"James I have to tell you something..." Anna said to me as she looked down.

I lifted her chin up, " Yes Anna? What is it? " I asked with concerned in my voice. I'm worried why does she seem upset.

"I...I been pregnant for awhile, remember when we umm... you know mated and then did it in the shower, we had no protection..." She said stuttering a bit.

"Really Anna that's good! aren't you happy?!" I said lifting her chin up so I can look in her eyes.

"Your happy about it James? your not mad, I thought you would probably like to wait. "She smiled a little, calming down.

"Yes, but I'm still happy about it Anna. I want kids, but why did you keep this from me for so long?" I said with a tad hurt in my voice.

" I wanted to make sure first, so I went to the pack doctor to make sure. I'm 4 weeks pregnant" She said with a small smile.

-Skip 5 years later-

I'm standing outside with my arm around Anna. And watching the pack members laughing and talking, and the little pups run around the house.

"Can you believe our little boy has already shift and is protecting his sister giving her a ride on him in wolf form?" Anna said as she turned to look at me.

"Kinda of hard to believe, not much wolves shift at that age, he must be special. " I said, looking back at him.

She agreed. Our daughter Claire was holding onto Eden fur, giggling, and telling him to run faster.

It's just how I imagined things being, except the part of my son shifting at 4. Had no idea that can happen.

Everyone happy. I'm happy, I have my wife and kids. I couldn't ask for more.
