NAINA'S POV

"Bhua. You look hawt" Raavi commented as I stepped down.

"Thanks sweetheart" I replied kissing her cheek and put my bag on the table.

"Naina di , pant suit today?" Bhabhi asked as she served breakfast.

"Am yeah actually. There were some sudden changes in the meeting and we needed a reporter who don't belong to any specific channel. We didn't get any... So here I'm, reporter" I sighed and she chuckled

"It'll be fun. You'll enjoy" She assured

"I just want it to be good" I told

"It'll be Naina" Mom said and I nodded.

I had my breakfast as soon as possible and calling the cameraman team to reach Singhania office, I left for the same.

As I reached there, I looked at the watch and found myself a bit early.

Honestly, a new thing for me too.

Because I'm someone who's almost always.. Late.

"Naina, you early today" Mrs. Jain asked a bit surprised and I smiled.

"Morning Mrs. Jain" I wished

"Morning. Sir isn't here yet" She replied

"I know. I'll wait in waiting room" I told when she denied

"Go inside the cabin Naina" She said

"Am, no. He still isn't here right" I told

"I'll be fired if Sir gets to know that I made you wait in waiting room" She said opening the door of the cabin and I smiled going inside.

Putting my bag on the couch, I looked around a bit and then called the cameramen to ask where they've reached.

After a while, I took out series of questions and started re reading them.

"Seems like someone is practicing hard" A voice whispered in my ear and I jumped from my place.

"Arjunn" I muttered still holding the collars of his blazer.

"Good morning baby" He wished kissing my forehead when I narrowed my eyes.

"You're late" I complained when he looked at his wrist watch.

"Spare the five minutes. I've spared hours" He mocked when I huffed

"I didn't get my morning wish's reply yet" He said

"And you won't" I stated

"Fine. I'll take my reply myself" He stated and in a swift he bent my chair which I didn't even know could bent at angles till today, and he kissed me.

"That's what we call a good morning" He added and I blushed pushing him aside.

"Mr. Singhania. I've a lot of works to do. So maintain a distance and do not distract me" I said

"That means you're distracted by me. I'm glad" He smirked

"Sush!" I mumbled reading the questions

"You haven't given me the questionnaire" He complained

"Because I want the answers to come naturally" I stated

"So what are we waiting for" He asked but before I could reply there was a knock on the door.

"In" Arjun commanded and Mrs. Jain appeared

"Sir, the shoot team is here" She informed

"We ready Naina? " He asked and I nodded

"Send them in Mrs. Jain" Arjun ordered and she nodded going.

In some minutes, there was a team of three people.

"Hello Ms. Rathi. Nice to see you" One of them wished and I smiled

"Nice to see you too Mr. Daniel and it's great to work with you again" I said shaking hands.

"So let me brief you about the work here" I told and for next some minutes, I told them about the shoot.

"Great. I'll send one of my teammate to take some shots of the office building while another one will start with you, introducing the topic outside this cabin gate, opening the door, wishing Mr. Singhania and then take it as natural as you can" He guided and we both nodded.

As told, I went out of the cabin and Daniel followed me.

"Okay, I'm nervous" I chuckled and he smiled

"Easy there. And it'll be natural" He said and I nodded taking a deep breath

"Okay three two one, action" He added and then camera rolled down.

"Hey everyone. How you all doing. So, you must be thinking how this event planner is on screens today. Well, it's an immense pleasure to be a part of one of the most established, biggest and most amazing group of hospitality. The group that has achieved milestones and is still stepping up and up on that path.
So whenever there's any occasion in friends, family or business, one prefers it's outlets. The SGH has achieved its heights and the name needs no introduction when it comes to it's Owner, it's Chairman. So without wasting another second, let's see what's in the bucket" I said and opened the door.

Arjun Singhania was sitting in his chair typing something over his Mac book and then he looked up.

