. "I'm always ready for a fight, again."

"DON'T YOU CALL MY RUSTY!" I shrieked, lifting a foot before realizing what I was doing.

Control yourself, I thought. Control it.

I focused my piercing eyes on the bird's for a good few seconds and gently placed my foot down in its previous spot.

"Well, if you're not going to come at me now, I guess we can settle this some other time," smirked the bird. "I'm sick of looking at your ugly face for this long so, I'll take my leave then." I observed as she spun around on her heal, hair flying and hand raised.

"Ta ta," she sang, sauntering away like nothing happened.

I take another step closer.
