She... Loves me!

And I didn't know how to even react to it.

Because, she loves me.

Honestly, this wasn't that tough to know  but yet hard to listen and digest.

Naina is an old school. I knew that from start. And when we came into a relationship, I somewhere was every single day afraid to hurt her because I knew, what she was putting herself into.

But I thought she took a risk and she knew all the pros and cons. Little did I know that she'll turn my ideologies rather then hers.

I never wanted her to let my ideologies define her.

I thought, she would like me to all the extents possible but she won't love me.

She won't love a person like me ever because,

There was nothing special inside me which she won't find in another man. Heck, someone would be far better then me for her.

I was a very common person when it came to being in relationships. Love needed security, assurance which I didn't provide, yet she was in love with me.

I'm still in a shock that how can shw love me.

"I know you told me not to think about future but, it's not that easy Arjun. Not when I know that you're someone I love. I.. I tried to push it away. I tried to push the thoughts away but they come on their own. I've never, ever like seen people and imagined my future but when now I see two people, I imagine you too with me. A cosy home... A family. Our families. Me waking up next to you every morning. No more hiding and kissing. We...I'm sorry but I couldn't stop myself from imagining a future with you and knowing that this don't have slightest chance to happen, kills me from inside. That's why I need to push you away" She said looking everywhere other then me and I sighed

She has a bad habit of just keep rambling and not even trying to listen to what one wants to say! Always making up scenerios in mind.

"Naina, honestly telling I always used to see people around me in relationships fighting, crying and arguing. At times they were mess and those times I used to think that it's good to be alone and live the life in the terms you want. I mean of course after whatever happened, I didn't believe this love and all. Let alone marriage and commitments. Practically, one don't need to share a life with anyone else rather then themselves. For me, I felt I was enough " I said and she looked at me taking a deep breath closing her eyes.

And tears left her eyes which I wiped.

"Don't you dare cry before listening me" I warned when she jerked my hand away.

"But Naina, after you, I started doubting it. It's not necessary that every decision in life has to be taken practically. One might not need to share a life with anyone else. But one may even want to share it. I didn't believe in any thing but now, I'm doubting all of my beliefs " I mumbled and she looked at me this time a bit shocked.

"Wh.. What do you mean" She asked

I sighed and took her face in my palms.

"I'm doubting all of the beliefs I had made since the day, I saw you waiting for me at the cafe in Delhi ! Since I saw you snoring like a bear on my bed in Delhi. Since I saw you eating like a hungry Panda who eats mud pie licking her fingers. And since... I've known that you're the magic of my life" I whispered kissing her forehead.

"You're scaring me. I feel you'll leave after  giving me this speech" She mumbled and I chuckled

"Naina Rathi, I might be interested in believing in your beliefs a little bit" I said

"What do you mean? " She asked

I smiled as I pulled her more near me and pecked her lips.

"I mean, it's not that bad to live with you for the rest of the life" I said and she denied her face.

"You're kidding. No! Don't joke on this Arjun. I swear I'll kill you right here and put you seven feets under the gro.. " She was saying when I spoke

"I Love You" I professed and she stopped at whatever she was saying.

For some seconds she didn't even blink her eye.

"Naina.. " I whispered and she still looked at me.

"Cardiac arrest? " I asked when she slapped my shoulder.

"Yo... You s... Said.. No.. Nothing lasts.. f
Forever" She said as tears left her eyes and I wiped them.

"If Nothing Lasts Forever, Then Be My Nothing" I professed and the next instant she hugged me tightly crying more.

"Please tell me it's not out of pity! Please" She sobbed and I smiled a bit kissing her cheek.

"Forever is not a bad idea. After all, I can live my whole life with none other then my best friend" I said and in another second, I felt her lips on mine.

I closed my eyes kissing her back, melting myself in her as she kissed me holding my neck.

"Wait a second" She pulled back from kissing and I groaned

"I hate you" I snapped and she giggled

"You said you love me" She grinned and I looked at her.

"What was so important that you stopped me while kissing" I asked

"Does that mean, we... We can think about.. " She wanted to say but I knew she wasn't still able to process it.

"We'll get married " I said and she looked at me.

"Then kiss me! So hard that I always, always remember this day" She whispered and I pulled her on my lap and kissed her.

This time more passionately and more harder.

"God don't let this be a dream" She mumbled as we broke the kiss.

"You don't believe this? " I asked

"It's you. Out of anyone in this whole world Arjun Singhania, IT'S YOU ! I'm afraid what if it's dream..." She whispered when I smiled widely at her.

"I love this smile" She added and I smiled more.

"I Love You. And This is not a dream." I said

"What if you're joking" She pouted and I hit her head

"I'm not Naina. I know it's hard to believe this coming from me. But yes, you just made me believe in many things and love is certainly on the top of that. You've done it flawlessly. Like a perfect person. And even if I'm given chance to spend my life with someone else, I won't choose anyone other then you. Because you're my life Naina." I professed and she smiled wiping her tears.

