Jerome's Pov:

As we are watching Rob's meltdown, We hear a few familiar voices from behind."Mitch, Jerome, and Kenny! I'm so glad you guys are okay... wait these aren't magic users...." I hear one of our girlfriends state.

" No, they are not Kelsey, but if you read...."

"Jerome, I already did it. It looks like your Robert friend here has not been in control of his own mind for the last ten years..." She states

"Babe, just because you can read their minds don't mean you have to cut them off." Kelsey's boyfriend Landon remarks with tons of sass.

"Well, you do it too when you get the emotions off them. So don't be a butthead, butthead."

Mitch, Kenny, and myself sit there laughing as the to start playfully bickering with each other.Kelsey, as I stated earlier, was Landon's boyfriend and also Preston's cousin. Those two have been dating for two years now, and I get the feeling Landon is gonna prose soon, which if he is he is gonna have a hard time keeping it a secret from Kelsey. You see Kelsey's a user of the mind, She has control over it, more than regular magic users. She specials in it, and can control anyone in a snap, kind of like the Hunter king.

Then Landon user magic is over emotions, so obviously he can control people emotions.

"Sorry to interrupt this cute moment, but if Landon is an emotion user, can you please calm down Rob." Vikk snaps.

" And maybe Kelsey can wake up Matt," Lachlan adds.

They both nod and set to work. Soon Rob was literally hiding under Vikk's arms, a lot calmer than before though, and Matt was chilling again the back of the house.

"Soo... I already know your names, but I would like proper introductions." Kelsey asks.Lachlan moves over towards both Landon and Kelsey and introduces himself. Then so does Vikk, who drags Rob over with him.

"Jerome, what is exactly going on..." Landon starts to ask, then we hear a scream, and Kelsey grabs onto his on, and she looks at all of us with a dead look in her eyes.

"I just got a connection with the Ruler... I knew something bad was happening... but not like that...Matt, Rob, Kenny..... It's bad."

Kelsey starts to shake and tears are flowing down her face. Landon Looks at us and pulls Kelsey closer to him.

"What is happening?"

"The Hunter king is a bad man, and is actually a really powerful magic mind control user..." Rob states, "And he is also the Ruler's bother, that might have succeeded in killing my baby... Preston and he controlled Pete too."

"HE MIGHT HAVE KILLED PRESTON!" Landon scream, "Why am I know just finding out about this?"

"We knew you would react like that." Kenny mumbles, I see worry cross his face.Silence falls, and then we hear another scream, a set of three different ones...
