A/n: It's Halloween Night here in Happy Tree Village and Y/n is excited for a night of fright, where all the ghost, ghouls and goblins come out to play at the dead of night. However, for every Halloween night that happens every year in the world of Happy Tree Village, bad things happens here around every corner you may go for a night of terror when a strange curse spreads throughout the whole town, where everyone in Happy Tree Village are turning into vampires with an unquenchable thirst for blood and when Y/n is completely unaffected by the curse, all of the residents in the entire town has developed a taste for something that drinking other people's blood is not enough to quench their thirst for blood bring out an all-night blood lust this year on Halloween Night.

One Halloween Night here in Happy Tree Village, the residents in this town are under a vampirific curse that had spreaded through the entire town and eventually the entire town with everyone turning into bloodthirsty monsters with pale skin, bat ears and wings, hightened senses and an unquenchable thirst for blood. The curse was actually caused by everyone eating the Halloween Candy that was mixed with a illegal chemical to make the candy more sweeter and everyone in their Halloween costumes have consumed the chemical infused candy had turned them all into vampires.

Every year on Halloween, lots of scary and dangerous events always happen  in Happy Tree Village such as Cuddles getting buried alive, everyone coming back as zombies until Lumpy managed to kill them with a leaf-blower lodged into Zombie Fliqpy's eye that caused his brain to explode, Pop had to read a cursed book that he bought at a yard sale that turned his Cub into a monster before hiring a exorcist and who can forget when Fliqpy's own soul inhabited Cub's tricycle and killed Pop, Lumpy and Disco Bear in cold blood. But, this year on Halloween really takes the cake as the sun hasn't been up for a long, long time ever since the curse is still active.

However, there is only one person in Happy Tree Village that is not infected by the curse since he stayed at home watching some cheesy Halloween movies and eating some of his F/hc that is completely free of the evil chemical that caused the curse in the first place. His name is Y/n L/n, a F/c wolf that has been living in his very own secret underground bunker that he had built when he first moved into Happy Tree Village and hearing a lot of rumors about all the deaths that happened almost everyday.

Since Y/n is the only one that is not turned into a vampire, everyone has been on a never-ending hunt for Y/n to have a taste of his own blood to turn him into a vampire like them and they are not stopping until they get what they want. Every day, Y/n hides in the shadows while sneaking over to the nearby stores to restock for food and supplies, their obesssion to capture Y/n grows stronger and stronger until they will do anything to get him to make him one of them.

Right now, Y/n is running out of food and supplies and has to go outside to get over to the grocery stores to get some more to restock his pantry, fridge and supply closet in order to survive a little longer before he can be able to find some sort of cure to stop the curse once and for all. So he puts on his outdoor outfit in order to blend with the shadows and his backpack filled with tools and weapons that are useful for him to use on his missions.

Y/n: *Sigh* Looks like I'm running out of food and supplies again. Time for me to go run some errands again. Let's hope I don't get caught by all of my friends that are now blood-thirsty vampires. Why did those guys had to add illegal chemicals to the Halloween candy. It's a good thing that I bought my favorite candy a few months before Halloween came by and me staying at home watching some cheesy horror movies instead of going trick-or-treating with all of my friends.

With that, Y/n unlocked the hatch to his bunker, locks behind him and covers it all up before heading over to the grocery store to grab more supplies and going back to the bunker safe and sound.

Thanks to his all black suit, he was able to blend in well with the shadows and he is able to avoid all the traps that the vampires had set up to capture new victims like either one of the Generic Tree Friends to feed upon for food or any surviors that are affected by the curse for them to bite and infect with the curse to turn them into vampires.

The traps are all set up by Flippy, Lifty, Shifty and Sniffles and Y/n was able to avoid them pretty easily since the first night of his mission to grab some food and supplies as well as scouting the area to map out the area while he stays underground before the cure was found.

Eventually, Y/n has made it over to the grocery and heads over to the back door to get inside, but not before looking around to see if any of the vampire are patrolling area.

Once Y/n was inside the grocery store, he sneaks over to the area where he had placed inside his secret stash of the frozen food in the only working freezer so that the food doesn't spoil along with a box of dry food, sweets, canned food, etc as well as some extra batteries, pencils, paper and other things in a padlock crate filled with everything he needed to keep himself occupied or to help get through the day inside a carefully hidden compartment behind the freezer and places the food he needed into his backpack until it's all packed up.

Once he got what he needed, he closed up his hidden compartments and went back to the back door to get back to the bunk.

