That little-
Bakugo's POV:
"Alright, enough of this crap," I grunted, pulling out a pair of reinforced cuffs. Heavy-duty stuff, made to keep alphas in line if they ever went feral. Overkill, sure, but with him? I wasn't taking any chances.
Izuku's eyes zeroed in on the cuffs, and his lip curled in a warning snarl. "What the hell do you think you're doing?" he hissed.
"You're not leaving here unless you're with us," I shot back, stepping toward him. Todoroki stayed close behind me, calm as ever, though I could tell he was on edge.
Izuku's response was immediate. His fist shot out before I could blink, landing squarely against my jaw. Pain exploded across my face, and I staggered back, more from shock than the force of the hit. "You little—!"
But before I could finish my sentence, he was already shifting.
One second, it was the annoying, scowling face of Izuku Midoriya, and the next? A massive, snow-white leopard stood in front of us, its ears flat, tail lashing, and fangs bared in a low, dangerous growl.
"Crap," I muttered, rubbing my jaw as I stepped back. This wasn't some posturing act—Izuku was done playing nice.
"Bakugo," Todoroki said quietly, his voice tense. His hand was already on my arm, ready to pull me back if things got worse.
The leopard took a step forward, muscles coiled and ready to pounce. His green eyes, once so full of sarcasm and defiance, now gleamed with something primal. Something untamed.
"Stand down, Izuku," I said, forcing my voice to stay calm even though my instincts were screaming at me to act. "You're not thinking straight."
He didn't respond—didn't even seem to hear me.
Instead, he snarled, low and menacing, his claws scraping against the floor as he crouched lower.
Shit. This wasn't just a fight. He was losing himself.
"Bakugo, we need to get out of here," Todoroki said, his voice sharper now. He was already moving toward the door, but I stood my ground for a moment longer.
"No," I growled, glaring at the leopard. "We're not leaving him like this."
"Then what's your plan?" Todoroki shot back, his usually calm demeanor cracking just enough to let his frustration show. "He's not going to listen to you right now."
He was right, of course, but I hated admitting it. My fists clenched at my sides, and for a moment, I considered trying to subdue him. But looking at the snarling, pacing predator in front of me, I knew it wouldn't end well—for any of us.
"Fine," I bit out, backing up toward the door. "But we're not leaving him alone for long."
Todoroki opened the door, and we both slipped out, slamming it shut behind us just as Izuku lunged.
The sound of claws scraping against the metal door sent a shiver down my spine. He roared, a deep, guttural sound that echoed through the hall and made it clear just how dangerous he was.
I leaned against the door, catching my breath as Todoroki locked it. "What the hell just happened?" I muttered, rubbing my jaw again.
"He's lost control," Todoroki said, his voice quiet but firm. He turned to look at me, his mismatched eyes filled with concern. "We need to figure out how to bring him back before he hurts himself—or someone else."
I nodded, my mind already racing with possibilities. But one thing was clear: we couldn't let him stay like this for long. Not when he was trapped between who he was and what his instincts were telling him to be.
"Don't worry, I'll bring him back," I muttered, more to myself than to Todoroki.
Because if anyone could handle this stubborn, feral, infuriating omega, it was me.
And I wasn't about to let him go down without a fight.
