Y/N takes a deep deep breath to calm her nerves that are jumping all over the place. She fixes her hair that has been styled for her previous photoshoot, dyed and curled to perfection. This is it. She can't hide anymore.

"You have radio interview after school," her manager reminds her and she nods curtly before opening the car door to enter her school. "Have a great day!"

Oh, she will. Her boyfriend- well, ex-boyfriend, Hoseok humiliated her in front of the whole school just a few days ago. He confessed the truth that he was just dating her for a bet. The school's innocent nerd girl dating the popular womanizer boy just to be played. Laughter erupted everywhere and garbages were thrown all over her.

She cried and cried but realized her tears were too precious for such a thing. She remembers what the school queen bees said to her clearly. She remembers every bullying she received.

All she wanted was to live quietly, to live peacefully. A genuine school life where no one knew her public persona.

Not anymore.

The moment she steps foot into the building, murmurs and whispers fill the whole place. Gasps and shrieks soon follow. They bring a smile to her face and she flips her gorgeous hair as she walks down the hallway where the students make way for her. Some even drop to the floor, bowing to her.

One boy in particular nearly faints after Y/N shoots a simple smile at him.

"Oh my gosh! It's Y/A!"

"I'm a huge fan!"

"Oh my gosh, the angel Y/A arrived to our school!"

"Marry me!"

"My queen! Step on me, please!"

"Wait a minute, is she actually... Y/N?"

Y/N arrives to her locker and opens it to grab her books, eliciting loud gasps from the crowds. She smirks at the reactions. Almost every student is a fan of her after all.

Twirling around, she announces, "Yes, I am Y/N and Y/A you all know me as. Surprised?"

Slamming her locker, she heads to her classroom with a trail of students following her. It seems laughable to her. How people can change so quickly.

"Y/N!"

She freezes, recognizing the voice. Turning around, she finds Hoseok on his knees before her and a huge crowd watching the two.

"Hoseok should be ashamed."

"How dare he show up like that after what he did?!"

"Wow, such an asshole. He hurt our angel Y/A!"

"What do you want, Jung," Y/N grits out, looking down at him. "I remember you said 'a man of your status' shouldn't engage, much less look at 'an unwanted nobody of my class with nothing'."

"Please take me back," Hoseok begs, wincing. "I'm sorry I said all that. I love you, Y/A! You're everything I want and need so please..."

"I'm not a different person when I'm Y/A. I'm the same girl whose heart you played with and broke, Jung."

"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry, Y/A- no, Y/N. Punch me, kick me, just please take me back."

Y/N shakes her head. "I ended everything with you the day you humiliated me." And punching and kicking can be done by the whole school for her.

She spots a few of her bullies and queen bees a few feet away, talking to some reporters who probably followed her here. When she approached them, she overhears them lying that they are friends with her. Best friends even. It draws a laugh out of her.

"Friends? What a joke," Y/N scoffs, earning their undivided attention. "Why would I befriend my bullies unless I'm crazy?"

The reporters gasp. "Bullies? Did Y/A say they bully her?"

Y/N blows a kiss to the girls who are horrified by her. "See you at the court, fake friends."

Thus, Y/N goes to school with no problem even if it isn't what she imagined it to be. It is better, in fact. She is able to interact with her fans as Y/A and spend quality time with people she never interacted with.

Y/A is who she is after all.
