Where's Anna?! I yelled out.

and my guys showed me to her.

I bent down.. "Oh my Anna!"

I got Anna and ran to the pack doctors as fast as I could with the guys behind me carrying Lilly.  We laid them on the tables and they got to taking care of them.

Jason was crying for his mate Lilly. I feel terrible for him, it's painful for one to lose their mate.

She laid there, with a faint heart beat and bloody. Her eyes closed and her small hand in Jason large ones.

The lady stop what she was doing, and looked at Jason with a sad expression.

"Jason.... I'm sorry to have to say this but-" She wasn't even able to finish the sentence before Jason cut her off.

"Lilly please don't die on me, your not dead, you can't be. Open your beautiful eyes, this is just a nightmare... YES!  a nightmare,and I'll wake up and you'll be in my arms and I'll kiss your lips and we'll get married and have kids and grow old together. Your not dead, your not dead, your going to wake up." He was crying and going crazy,  holding her close to him, kissing her lips and brushing her hair out of her face.

My mate was awake currently getting cleaned up and stitch up.

I walked over to Jason and knew he was hurting bad, he just looked at me, "She not dead Luke,  tell me she not, tell me it's just a dream."

I looked down and then back up into his sad red eyes with tears, " I'm sorry Jason,  she no longer with us." I said with a few tears leaving my eyes. She was a great girl, it's sad knowing how the four of us were all hanging together in memories, now there just sad memories.

The doctor called me over with news on my mate. She was going to be fine the healing will take a week or so to completely heal,  but to keep a close eye on her if she passes out or gets dizzy. I was allowed to see her in her room. But I was sad to tell her the news on her best friend.

Luke walked in with blood on  him, he just walked in quietly and sat on the bed near me. He pulled me close to him gently and kiss my lips.

"Luke, where's Lilly?  Is she okay? "

He just looked down.

" She... She dead Anna... Jason he hurting,  he thinks its a nightmare, that he'll wake up. I could have lost you today Anna, that could be me thinking that.. I can't think of losing you Anna, seeing how badly it's hurting him, it'll make me go crazy if it was you. I would die Anna. "

He said and I was taking everything in like a ton of bricks hitting me. I was crying, I can't believe this happened to my best friend.  She was full of life,  and Jason, he going crazy over the death of his mate. He will never be the same again after this. 

The pack won't be the same, everyone feels the pain of a death in the pack,  but he will hurt more since that was his mate.
