A/n: You and your twin sister, Petunia were having a good time at a luxury cruise liner until disaster have stuck on the boat leaving the two sisters floating in the ocean all by themselves with all of their friends all died from the destruction of the cruise ship. Luckily for them, they managed to get themselves at a nearby remote island and the two begin their struggle for survival on a deserted island with no else here to keep them company. That is until they saw their old friend, Russell the Sea Otter Pirate stranded here all by himself and he has been here ever since his ship was destroyed in a nasty thunderstorm. Being all alone on an deserted island by himself has caused him to get Island Madness and has a pet coconut that he had named Coco, but he still remembers both Y/n and Petunia and he even develops a crush for Y/n after spending time here on the island, surviving until help arrives to save them. Will the two love birds make it out of this deserted island alive and will Y/n help Russell get over with the island madness problem.

After the two skunk sisters, Y/n and Petunia decided to take a vacation at a luxury cruise line, they both ended up getting lost at sea after a small mishap with Lumpy being the typical lazy and completely stupid idiot he was when he got the job as captain of the cruise ship and didn't even bother turning on the auto-pilot setting on the control panel, that caused a huge disaster on the ship that have brought down not only one the ship, but with everyone's own innocent lives at the brink of death thanks to Lumpy's stupidity.

Luckily, the two managed to get away from the ship unscathed in one of the boats life rafts and they both managed to collect as much food and supplies as they can carry after seeing Lumpy was the captain of the cruise ship. Now the two sisters are now floating on the life raft for quite a long time after the cruise ship sank down along with all of their friends.

Y/n: I told you that going on a luxury cruise was a bad idea especially if Lumpy was the captain of the ship.

Petunia: Well, How am I supposed to know that was going to happen. You're lucky that we managed to get out alive just before the boat sank and I could let you die back there because your my twin sister.

It is true, Y/n and Petunia are definitely twin sisters and they will do anything to stay alive because they both love and care for each other as sisters. Y/n looks exactly like Petunia, but the only difference between them is that Y/n's own fur is the color F/c than Petunia's natural blue colored fur and Y/n has a sunflower pin than her sister's traditional flower pin. After they managed to get away from the cruise ship before it sank down into the ocean, the two of them cuddled each other for the night while crying themselves to sleep, hoping that they will eventually find help or an island they can spot for.

Then the two of them did they best to look for an island that they can find so that they prepare themselves a shelter while gathering enough resources to survive and create something to send out help. Then they both spotted a nearby island that is big enough for enough resources to survive. Good thing that Y/n was watching a lot of survival training videos and ordering that Complete Guide for Island Survival that has everything you need to know how to survive being stranded on a deserted island.

They began to paddle their way over to the island and once they gotten themselves over to the island, they were amazed by the beautiful view of the huge remote island over to the crystal clear ocean as they gotten themselves stranded an a beautiful remote island paradise.

Y/n: Wow. This place is beautiful. It like being in a perfect paradise in heaven.

Petunia: Yeah, who knew that being ended up on a huge and beautiful deserted island with plenty of natural resources to survive here that will last a lifetime over the perfect view of the crystal blue ocean.

Y/n then came across a nearby palm tree and grabbed a couple of coconuts that had already fell off the tree. Then she used her trusty pocket knife and used the hammer tool to break open the coconuts for them to drink out of to celebrate their success in surviving the shipwreck.

Y/n: Well, as long as we work together to survive on this island with my knowledge and skills in survival and your skills in cooking and cleaning, I say we earned it.

Then suddenly....

*BOOM!*

A explosion came by from a gunshot that blew up the two coconuts, which drenched the two skunk sisters in coconut milk. Even though Petunia has a major germ phobia and all, but she is not freaking out from the fresh coconut milk because they use that milk for beauty and skin care products like shampoo and conditioner.

Then the two looked to see the person that took the shot and was shocked to see that it was their friend, Russell, who seems be to have been on the island for long time and they can tell by his old tattered clothes and five o'clock shadow. They thought he died in a horrible storm while he went out on a fishing trip and it looks like he survived his death and ended up on this island. He also doesn't look very happy to see them as he is holding his trusty musket pistol and aiming straight at them. Luckily, it only hit the coconuts and not Y/n and Petunia.

Russell: Ye earned nothing! *Brings out his cutlass* Get off of me island, ya scurvy maggots!

*Y/n and Petunia screaming for their lives*

With a dash for their lives, they quickly went up the palm tree and Russell started stabbing them with his cutlass, but they went up the tree so high that he couldn't reach them at all.

Russell: Who sent ye?! Ah, it doesn't matter! There are only two ways off the island, the easy way or the hard way, and Coco here agrees. It's never a deserted island if you're here, Coco.

Then the two skunk sisters were now gone from being completely terrified to being completely confused to see Russell talking to a coconut. Y/n remembered reading a book about a article called "Island Madness", which is what happens when you are alone on a deserted island or lost at sea and you start talking to inanimate objects like that coconut he's talking to right now. In fact, life at sea or an a deserted island can be very stressful and it looks like Russell is not having a good time right now being here on this island all by himself.

Y/n: Russell?! Calm down and put down that sword of yours away! It's us, Y/n and Petunia!

