Chapter 56

Finally, Dean told me he could see Charlie back in the office corridor. "Well, this is awesome," Dean grumbled. "She out?" I stopped mid-game to lean over to Dean. "Yeah, you know what? New Plan: from now on, we stay in the van and send in the 90-pound girl." Dean said. I smacked him on the shoulder. "Thanks," I said with a scoff. "Not you, Kee, you're not even 80 pounds," Dean told me. "Screw you, Dean." I snapped. "Dean, every chomper on earth knows our face. How many do you think are in that building? We wouldn't make it past the lobby." Sam said, rolling over to where Dean and I were sitting. Dean sighed. "Yeah, I know. That doesn't mean I got to be happy about sending in Veronica Mars." I giggled when I heard Dean compare Charlie to a detective, which she is doing for us. "Shell be fine, or we go in," Sam said, and I nodded. "Hey guys." Charlie's voice over the com was loud and clear. "Charlie, we can hear you. What's up?" I asked after plugging me into the conversation. "Im sending you all the flagged dig files now," she said. I quietly cheered. "Charlie, you are a genius," Sam said with a big smile. "I know it's a problem." Charlie smiled. I could hear it in her voice when, suddenly, Charlie talked to somebody else who was with her; Sam, Dean, and I shared a look but stayed silent until Charlie was back. "Hey guys, are you still there?" she asked. "Yeah, What the hell was that?" Dean asked. "Oh, just my manager, the monster," Charlie replied; we all got worried immediately. "Leave," Dean ordered, but Charlie stayed put. "I got to act normal. I told him I was working. Let's finish this." Charlie said while Sam and I went through the files Charlie had sent. We found a package being delivered here today for Dick. "When is it gonna be here?" I asked. "crap, around now, it's landing in a private airport," Charlie told us; Sam, Dean, and I looked at each other, and we knew we had to grab it. Sam and Dean went to the airport while I stayed with Charlie. "Okay, Charlie, I'm still here, alright, so don't worry," I told her through the Mic when I heard a gasp on the other side of the line. "Charlie? What's going on?" I asked when I heard a voice talk to Charlie, so I stayed quiet and listened when Dick was gone. I heard Charlie's shaky voice. "he's gone." she whispered. "Are you okay?" I asked, worried. "Yeah, almost pooped my pants." I smiled. "You didn't," I told her when Sam's voice entered my ear. "So what now?" Sam asked. "A courier is going to pick it up," Charlie told him. I was waiting for somebody to talk to me. "Sam, Dean, are you able to make it?" I asked my brothers. "What is the exact landing time?" Dean asked. "42 Minutes," Charlie replied. "Well, try, but Charlie, do me one more favor and get out of there," Dean told her. "What do you need?" Charlie asked while I got ready to get Charlie out of there if necessary. "More Time," Dean replied. I snorted since I had thought about something completely different. Charlie wrote an E-Mail to Dick from the traveling company about a delay in the plane so Sam and Dean had more time to get to the airport. I had no idea what was happening since I was in the front of the can looking over to the building, still connected to Charlie when suddenly, I got disconnected. In a panic, I called her name, but there was no answer. "Kee, what's going on?" Sam asked. "I lost Charlie," I told him. "What?" Sam wasn't angry, just super confused. "I don't know. The connection was gone all of a sudden," I told them when, all of a sudden, I saw Charlie running up to the door. "Guys, you better have whatever you had to get. I think Charlie is in trouble." I told Sam, hung up, and got ready when I noticed the door was closed. "Such a Dickbag." I grumbled when I saw Dick and another Man walk towards her. "Shit, come on, boys," I mumbled; I quietly got out of the van but stayed behind a bush when I saw Bobby, I knew he was just the ghost, but he shoved one of them against Charlie, who hit a pillar. Suddenly, I saw Sam and Dean and ran over while they shot the glass. "Dean, he's one of them," Charlie called, pointing at the man before her. I had my spray bottle ready, and Dean and I sprayed Borax at him when brown smoke rose from his face."That would explain it. You're hanging out with the wrong crowd, kiddo." Dick told Charlie; I walked over in front of Sam and Charlie, who was in Sam's arms. "Were four, and your just one fricking asshat," I growled. "You have no idea, girl." Dick smiled his ugly smile. Then, all of a sudden, Bobby appeared in front of us. "Not so fast, Dick," he said, throwing Dick to the ground when he yelled for Bobby to show himself and fight like real monsters; somebody grabbed my arm and dragged me out of the building. We were in the car all, although we made a quick pitstop, so I got in my vehicle. Sam, Dean, and Charlie were in front of me, probably talking while I tried to follow them, but soon I was drained; we finally stopped for the night. Sam and Dean got a room while Charlie and I shared a room. "You okay?" I asked her, worried.
