Stupid humans, running onto Walker territory in the middle of the night. And of course they're able to see 'them'.
Hiccup's thoughts were running wild. He didn't turn around to see if they were following, he didn't need to. He could hear their footsteps. He would've just teleported them away( magic, remember? ), but once he thought about it... Well let's just say it probably wouldn't end good.
They've been running for a long time. He knew some of them were starting to get tired, mainly the fat one, but they had to get away from the Walkers. Their leader would not listen to an angel. They were lucky this time.
Meanwhile, with the others, Astrid was almost freaking out. Almost. Fishlegs, on the other hand, was. And the fact that he was almost out of breath didn't help his situation. Snoulout was trying to act cool, but everyone knew he was freaked out. The twins? They were... Looking like the had the time of their life. But that's what you'd expect from them, being danger lovers.
So when the guy in front of them stopped, Astrid asked what everyone were thinking. "Who are you? And what were those... Things?" He turned around and looked at them like nothing had happened. "Walkers... They're called Walkers. Dark creatures that live in the forest, they come out at night and surround their pray-" "their WHAT?!" And Fishlegs was now freaking out "their pray. Now can I please finish?" Nobody said anything. "Thanks. Anyway, Walkers are extremely dangerous magic creatures. You're lucky their leader wasn't with them. Otherwise you'd be dead." Nobody said a word. That is, until Snotlout decided to break the silence. "Magic. Yeah right, magic doesn't exist." The guy just looked at him, definitely unimpressed. "You sure?" And with that, wings spouted from his back. White wings. Then he changed the wings color to black, and back to white. At this point, Fishlegs started to whimper. "Who are you." Ruffnut said, with what could probably only be described as wonder and fear. "I'm Hiccup. I'm here to help."
Ruffnut, Tuffnut and Snotlout started to giggle. Which ended in them laughing full out. "Of course you are, and I'm a unicorn, my dear magician." "Snotlout, maybe you should-" "shut it Fishlegs." Hiccup, or whatever his name is, was just standing there. Then suddenly, I started to rain. Everywhere but on us. And we literally stood in a clearing. "I'm an angel, not a magician. Magicians are just stupid people who want to trick others for money." Then Tuffnut said "guys, am I the only one noticing how it raining but we're not getting wet." Everyone shook their heads.
"Now that I have your attention, I'll need you to come with me." "And why would we do that?" "Because, Astrid-" I stopped dead in my tracks. He knows my name. "-it's that or I leave you in the middle of the forest while it's raining." We had no other choice, so we just nodded. "Great." And with a snap from his hands, we were gone.