However, once he got out the back door, a couple of vampires just out of nowhere, which made Y/n jump in fear to see both vampirific verisons of Giggles and Petunia with them batting their glowing red eyes at him as they slowly walked over to him while Y/n slowly backed up away from them, only to find more vampires behind him that are preventing him from escaping.

Giggles: Hey, Handsome. Where do you think you're going?

Petunia: Yeah. We haven't seen you for a long time. We are all worried sick about you.

Y/n: Well, I don't want to be bitten and get my blood sucked by a vampire.

Toothy: Why not, Y/n? Being a vampire is awesome. You get to live forever and don't have to worry about the sun coming up.

Splendid: That's right, Y/n. We may not like it at first, but you'll get used to it eventually. I mean, they can all fly like me and you will too if you let us have a drink of your blood.

Y/n: No! I won't let you take my blood!! You're not gonna take me alive!!!

He tried his best to get away until to get blocked again by more vampires.

Flaky: We're sorry, Y/n, but we can't let you leave.

Lammy: Yeah, we are getting tired of hunting you down and you getting away scot free. We all love you and want you to be one of us.

Cuddles: Yeah, everything is not fun without you. It's been so long since we had fun with until this vampire cursed happened to our town. So, please join us, Y/n.

Nutty: *Laughing Crazily!!* YEAH!! Y/N, JOIN US!!! I BET YOUR BLOOD IS SO DELICIOUS!!

Y/n: You're not gonna suck my blood, ya crazy squirrel!!! AHHHHH!!!!!

With a hard shove on Nutty, Y/n made a dash all the way back to his bunker with a bunch of blood hungry vampires chasing after him. It didn't take too long till Y/n made it back to his bunker in time and quickly inside before the vampires had the chance to get inside since the door is completely vampire proof that prevents them from getting inside the bunker.

Luckily, Y/n managed to get back to the bunker safe and sound with everything he needed that he got from the store. Or so he thought he was safe until he saw that all of the lights in the bunker were all turned off and he remembered that he left the lights on before he left to get more supplies.

He quickly turned on his flashlight to find the light switch to turn on the lights since the vampire can't stand bright lights due to the harsh sunlight that will turn them into dust.

Then suddenly, Y/n felt like he is not the only one inside the bunker as he heard a bunch of footsteps all around him, which made him even more confused and scared to where they are at. Even his flashlight began to flicker, meaning that the batteries are running out of juice to power the flashlight. Y/n then tried hitting the flashlight and jiggle the battery to make it work, but it didn't work and then died down, leaving Y/n in total darkness.

Y/n is now completely terrified in the dark and tried his very best to calm down until he felt a pair of arms wrapped around him and he felt the captor's hot breath in his ear and realizes that it was his best friend, Flippy and it looks like that he got into the bunker while he went out to gather more supplies at the store and it looks like he got Y/n in his arms.

Fliqpy: Hello there, Y/n. Sorry for breaking into your home, but I thought maybe I like to come over to see my best friend again, but it looks like we finally caught you and you smell so delicious right now. We're all sorry taht we had to do this, but we all love you and we want you to be with us as vampires forever and ever. So don't take this personal, cause your blood is MINE!!

Without warning, Fliqpy then bite down on Y/n's neck and started drinking his blood. Y/n tried to get out of Fliqpy's grasp, but Fliqpy's vampire super-strength is strong enough to hold Y/n down as he continues drinking his best friend's blood until he passed out.

After drinking a good amount of blood, Fliqpy finally let Y/n go gently on the floor and went back as Flippy. Then Y/n started turning into a vampire with his wolf ears becoming bat-like ears, his already sharp canines sharpen into fangs and his F/c fur becoming paler until his transformation was complete.

Now, Y/n's fate has been sealed as he finally became one of them as a blood-sucking vampire as he lie down on the floor unconscious after Flippy sucked a lot of his own blood. Flippy then gently picked Y/n up and took over to his bed in his room and tucked him in to let him rest for a while and gave him a good night kiss on his forehead before leaving his room for a bit to let everyone into the bunker to stay with Y/n until he wake up fro his long nap.

Flippy: Goodnight, my friend. Sorry about what happened back there, but your blood was so delicious that I couldn't help myself. I'll let my friends in here and we'll keep an eye on you until you wake up. If you like, I'll read you a bedtime story while you sleep. That always helps me when I trouble sleeping at night. Welcome to our little family, Y/n~ Sweet dreams and don't let the bed bugs bite.