Then Russell stopped what he is doing right now and he started to remember who they really are.

Russell: Y/n? Petunia? Is it really you guys?

Y/n & Petunia: Yes! It's us!

Russell: Shiver Me Timbers! I'm so sorry, girls. I thought you guys are some kind of enemy pirates that tried to take me booty.

Petunia: No, we were just having a nice, relaxing vacation on a cruise ship until it sank down into the ocean that was caused by the captain of the ship.

Russell: Was it Lumpy?

Y/n: *Groans* Yes.

Russell: I knew that ship wouldn't last. The last time I went fishing with him, we got eaten by a whale and it never ended well after we tried our best to get out of the whale's mouth. How did you girls survived after the ship sank into Davy Jones' Locker?

Petunia: Well, we already left the cruise ship after we found out that Lumpy was the captain of the cruise in one of the life boats. So that's why we ended up here and decided to find a way to get off this island and get back home.

Then Y/n got an idea that is sure to work for the three of them.

Y/n: Say maybe you and your coconut friend can help us gather enough materials to build a boat back to Happy Tree Village.

Russell looked at Coco the coconut and Coco 'nodded' to Russell, and Russell turns back to them.

Russell: Alrighty then. Since both me and Coco agreed your offer of working together to get off of this island, then we should start writing a blueprint of building a very sturdy looking boat if we're going to get off of this island and back home.

Y/n: Alright then, I'll start drawing the things we need for the boat while you two go look for some food and materials we need for me to cook and for us to build a proper shelter.

Petunia and Russell: Righto!

*Coco 'nodded' in agreement*

So Russell, Petunia and of course, Coco the coconut began their job collecting firewood, some edible food and some other materials they need for tonight, but not before Y/n letting her sister borrow her Survival Guide book in case she grabs the wrong kind of materials that are considered dangerous like Poison Ivy or berries that can give you dry mouth, nausea and diarrhea while Y/n begins to draw out the plans of building a boat that will last long enough to get back home.

Timeskip - 7 Months Later

After 7 months of being marooned on the island, the trio and Coco the coconut finally managed to build the boat out of sturdy driftwood and collected enough food from the crops they planted in their own garden thanks to Petunia's skills in gardening right next to their own homemade shelter out of the trees and palm tree leaves.

Russell was happy to see his old friends, Y/n and Petunia and how they decided to help him out with his problem of being marooned on the island by himself. He was even helpful enough of getting some fresh fish from the nearby lake on the island and get some fresh water by boiling the salty sea water in a metal pot. Then after spending so long with the two skunk sisters, he started having a crush on Petunia's twin sister, Y/n and he has been very protect of her and her twin sister ever since they arrived on the island.

One night, he asked Y/n if they can start their very own date on the island with a dinner of cooked fish and Y/n agreed to this idea of a date and was surprised of how Russell was being such a gentleman on their own date since Russell did open his own fish and chips restaurant back in Happy Tree Village.

By the time for them to leave the island, Russell nudged on Y/n's shoulder because he wanted to tell her something important that made him fell nervous and the way he was having a bunch of butterflies in his own stomach.

Russell: Hey, Y/n? Can I ask you something?

Y/n: Yes, Russell?

Russell: After you and your sister, Petunia decided to stay here on the island here with me and Coco until we managed to build this boat and how we built our own home with your survival skills, Petunia's skills in homemaking and gardening and my skills in fishing and keeping a lookout for any signs of thunderstorms, I just wanted to say that...I love you, Y/n.

Y/n then began to blush from hearing Russell's confession and how she remembered how Russell wanted to have a date on this island with his delicious fish dinner under a homemade dinner table and torch lights. She fully understands his love towards her and she can think of no one better than every man she met back at home, except for Disco Bear, which died from the shipwrecked cruise boat.

Y/n: I love you too, Russell. You were a huge help for me and my sister, especially you, Coco.

Russell smiles of her acknowledgement towards Coco the coconut he made friends with during his time on the island.

Petunia: Hey! I hate to interrupt you two lovebirds, but we should get back home before something else bad happens.

Russell: Argh! She's right, Y/n. We better get going before another storm blows over. I will look over the map while you two man the paddles of our boat.

Y/n & Petunia: Aye, Aye, Captain!

And so, the whole gang and Coco began their journey back to Happy Tree Village on their manmade boat and kept on the lookout for any danger once they row their way from the island to the docks of Happy Tree Village.

They didn't have much problem getting back to the village, except for a few drizzles of rain clouds, but after a whole day of rowing and a few breaks of cooking their food, they finally made it back home with only a few minor scraps and bruises.

Everyone at the village was surprised to see them all come back home, especially Russell after they had disappeared for a long time and they gave them all a warm welcome back home from their experience on the island.

A few weeks later after they got home, Russell and Y/n have been dating ever since they confessed their love together and they kept their coconut friend, Coco as a souvenir from their time on the island. Y/n even comes over to Russell's pirate boat house for a dinner of his famous fish recipes.

Hopefully, they will eventually get married and have kids of their own one day after they have spent together with Petunia on the island.

I guess that True Love can overcome the dangers of Island Madness.
