Chain creation/manipulation

User can make chains from the fiber in her bones. She can make it from any part of her body and for as long as she wants, but the strength of her chains will very with her emotions and mental state, along with the size and thickness. She can also make weapons out of the chains, both offensive and defensive.

Drawback
The user must eat a lot and will feel like her bones will break if she uses too much of the fiber to make her chains.

Special Technique(s)
Chain bomb: User makes their chains into a small bomb, once the chains are fully compacted together, they'll release in a large flash leading to sparks flying and chains automatically wrapping around the target. The user only has 45 seconds until the bomb explodes.
Flashwork: User makes the chains spin around them to make a protective yet dangerous shield, (if touched by a hand per say) the hand that touches the chain, its bones will instantly breaks and shatter, if grazed, victim will be left with a painful stinging burn.
Chain hug: User must be somewhere between sturdy places, (Ex: between walls or lamp posts, or even builds.) Once the target is caught, user will wrap the chains around the sturdy objects and make a thick unbreakable wall. After the chains are wrapped fully, user will pull a small portion of the chains towards their body, and the chains will tighten together and contract to the targets body, and squeeze the target, trapping them in a painful body locking cage.

Chains could be created from upper legs (which is the skin that is exposed) than user could wrap them around her arms if using long chains to get a better grip (hence the gloves). The belt could also be used to hook the chains onto to make it easier if user is using multiple chains at once, (but don't get them tangled up) also to magnetically hold something in place, like a key. Under the skirt, (if needed for any serious reason) there are small knives and metal weapons to be thrown or hand held in a one on one fight. The boots have a magnetic pull that the user can control to bring chains to her if need be, and can also repel chains of needed. Her black cover for her torso holds magnetic powder that the user can shake off and make cling to anyone, than users chains will be drawn or the powder and hold the target in an unbreakable grip.