"Yes and this one. This smile, I feel as if it's patented just for me. This fullest smile, if you give someone else this smile or even bit of your attention, I feel to punch the shit out of them and kiss you right there at that moment to tell every single human looking at you that you're mine. ONLY MINE. FOREVER " I added

"Kaafi (very) possessive" She mocked

"I am" I warned and she laughed.

"So tell me, when should I come to your home to just, make you run away with me" I winked and she laughed

"I'm sorry for thinking anything rather then discussing it with you" She apologized

"I too am sorry for not being able to express my emotions thinking, I don't deserve you" I said and she glared me.

"Yes you don't" She mocked when I kissed her both cheeks.

"Sweet heart, If you deserve someone better, I'll become that better. I'll become the best for you " I stated and she blushed smiling

"Yes! This is the reason. Because I can't let anyone else make you blush . I want to make you this happy every single minute, every single hour or day till we live" I added

"God damn it. I love you so much Arjun Singhania" She whined kissing me again and I chuckled kissing her back.

"I know that. Tell me something I don't know" I smirked and she hit me on my arm.

"Once a jerk always a jerk" She mumbled

"So is it necesssary for me to say you that I love you every single time" I asked

"Yes Mister. Every single time. Because you've no idea, how even unknowingly to myself I was dying to listen these words from you" She whispered

"I love you" I mumbled and she giggled as tear or two again left her eyes and I kissed her forehead.

"Stop crying. Your nose is runny now " I made a face and she looked at me rubbing her nose on my shirt and then grinned looking at me.

Kid, totally a kid!

"I literally hate you" I snapped and she giggled

"Yet I missed this widest smile of which I'm the reason" I expressed and she smiled

"Arreggghh! I can't believe it" She screamed in my ear and I didn't honestly know that she loves me this much.

Well, ain't I a lucky one then!

"Idiot. I even missed this madness of yours" I said and she looked at me.

"Oh you mean this,screaming and dancing like a crazy woman" She asked pointing herself as she stood up twirling.

"No! Actually like someone who just ran away from Mental Asylum" I mocked as she narrowed her eyes at me.

"Did I say you good?" She asked

"No sweet heart. You just confessed that you love me" I mocked again and she huffed

"Well you see that was a lie. I love SRK. I love anyone but you" She said and I chuckled pulling her closer again.

"After this event I w.. " I was saying when she stood up with a jerk.

"Oh my God. Oh shit! " She shrieked

"What happened" I asked

"Arjun freaking Singhania,when you said event, I just now remembered that I had a meeting with the families of a politician who are getting married" She panicked

"Time? " I asked

"7 pm" She whined and I looked at my watch.

"Too bad. It's 8 already" I mocked when she gave me a nasty look.

"Okay okay! Reschedule it. Give them a reason that my boy friend just proposed me" I said

"Okay FYI, You didn't. You just told that you love me. This wasn't a dream proposal I used to tell you about" She whined

"You used to tell that to your best friend who used to say you.. " I was speaking when she said

"No materialistic things" She huffed and I smirked.

"So, no materialistic things. Now get up and get lost. You need to talk to your clients as well that you ditched them" I mocked

"Yes and I'll tell them that Arjun freakin fucking Singhania was the reason" She mocked back

"Is that so." I asked raising my brow.

"Yes it is so mister" She dramatically spoke standing up again when I pulled her back and looked at her.

"So if you're using my name for the third time for wrong deeds then I must take compensations" I said and pulled her into a kiss.

She chuckled at first and then kissed me back.

Nothing is better then having her in my arms and knowing now that she's with me till the world ends.

"For a note, I didn't use your name anytime" She muttered

"Really! Threating hotel managers in my name to expose people comes under that sweetheart" I smirked kissing her nose and she looked at me and then giggled.

"I saved you. I'm your woman in shining armor" She bluffed and I chuckled

"Though, its right yet stop reading cliche" I snapped kissing her forehead and she laughed this time standing up.

"Now do you want me to kick your ass out of this suite short cake." I asked and she clicked out her tongue as usual to mock and stood up going to the door but then turned looking at me and came back hugging me tightly.

"Arghh! I love you" She mumbled hugging me tightly and I embraced her in my arms more tightly.

The short cake which fits perfect into my arms.

Just, my arms!

"This is what we call Home" I mumbled and she hummed.

"Go safe. And now directly go to home. And text me after reaching" I added

"Aye aye captain!" She said and as I kissed her forehead she left opening the door.

I sighed and looked at her disappearing figure as I smiled.

If someone would've said me an year ago that Love exist!

I would've denied straight on the face!

But this girl, made me rethink all my theories and today if anyone ask me what is love, I would simply look at her without even uttering a word .

That's it! That's my answer!

Because in this world of Nothing Last Forever, she has become my NOTHING.

My Everything!

Ironical right?

The man who didn't even think theoretical was talking about these things!

But I guess, sometimes someone comes in your life creating such a havoc that they don't change you at all yet they make you change yourself for them...

Just them!

And in my case, it's Naina.

Naina Rathi, my family friend, who made me show that side of myself to her, which I show to no one. Who saw that side of mine, which no one sees.

And I gladly and madly am ready to show this side of mine to her, Forever!!

Yes... FOR EVER!!