"Mr. Singhania! Such a pleasure meeting you" I wished and he stood up from his place coming towards me.

"Ms. Rathi, it's good meeting you too" He shook his hand and I smiled.

I looked at him for a milli second when he blinked his eyes in assurance and I nodded continuing asking the questions.

I asked him about his work, a bit about his family, his career start point and then about Marrians.

He also showed the design setups of SGH when it started till the first look of Design that has been building up for Marrians and SGH collab.

And honestly, I too was shocked, happily though when I saw the outlay of that resort.

It was stupendously amazing.

The session lasted for some 2 hours in between which Arjun being Arjun answered many questions with that business man attitude and some questions with so much respect and gratitude. It's like you look at Arjun and you can't tell he can do both. But he did. Did it brilliantly.

And I was proud. I was proud to listen how SGH started with a restaurant, then chain of three restaurants and then hotel and now, A Group of Hotels.

As the interview ended and the cameraman said cut, I sighed and looked at him.

"Mrs. Jain, guide then towards cafeteria for lunch." Arjun spoke and she nodded and gestured the cameramen who followed her.

And as soon as the door closed behind me, Arjun pulled me to him and kissed me.

It wasn't a shock for me now. I knew it would happen as soon as we're alone. Because the need he has for me is none less then the need I have for him.

"I love you" He mumbled kissing my forehead

"I love you more" I replied and hugged him.

"You did amazing. You were just fantastic" He said and I smiled.

"And, I'm proud you. So proud that I can't define in words. And the layout of Resort is gorgeous. I loved it" I told

"You hungry" He asked

"What you have to offer? " I questioned back when he smirked and spoke in my ear.

"If you like, I would offer myself to you." He whispered as he kissed my earlobe and I squirmed under his gaze.

"Arjun.. " I mumbled when he kissed the nape of my neck and I moaned as I held his collars.

"Oh Naina. You've no idea, how much you're tempting me right now. And how I'm controlling myself to not loose my sanity" He confessed and I blushed so hard that I hid my face in his chest.

"I've work to do" I spoke

"So, do I look free to you" He asked raising his brow.

"I need some mud pie for myself to work more" I  told

"Have your lunch first. Then you can have mud pie" He said

"What no. Just mud pie" I pouted

"You won't eat till night Naina, if you'll have mud pie right now. So eat a bit then I promise you mud pie from your favorite place" He winked

"Huh. You know SGH serves best chocolate mud pie in Mumbai. How clever of a businessman" I mocked

"Isn't it why I've been maintaining the position of best businessman since 4 years" He smirked

"Yeah yeah self obsessed man. Now. Food please. And order my mud pie" I commanded

"Your wish on command madame" He said and I smiled kissing his cheek while he looked at me for a second and then dialled someone.

After the lunch and the mud pie of course, I looked at my phone.

"Just be there na" I mumbled

"You'll do fine. Marrian's chairman is a good man" Arjun assured

"Yeah, but... That Sahil would be there too" I said

"He won't misbehave. It's his job there" He told and I nodded.

"Okay. I can't believe tomorrow's your signing party" I sighed

"My biggest dream is going to take shape" He said looking at the frame of SGH.

"I'm so proud of you" I grinned and he smiled kissing my forehead.

"Now go. Don't make your first impression on Marrians a bad one by being late"He said and I nodded and kissing him on cheek I left for Marrians office.

As I reached there, I took a deep breath and entered inside.

" Hello miss. How may I help you" The receptionist asked

"She's Ms. Naina Rathi. MD of crafting dreams. A meeting have been fixed with the chairman of Marrians" My secretary Jiya spoke on my behalf.

"Oh yes. Sir has been waiting for you" She smiled and escorted us to a floor which had just one door.

"This way ma'am" She added as we went and opened the door.

And there was a man in his fifties who was sitting on the chair and discussing something with.. Well Sahil.

"Sir, Ms. Rathi" The receptionist spoke and Sahil looked at me from top to bottom.

