I wake with a start. Is the ground moving? No, it can't be. I reassure myself and go back to sleep. I go over to Barnett's house, just like we all agreed yesterday.

"Okay guys, here's the plan. We're gonna head to the front gates and then we-" Casey started. "Casey you know what we're here for. Just stop with your plans to become an appointed swordsmen." Abigail said, as if the three of them had already discussed this. Casey sighs. " Yes I know. I just-" Once again he is interrupted, but this time by Barnett. " Yes, Blyss look at me." Barnett started. Both Casey and Abigail turned their eyes to me. I turned towards Barnett. "If you are to be in our band of protectors, you must first pass a test." Barnett continued. He showed me a banner that seemed to be over 100 years old. It read " Phase One: STRENGTH: You will have to do ten ups on a bar, twenty five push ups, a five minute plank, and finally bench seventy pounds for a girl. Phase Two: AGILITY/ SPEED: Run two miles without breath in under 12 minutes. Phase Three: SMARTS TEST: Do trades with five different people, knowing some of them may be bad. Phase Four: SWORDS BLADE: Kill five boss monsters while avoiding his henchmen.

"Alrighty then! I assume you've read the banners. I'm the instructor of the first phase. " He showed me a plank. I tried to do it but I fell down after a minute. After practice I could do that one. I practiced the ups. I had that down. That was easy. The push ups were harder but I got them on my second try. And the bench. I had that down to. It took us about ten to twenty minutes to practice. " You are ready for the test." I got down on the floor for my plank. I held for four minutes and fifty-two seconds and fell to the floor. I passed. I wasn't top but I passed. I passed through the ten ups in a breeze. I was top on that one, well besides Casey. He was top on practically all of these strength tests. I did all twenty five push-ups but my spacing in them put me in third. I benched 75 pounds so I got top on that one. At least out of the girls.

"Time for phase two. I will be your mentor." Abigail stated. I practiced the run about seven times then I got it. At the end there are a few jumps so yeah. "Time to begin" I zigzagged across the run. At the end I hit two ramps. That tallies down to 13 minutes and 12 seconds. It would have been 12 minutes flat if I hadn't hit those ramps at the end.

I did that last two test as well. The boss one was kinda hard. I'm left to think. How did they get those mobs? Barnett walked up to me. "Congrats! You've passed every test. You can now enter our group. Now we have to talk. What exactly did you mean to find Notch?" As soon as he said that word the ground rumbled. " IT'S AN ATTACK!! QUICK!! RUN BACK TO THE WALLS!!!" Abigail screamed. "No! I'm gonna stay and fight them off. At least some of them. " Casey said focused. I peered into the distance and saw a massive swarm of the coming. Endearment were teleporting themselves closer and closer. In almost unison Barnett and I yelled," NO!! THERE'S TOO MANY!! FALL BACK NOW!!" I can hear it now. Abigail is going to be screaming about getting into trouble. " Man we're going be in so much trouble!" Called it. An enderman teleported right in front of us and smiled. It grabbed Abbie and disappear. "ABBIE!!" We all screamed. We neared the gates.

"QUICK! SOMEONE! ABIGAIL HAS BEEN TAKEN BY THE MONSTER FORCES! SOMEONE HURRY!" Barnett yelled as he ran through the front gates. "Well, well, well. What do we have here? You thre- wait wasn't there four of you?" The head guard of security said. "Yeah! She's been taken by an enderman!" Casey yelled at him. He looked up at the beyond. "That's not good. You four may be a pest when it comes to bringing in monster, but this could only mean one thing." Second in command walked up from behind. " Herobrine has returned." Barnett said in unison with the second in command. He looked down at Barnett. "You sure know your stuff, huh?" He takes asked. Barnett nodded.

In The Council Meeting

"Sir we bring to you news of ...him." the head guard said. The Lord of Minecraftia nodded. "Please fill me in on what we are to do." "Well, sir, we plan to keep defenses up. We also plan to make sure no one is to leave." The guard responded. "Especially those four friends." Lord Brian said. "Speaking of those friends, one of them has been taken by the "monster forces". " The guard brought up. "Hmm. Well thank you for bringing this up. I will solve this. Please alert the child's family of this." "Will do sir.

Outside The Door Of The Council Meeting

"Did you hear that? We can't go to our hide out anymore!" Casey snooped. "Um, I don't think we are supposed to be here." I said. "Blyss is right. We need to leave. Their meeting is over." Barnett supported. We walked home. And with that the day ended.
