I believed you. It was the stupidest thing to do. I don't know why I did. I shouldn't have. You were just a sweet talker with cheesy pick up lines who just so happened to be Cupid and the one I loved.

"Seriously. Could she be any slower?"
Daiyu groaned and massaged her temple, annoyance flitting across her face as she waited for her 'beloved' cousin to get ready. This is why she woke up two hours and thirty minutes earlier than when school started. This is why-
"LETS GO!"
Daiyu shook her head and sighed, following the energetic elder out the dorm room door. She already wanted the year to end. Maybe she was just pessimistic, but she should have left. Should have as soon as she'd run into a boy that smelled of soap and something intoxicating with disheveled sloppy brown hair that somehow looked fashionable on him and a beautiful smile that made hearts stutter.
She should have known and left when he apologized and he blinked too many times as he stared at her in obvious awe. She should have left back home to Japan, back to her brother. If only she did.
Maybe she'd have been spared the pain she'd experience in the future.
Too bad she pushed away the tingling feeling she felt when he helped her up and the shivers that went up her spine when he smiled. She should have acknowledged it.
"I'm so sorry! I'm a mess! But seriously I'm so.... uh..."
The boy blinked rapidly, eyes widening at the sight of her. His pretty lips opened in surprise and he froze up, pale skin tinting pink. He cleared his throat, a smile tugging at the corners of his lips.
"I Uhm.... here..." sticking his hand out he pulled her up effortlessly, his height towered over her short one as he looked down on her, black locks of thick long hair tumbling over her shoulder and hanging at her hips.
"Oh..... i.... I mean, thanks..?" The girl smiled awkwardly, tilting her head slightly upward to look at him. His breath hitched at the sight, his hand still holding hers.
"Daiyuuuuuuu let's goooo!"
This was when the boy finally realized he'd been staring too long as he turned his head. Daiyu took this as an opportunity to slip her hands out of his, both having a odd sense of loss, before she ran over to the older girl with dark brown hair.
"Hmm... Daiyu, huh?"
"What's that?"
He screamed, falling backwards before glaring up at the one who scared him. The other smiled sheepishly, brown wavy hair falling to the side as he laughed nervously.
"Oops?"
"KEVINNNN!"
"OH SHI-IISTSTS"

"That boy was pretty cute..."
Daiyu tugged her fingers through her hair, a sigh escaping her lips as she walked beside Yukiko. The elder nodded her head.
"But did you see that boy who came after we started walking away? He was really cute.... did you see his hair? Ohhh and-"
Daiyu sighed and droned out the other girl. Both were reaching the school entrance, students were scattered all over the hallways, windows open as it was spring and warm out.
"Excuse me! Coming through!"
A blonde boy with pale skin and long face nearly ran into them, he flashed a sweet smile before jogging off.
"His smile is literally as bright the sun." Daiyu mused, eyebrow raised in amusement before turning back to look at her cousin.
"He's cute too!"
"You think everyone's cute..."
"Not true!"
"Sure..."
The black haired sighed and continued walking, the dark brown haired elder rambling on about some Korean group called WannaOne.
"Uhm... where are we..?" Daiyu frowned, elbowing the elder. The older yelped in pain, frowning and rubbing her side as she looked around, frown getting deeper as she realized that she didn't know.
"Uhhhhh no clue..!?"
"Well this is just great..."
"Well... I got it!!!"
Yukiko smacked the black haired girls shoulder, pointing at a sign that pointed towards the main office. The other just crumpled and glared at her, walking toward the direction.