And that made me feel damn uncomfortable.

"Hello Sir, Naina Rathi" I wished the old man shaking hands.

"Hello Ms. Rathi. It's nice to meet you. It's Davis" He introduced and I nodded.

"Make yourself comfortable Naina" The voice spoke in between and I clenched my teeth.

"Mr. Arora? You know her" Mr. Davis said, more like stated.

"Definitely you know her" He added and I looked at Davis shocked.

Was he a man or what! He was reading the faces.

Arjun was right when he said he speaks the language of confidence.

"He was my senior in high school." I said dismissing the topic turning to camera men.

"We set with outdoor shot? " I asked and their head nodded.

"Okay Mr. Davis. I didn't forward the questions to your secretary since we needed it very realistic rather then learnt. So, it'll be amazing to see you answering them without a twice thought. Are we good to go? " I asked

"Yes Ms. Rathi." He replied and I nodded.

And as I started with Arjun's interview, I started with Davis's and Oh man! He was amazing!

He answered all the questions so good that, I knew, he's quiet good with media handlings.

But all this while, I found a constant gaze on me. Trust me which I didn't like at all.

As we finished the work, Mr. Davis asked me to stop for dinner since it was already  7 pm.

"Thank you so much Mr. Davis, but I've some personal commitments to fullfill. " I politely denied when that dog spoke.

"Of course with your boyfriend" He mocked and I glared him.

"It's her choice Mr. Arora. Let her decide for herself rather then you" Mr. Davis spoke and I looked at Sahil who gritter his teeth but couldn't say anything.

"Thank you Mr. Davis. Actually you see since he has been my senior in high school, I can't answer him back. But he kind of had to know this" I said making an innocent face just go receive a hard glare.

But who was even afraid of that!

"You're working for Marrians Mr. Arora. Maintain it's dignity" Mr. Davis said in a serious tone and I smirked more.

"Yes sir" He muttered but I could see his anger on his face.

"I'll take your leave then Mr. Davis. It was nice to work with you" I smiled genuinely and he nodded.

"Ms. Rathi. The confidence I've seen today in your voice, I want to see that confidence in work tomorrow too. Prove the words of Mr. Singhania right"  He said

" It's my pleasure to see this coming from you" I thanked and then left the cabin just to see someone behind me coming out.

I sighed stopping and looked back.

"Will you stop these irritating habit" I snapped

"Whoa! That means you remember this too" He smirked

"Sahil see. I'm saying it for your good. Don't mess with me. I swear, I'll file a case against you" I gritted and he chuckled which I didn't like at all.

"Suit your self dear Naina. But let me tell you one thing. When a person's past come in front of them, no matter how much you try, you're drawn back to your past" He smirked

"It's nothing like that. Rubbish" I snapped angrily

"It's not? You had power in your hand to make me not be in your contact a bit just by saying Arjun yet you didn't do it. Then you say you aren't drawn back to me" He asked taking a step ahead.

"Stay away. And stop talking anything" I raged

"Oh my Naina. Yo.. " He was saying when I spoke.

"I'm not your Naina" I angered when he smirked.

"What will you even do with a man, who's past will ruin him?" He asked and I looked at him a bit shocked.

"What do you mean" I questioned and he smirked more

"That you can't ignore your past. Look at you,can't ignore me at all " He said

"My personal life is none of your business Sahil Arora" I gritted my teeth

"It is. And you know what... " He asked taking a step near me.

"I'll love to see that  business getting doomed" He whispered in my ear when I looked at him and pushed him away with force.

"Go away you bastard" I angered

"Clock's ticking My Dear Naina" He smirked again and turning his heels went away while I looked at him shocked.

What did he mean by it all!

Is he going to ruin something for us?

I've to tell Arjun about it!

He can't ruin tomorrow for Arjun! I'll not let him do so.

But what can I even do when I've no idea what he's going to do!!
