"you?" my mouth went dry as he stood before me his stance was so relaxed like nothing was wrong "Hello Amy" i tried to shut the door but he pushed it back "Jake leave now or i'll call the police! i said sternly he just laughed thats when Liam came up behind me and slid one around my waist with the other propped up against the door "its okay the police are on there way" he mumbled into my ear "what do you want Jake your not apart of my life anymore" i spat "i'm her to see my daughter" he retorted Liam body stiffened "she's not here and even if she was you would never see her" the venom was starting to seep through me "now leave" Jake face went red with anger "I WANT TO SEE MY DAUGHTER" he yelled "NEVER!" he slapped me across the face Liam punched him that'swhen the police came and took Jake away.

Liam checked my cheek before picking me up brdal style and tooking me into bed even though we'vebarly know each other a month i'm falling really hard and i can't stop. he got in bed and started singing to me.

that song woke me up from my slumber Amy's hand went all over the place i reached over her and got her phone then handed it to her 

"hello....yeas this is  she ..... yes of course....i'll be there in 10 minutes" she ended the call and turned round to me "the police want me to make a statment apparently Jake is in a lot more trouble than i thought"she looked worried she slipped from my grasp and got changed then we made our way  to the station.

when we arrived we were escorted to a room with a police man who sat us down "how do you know Mr Imre?" he asked us straight to the point "he's my ex and the biological father of my daughter" Amy quickly replied one of them turned to me "err his sister is one of my band mates girlfriend i've oy met him once before" the started writing down "why was he at you apartment" he turned his attention back to Amy " we he said he wanted to she 'his' daughter i told him she wasn't here..." "where is your daughter miss" he interrupted her "my brother took her to our Nan's for the week so i can have some me time we do it every other month" the officer nodded.

we were both asked questions about Jake and he told us that this was the several report against him for disturbance against women but this was the first about a child he told us that he would be prosecuted and would be contacted. as we left the were escorting him to the cells  he stopped in front of us "you have no right i'm her daddy" she stepped up to him "only by blood and if i could change that i would. try all you want but you will never see her our be in her presence ever she doesn't need you she already has a dad" she spat i was confused when the took him away i asked her 

"who's her dad?" she looked up to me "your her daddy in both her eyes you are" she kissed me and we went off"
