Sylaq's POV

By now, Ariella should know that I can't ever cheat on her with Jenny or any other girl for that matter.

"Two can play this game," her voice was straight enough. I didn't understand what she meant until she went to Zac, wrapping her arms around him.

Is she planning on-

She answered my question, and she pressed her lips to his, Zac was shocked by her action but the idiot opened his mouth submitting to the kiss.

I blinked quickly to confirm if this was a nightmare, no I wasn't dreaming, she was really kissing him.

"Sylaq, let go of him."

"Let go of who?"

"Sylaq, stop!" Ariella screamed. I blinked again and I found myself on top of Zac, using my fangs to make pitiful
Patterns on his face. Ariella touched me, telling me to let Zac go. I let go of the bastard, I dared not look at Ariella cause she was the last person I want to see.

"You also cheated on me with Jenny!" She justified her unacceptable action.

"Dammit! I didn't kiss her, I've never cheated on you before but you just did. Well, you wanted to be far from me, didn't you? So now you can just leave me the fuck alone," I groaned, my adrenaline increasing with every second before I dashed out of there.

Ariella was definitely running after me but I'm too fast for her, she could never keep up.

"Sylaq, please stop!"

There was nothing that she'd say that would make me stop. She really kissed someone else right in front of me despite knowing that I love her more than life itself. Her rejection has caused me pain but her infidelity has taken that pain to the highest level.

"Sylaq Steel just stop! I love you!"

My hands couldn't open my car cause I was frozen like a statue.

Did she mean it? Or is she toying with my feelings?

"I really love you," she said again coming closer to me.

At this point, I'd forgotten about her betrayal, the only thing that mattered is that she loves me. She just confessed her love for me.

"Sylaq Steel, I love you!" She shouted, a few steps away from me. I'm still not moving from my position. I felt her hazel green eyes  gazing into mine, she leans me in for a kiss, and I didn't try to fight the kiss back. Our tongues locked like never before, her hands touching my face very delicately. She wiggly broke the kiss and said, "I'm really sorry, I let my emotions get the better of me. I made a mistake and I'm really sorry."

"Do you really mean it? Are you in love with me?"

"Sylaq, your MRS. Steel loves you very much. I love you. I always have, I just never admitted it to myself, I didn't believe that my heart could fall for a vampire but it was uncontrollable. When I saw you leaving,  I felt like my world was going away from you. Sylaq Steel, I really love you," she told me, tears rolling down her cheeks.

I could feel that she wasn't lying, deep down I knew that she really loved me. However, I need to be very sure.

"MRS. Steel, I hope this isn't a game?" I asked in doubt.

"No, your MRS. Steel isn't playing games with you. No more games, I promise," she reassured me. I wiped off her tears with my hands.

"I love you too! From the first time, I saw you, I fell madly in love with you," I kissed her slightly.

Ariella's POV

The smile on his face is more than enough to transform a criminal into an Angel. He's my guardian Sngel and I love him. It took me time to realize but I finally did,  kissing Zac was the second biggest mistake of my life but this mistake made me realize how much I truly love this crazy vampire in front of him.

Although we still have to figure out a lot of things together I'm ready to live my whole life with him.

"I need to do something," I told him.

"No, let's go home?" he said trailing kisses down my neck causing butterflies to dance in my stomach.

"I have to talk to Zac, just to clear up a few things with him," I said. His green eyes pierced into mine, " as long as you're not going to run away with him, then you may go."

W-What! Runaway with Zac? Never!

"You're the only person that I can ever run away with," I told him, tugging my fingers in his hair.

"I'll wait for you at home, I need to go home and do some stuff," he said.

"Okay!"

"MRS. Steel, I love you"

"MR. Steel, I love you too!" He gave me his best smile and my smile widened at him.

Zac and I are both in a private corner in the ball. His face had already recovered from the injuries that Sylaq inflicted on him.

"Are you here to tell me that you made a mistake in kissing me?"

"Yes, it was a mistake. I'm not a user but I just foolishly did that. I was so angry that I....," I'm lost for words.

"You love him?" He asked.

"More than life itself," I honestly answered.

"He loves you too," he said.

"I know. I'm is sorry for kissing you like that," I apologized again.

"It's okay. We all make mistakes, I too am guilty of so many mistakes but you opened my eyes to those mistakes. The chat we had this afternoon made me realize that I have been on the wrong path all along. I wasn't expecting to you kiss me but you did and it was nice. However, my heart can't ever forget Alicia and your heart belongs to Sylaq Steel. I have decided that I'm going back to my pack soon," he shocked me with his words.

"So no more games with Sylaq Steel?" I questioned.

"No more games! I need to move on and holding on to the past won't take me anywhere," he said.

I'm really happy that Zac has made this decision, he deserves to be happy and I hope that he finds that happiness whether he stays here or goes back home.

"I believe e you'll be happy," I told him.

He smiled, "well, I wish you the best of luck with your husband."

We both hugged for two seconds before he left. I was about to go home when Jenny approached me, "you called me a bitch but weren't you just hugging Zac?"

"Listen, I could care less about what you think of me 'cause you have zero value in my life. The only mistake I made was believing you over Sylaq but that won't happen again. Get a life," I said sharply.

"Sylaq is hiding something from you, something that has to do with your past and that can thing can ruin your future," the bitch said smirking at me.

I knew better than to trust Jenny again. Without giving it much thought, I walked away from her. I heard her laughing like the insane bitch that she is.

I opened the door of my room to see our room decorated with my favorite flowers, Daisies. Sylaq was still in his black tuxedo, I glanced through the room over and over again, embracing the romantic ambiance. Sylaq had taken the liberty to light up candles. I noticed he passed a map on the left corner of the wall.

"I promise you that within the time we will be together, the two of us will visit every country on this map or my name isn't Sylaq Steel," he said, placing his hands on his chest. I went to him and buried my head in his chest. He wrapped his protective arms around me and I felt something I'd never felt before.

Pure bliss.
