The Bright Side

---Craig's pov---

Tweek looked physically uncomfortable when I asked him that.

"I-I don't know," he says, gripping on the counter and staring at the floor.

His eyes were squinted slightly.

"Well, I know it kind of got to be a routine, but you know, look to the bright side," I said trying to comfort him.

After all, he was my boyfriend. Well, best friend, now.

"W-What would that b-be?" he asks glancing up at me.

"You could get a girlfriend now. You don't have to hold hands with me anymore," I awkwardly chuckle, "You don't have to hug or anything with me anymore. Aren't you glad we didn't ever have to kiss?"

He doesn't say anything. He doesn't shake his head, or nod, or anything.

He just glances up at me. He stares at me.

Then he looks at the floor again.

---Tweek's pov---

I look up at Craig again, after he said that.

I then turn and look at the wall.

"Aren't you glad we didn't ever have to kiss?"

I'm honestly not. I just feel upset. Maybe Craig never did want to be with me. Maybe... not even as a friend.

I don't think I'll be able to get a girlfriend, either. I'm too weird for that. No girl would like me.

But, Craig might. Craig is good-looking, and all the girls tell me how luck I am that he's with me, or that they would kill for a boyfriend like Craig.

I avert my eyes to the floor again. What will I do when Craig gets a girlfriend?
