Chapter 95

I grabbed Dean by the Arm. "Dean stop it okay he's gone. he got me out of here, the only thing he left me was this." I grabbed the note showing it to Dean. "What does he mean you owe him?" Dean asked, I shrugged. I saw the bag in his hand and nodded to it. "What's in there?"  I asked him. "Fresh stuff for you Sam helped me pack them since I had no idea where you keep your clothes." Dean passed me the bag. "Thanks, Dean." I walked to the bathroom with the bag. "Kaylee, what happened?" Dean asked through the door.

"My oh-so-called Mother kidnapped me, drugged me, and threw me in a dungeon," I told him while getting dressed. "What?" I heard Dean say just before I opened the door. "Yeah crazy right?" I said sarcastically. "Im fine you don't have to worry I'm out, I'm here and glad to see you." I had my hands on his shoulders. Dean moved me closer into a tight hug. "Im glad you're okay," he whispered into my ear. Packing up my clothes was fast so just ten minutes later Dean and I were on the road to the bunker, while Dean was driving I sat next to him but soon felt how tired I was, the roaring of the Impala made me think of the good old times when we arrived Dean gently woke me up shaking my shoulder. "Wake up Kaylee we're home," he whispered, I opened my eyes and saw the old building on the side of the Impala.

Getting in I saw Sam sitting in the library. When we walked into the bunker, he got up, heading toward us. "Hey, are you okay?" Sam asked, carefully hugging me. "Im okay. Being in hell imprisoned by my alleged mother was awesome." My voice was sarcastic, and Sam immediately understood while talking. "Well, im glad you're okay." he smiled before letting me go. I smiled, but his eyes also showed a slightly worried expression. "Sammy I'm fine okay you don't have to worry about me." I smiled at him, Sam nodded his head.

I showered and was finally fresh when Sam walked in just as I read a book. "Hey, what's going on?" I asked, looking up from the book about linguistics. "Im worried about Dean," Sam said, closing the door behind him. I placed the book down when Sam grabbed the chair from the table, pushed it closer to the bed, and sat down. "You're worried that the mark makes him go even more crazy?" I asked, and Sam nodded. "It's getting worse, Kaylee, and I want that mark off him." Sam sounded determined. "Sammy, please be careful." I looked at him and saw something in him that meant he had already started something. "Sam, what did you do?" I asked. "What do you mean?" Sam tried to play innocent. "Don't fool me. You started something to get the mark of Dean." I snapped in a more calm voice.

"Okay, yes, I may ask Rowena and Charlie for help." Sam finally admits. "Sammy, he is not going to like this. You're risking your life dealing with somebody like Rowena. I just came out of hell because she kidnapped me, and you're making deals with her?" I got loud when Dean peeked into my room. "Are you okay?" he asked worried. "Yeah yeah, im okay. Sam was leaving anyways." I said, looking over at Sam, who got up from his chair, moved it back to my desk, and left my room while Dean wished me a good night, closing the door. As I was about to fall asleep, somebody stormed into my room. It was Sam, and he seemed to be in a hurry. "Kaylee, you have to come Charlies in trouble." That's all he said before running into the hallway. I jumped out of bed, dressed in sweatpants and an oversized jumper, grabbed my shoes on the way out, ran over to the library, where Sam was waiting for me at the stairs, and followed him into the car.

"So you had the book the whole time?" Dean asked while he sped down the street. "Dean." Sam and I said at the same time. "Lied right into my face." He continued angrily. "He did that for a good reason." I snapped from the backseat. "So you knew about the book too?" Dean asked, looking over his shoulder. "No, I knew he was trying to get the mark off you, nothing more." I snapped back. "Also, what book are you talking about?" I asked, and Sam told me about the book Charlie found. "Great, so somebody wants the boom found out Charlie has it, and now they are behind Charlie?" I asked. Sam nodded.

"I swear to god, Sam, if Charlie is hurt, you and I aren't talking, you understand." I snapped, not because I was on Dean's side of this, but only because I was worried for Charlie's sake. "I thought it was the only way to free you from the Mark, so I grabbed it," Sam explained while Dean yelled at me. "I made it clear how I felt," Dean said when I interrupted him. "You realize how much you changed and took on the mark?" I asked. "Dean, Charlie loves you, we will love you, and she does that for you," Sam said. Dean growled something staring out of the windshield as he drove into the town and onto the parking lot of a Motel. Sam, Dean, and I jumped out of the car with weapons in hand and ran into the open room.

"Charlie?" I called, but there was nobody in the room. Sam called her name as well; when I looked over where Sam stood in the bathroom and when I reached the door, I saw Charlie dead in the bathtub. "No, Charlie." I teared up, seeing her covered in blood, lying there. I didn't know what happened after that.
