Recap: In the last chapter, Virgil was acting weird like he was zoned or maybe like his mind completely wiped the memory of him hurting Roman for a few minutes while Logan was in the shower... still and Patton was trying to solve this mystery of odd behavior.

After everyone cleaned themselves up, they headed to the hospital and waited for hours which lead them to this:

The doctor stood and waited for an answer when the three men had finally realized what the doctor had said.

Patton jumped from his chair out of excitement or possibly hope and unknowingly grabbed the Doctors arm as he directed toward everyone.
"We.. us.. all of us are.."

He finally realized he was holding the Doctors arm and let go as he sat back down and shamefully looked back to the floor.

The Doctor simply cleared his throat and dismissed Patton's actions. "Roman is in the ICU, he's set on oxygen and he hasn't awoken yet but you can still go see him. May I suggest talking to him, try to lure him back.. it seems to help."

Everyone looked among each other, Logan mainly at Virgil for putting them in this situation.

Logan never took his glare off of Virgil as he grumbled. "Which room?"

The doctor tried to dismiss the tension but it only raised the suspicion that one of them was responsible for this tragedy... and he was pretty sure which one.
"He is in room 669.. "

Everyone nodded and stood to go to see Roman, but when Virgil had went to leave the waiting room, the doctor had firmly grasped Virgil's arm and pulled him close.
"I'm watching you..."

Said persons hair turned an unsettling color of black and white as he slowly walked to Roman's room to see Patton and Logan at his side, trying to coax him back to consciousness.

As he watched his friends from the doorway, he began to realize how easily they would be able to live without him... how life would just move on... they'd be better off.

Virgil said nothing as he continued to watch, he watched the tube from his lovers throat move up and down as he breathed.
He watched as Logan and Patton discussed how non of this would be happening if it weren't for him, with Patton lightly disagreeing... but they all knew Logan was right.

Virgil sighed and walked away, his hair fading a grim shade of gray as he made his way to the bathroom, on his way a cart full of medicines, he swiftly took a bottle as he slipped into the bathroom and locked the door.

Patton was growing weary of Virgil.
He hadn't seen much of him since they left the house. "I'm gonna go check on Virgil.."

Logan just nodded, and stayed focused on Roman. Honestly, he'd rather not be thinking about Virgil.

Virgil shakily opened the bottle and stared at the medications inside as he thought about what he was about to do, who he was leaving behind...
"Don't think, just do."

It was moments later when Patton had come across the bathroom.
It tried opening it but the door was locked so he just assumed someone was in there but when he shouted, asking if anyone was in there... there was no response.

To Patton, that was odd and he knew it. So he tried opening the door again.
Nothing.

That was when Patton decided to take precautionary measures, he had ran to a nurse and asked for a key to the bathroom.

Once he finally convinced the nurse, he had ran back to the bathroom and shakily opened the door to see Virgil on the floor, spit and foam sputtering from him.
