On a beautiful sunny day, Y/N is minding her own business and walking down the empty street.

A sudden rustling sound catches her attention and she turns to find a small rabbit sniffing a cardboard box. While she starts wondering what it is doing there, a girl with a messy bun and sweatsuit appears out of nowhere and walks up to it, cooing and asking if it is okay.

Shrugging, Y/N continues walking and suddenly, rain starts pouring out of nowhere. Good thing she's wearing a cap and a jacket.

Another sudden rustling sound makes her scan the area and she finds a bleeding calico cat swaying in a cardboard box in an alley.

"Holy shit," she exclaims and rushes to the wounded animal, inspecting the cut over its back. It hisses when she tries to pet its head. "There, there. Oh dear... Please, we have to get you treated. I'm not a bad person, little kitten."

After lots of reassurances and panics, Y/N finally manages to carry the cat to a veterinarian and have the wounds treated. Since it needs some rest and care, Y/N decides to take it home. Plus, the cat is adorable when it's not hissing and scratching her which it has stopped doing after the visit to the vet.

A few days have passed and the two have grown so much closer. All has been fine until one day, instead of the calico cat, Y/N finds a naked man sleeping on top of her with his frame enveloping hers.

"Aaaaahhhh! Help! Pervert! I'm being harassed! My virgin eyes!"

A beautiful start to a beautiful relationship between a hybrid catboy and a human girl.

After loads of confusing conversations and boundaries set between the two, Y/N and the hybrid, Jimin as he names himself, have started living together as family.

Jimin is so cuddly and cute both as a person and a cat who helps Y/N in every way he can and it is adorable to her. Although the relationship is a bit confusing, they make it work.

All has been fine until one day... the dreaded heat comes.

"Please... I need your touch," Jimin whispers in pain as he curls on the bed, burning up from the heat.

Y/N has an internal battle and her logical side wins in the end. "Sorry, I can't ruin things because of the heat, and I'm not a furry. We'll have a calm conversation when this is over, but for now, we have to get you to a hospital."

Thus, all passes well and they find him a beautiful mate inside and out whom he loves with all of himself. Y/N treats him like a human with rights and feelings regardless of his sudden natural urges, and not an object or a piece of meat. She wants the best for him.

He's an important family member and platonic love is still a beautiful love.
