It was just another day, with another prank. Before the school ended and the students were free to leave.

"Oi! Where are you taking me?!" I complained after 5 minutes of colourful smokes and then another 5 minutes being tied up in yellow ribbons and carried straight out of the school yard.

Don't be so rude, boy me. He is worthy of your trust, after all~

'Stop it! I'm trapped over here!' I thought, still struggling in those ~somehow~ very sturdy ribbons with all my strength.

"To this great cafe I found~! So relax and stop squirming would you?" The idiot said.

'Gosh darn it, if you got kidnapped, would you 'relax and stop squirming?''

It's just a trip to the cafe, it's no big deal.

'I-'

"Y'know, you're surprisingly light Aura, we gotta get you eating some carbs or something. Don't worry~ I'm paying today, and trust me, your gonna love this place~!" The raven said.

Another few minutes of resisting against the ribbons, I gave up.

"Alright then! Just untie me and let me walk on my own!!"

"You promise you won't run?"

"Yeah, whatever." 'Why would I run from you?'

Kaden and Aura, sittin' on a tree, K-I-S-S-

'SHUT UP!' I screamed at my other self.

"Pinkie Promise?"

"What are you, 5?!"

'Are you that immature?'

"No promise, no deal."

"God, You're such a weirdo..!"

Kaden waited, staring at me with wide brown eyes. Eyes that slashed right through my soul. Turning my face away from the idiot's direct gaze, I grumbled quietly.

"Fine... I pinkie promise."

Hehe~! Is someone shy?

'Do you have to grab every chance to embarrass me, you-'

"Yay!"

With the snap of the ravenets fingers, and a poof of smoke, those yellow ribbons released me from their strong grasp.

I moved my arms and shoulders to get a bit of motion back into them, and once I looked back up at the raven, I found a hand with its pinkie pointed towards me.

And the owner of that pinkie waiting patiently with an excited smile and hopeful glee.

Aww~ the guy is adorable~!

'Psh, like you'd have to point that out.' I scowled.

"Just take a chance, I promise you won't regret it~!" The ravenet said.

"Fine." I wrapped my pinkie around the other, sealing the promise.

The raven brightens up, and we go in the direction of the cafe with little chatter produced by the rat-tailed boy. Until we bumped into someone.

I had been distracted by the ravenets chatter that I didn't notice the blond pigtailed girl, until it was too late.

The girl caught herself before she could lose balance and fall. She then looked up at me, seemingly wanting to pout. I heard from some of my classmates that she was the cutest girl in junior high, but she looks nothing like it. I narrowed my eyes and addressed her as the first thing that came to mind.

"Watch it, Ugly." I said, while the girl look absolutely terrified. Guess she isn't called this often.

"W- what?" she stammered out, pulling up the biggest puppy dog eyes she could manage.

'...Does she think she can get away with that face?'

Boy me... Stop being so mean to others!

I frowned, eyes turning frigidly at the girl.

"I said watch where you're going, Ugly." I said out louder, for the words to stick.

Breaking face, Ugly's act relinquished in an instant as she gaped at me.

'She looks even uglier now.'

"You should apologize Aura, you did accidentally bump into her." Kaden elbowed me suddenly, and I scowled at him.

"And it would be your fault for that! I got distracted by you talking!"

"Ah, well.. good point. Then it would be both our faults then." The raven boy brushed it off casually with a smile, before approaching the girl and presenting a yellow rose in a flourish of magic.

"Sorry for my friends ill mannered behavior, he can be very blunt in his opinions."

'I'm only saying the truth!'

Kaden smiled at the girl, making her turn red and take the flower from his hand with a nod, not saying anything.

"Come on Aura, before the day is wasted~!"

'Enough time was wasted because of that girl.'

Kaden exclaimed, already heading to walk away and towards the direction of the cafe.

"Tch. You're the one wasting time giving Ugly there a flower." I said to the ravenet.

"You're so mean sometimes, you know that?"

"I thought you said I was Blunt."

"...You're both."

Haha! He's right, you are both blunt and mean!

'Stop laughing.'

We had finally reached their destination and seated themselves on a empty table together, ordering our choices on the menu they were handed.

When the desserts came, Kaden's eyes lit up.

'I don't feel like eating desserts-'

Then I saw what I wanted. Blueberry Cheesecake, I haven't had it since forever!

Hey, you didn't say you liked Blueberry Cheesecake last time! We could've made one ourselves and try if our baking skills are still good.

'Well, Idiot did say it was his treat today.'

Kaden ordered a chocolate eclair sundae. Grinning, he didn't hold back and dug right into the delightful treat with expression of pure bliss. How cute.

See? You like him~!

'Shut it, I may be gay, but I don't just randomly fall in love with some idiot that's adorable!' I thought, but I then realized what I just said.

Admit it, you do like him!

After a while, some girl came marching over to us.

"Hi there! Do you guys go to the same school?" She asked.

Well, well, well. It seems like Aura is in denial of his crush on Kaden. Hehe~!

But seriously, when writing the part where Aura says he's gay, that made me cackle, and now even my dad is a bit cautious of me.
