Normal pov

It's been almost a week, and Sakura had finally mastered the water walking technique, though she did suffer from falling in the water a dozen times. But thankfully she doesn't have to worry about it anymore, now she's free to do her own training, practicing her magic. Though at first she thought it probably won't be such a good idea, because anyone can walk in any second out of the trees and see her gifted "Kekke Genkai". But End said that she could just tell them that she is practicing her new jutsu. Today, she was having a strange feeling about tomorrow, but for now she shrugged it off and began to train her magic.

' You know, Sakura, always trust your instincts. When something is going to happen, then something bad is going to happen.'

'... I don't know, it could be a misunderstanding.'

' Always trust your instincts, sweetie. Always trust them.'

And with that, Sakura's gaurd was up 100%, always making sure nothing was out of the ordinary. For the rest of the day, Sakura had concentrated on her breathing, body exercises, magic, and her chakra. After 5 hours of training, Sakura made her way back to Tanzuna's house, planning on taking a quick shower and go to bed early. Before any of this could happen, Sakura stopped walking, sensing a familiar sent coming towards her.

' End, what do I do!? That "Anbu mist" guy is coming towards me!'

' Sakura, sweetie, just relax. Pretend you don't know or notice him. Just act nice and friendly.'

Sakura nodded her head before taking a deep breath and continued walking, until she "accidentally" bumped into the person. Both stopped abruptly, blinking surprisingly at each other, well, the guy called Haku did. Trying to play cool and calm Sakura "apologized".

"I am so sorry, I wasn't paying attention where I was going. I just came back from training."

"... It's fine, I too didn't pay attention, I had just finished up collecting herbs."

"Right, sorry again."

With that Sakura turned around and continued her walking, and when she was sure that she was far away from Haku, Sakura sighed in relief. She ran towards Tanzuna's house as fast as she could, and must report this to her sensei.

Kakashi looked at Sakura with wide eyes, well eye since his other one was still covered, hoping he had heard wrong. Sakura couldn't really blame him, she had bumped into a enemy that rescued Zabuza from death.

"You SAW him!?"

"Yes sensei, I had accidentally bumped into him, and his scent is very much familiar, I have a really bad feeling about tomorrow. End said always trust my instincts."

Kakashi groaned, not looking forward for tomorrow, he had just stopped walking with those crutches. Now his female student had just told him he wished was just a joke, a really bad joke, but he has to remind himself that she isn't that type of person. Sakura was very nervous and anxious aswell about tomorrow, though she could be wrong, but for safety she's not going to let her gaurd down.

"... Is Naruto and Sasuke still training? Shouldn't they be here right now?"

"You just missed Sasuke, he said he'll make sure Naruto comes back."

"Yeah right, knowing Sasuke, he'll compete against Naruto. Anywho, I'm going to go take a shower. I reek."

Sakura turned around and walked towards to the bathroom, ignoring everything and everyone who tried to call for her. She had turned the shower on before tiredly stripped off her clothes and stepped in the shower, sighing at the contact of the warm water.

' All this training is putting strain on my body.'

' Well it's the only way to get stronger, sweetie.'

' True, but still, everything really does hurt.'

' Well if you hadn't lusted after that Uchiha brat and concentrated on your training, than this wouldn't have happened.'

' Don't you dare start, End. I don't want to be reminded, jeez.'

Sakura sighed and continued to scrub her body, already feeling better to be cleaned. As she was done, she stepped out of the shower and dried herself off, and immediately put on some clean clothes before walking out of the bathroom.

' Man I'm wooped, a little nap is all I need right now.'

Sakura had stared blankly at her two teammates, not happy that they both are dead tired, bruised and barely standing. Naruto looked worst than Sasuke, hanging limply on him while still grinning like an idiot. Apparently they finally made it to the top of their trees, though they overdid it, mostly Naruto. Sakura crossed her arms and repeatedly tapped her foot on the ground while glaring at them. Naruto looked scared, and Sasuke only tensed at the gaze of the angry fire dragon slayer. Kakashi was also displeased about about the boys, but kept quiet and enjoyed how Sakura began to scowl at the boys. Sasuke admits that angry girls are very scary, but he won't say it out loud, unlike Naruto. After a few more minutes Team 7 relaxed and ate their food, though Sasuke and Naruto competed against each other to see who eats the fastest. Sakura's veins popped when the boys didn't stopped their contest, until she had enough and punched both boys really hard on their heads.

"YOU IDIOTS SLOW DOWN!! THIS IS NOT A COMPETITION!! THERE ARE STILL PEOPLE WHO ARE HUNGRY SO STOP STUFFING FOOD DOWN YOUR THROATS AND EAT NORMALLY!!"

Sakura had summoned her flames threatinly at them, and horns had popped out of her forehead. Her transformation had happened a few days ago, and Sakura at first was freaking out, while her team had tried to calm her down. But later End had explained the situation, though she was surprised that this happened. And now she had gotten used to it, though her teammates was still terrified when she's mad. Naruto nearly cried anime style and squeaked out "yes ma'am!" while Sasuke paled and quickly nodded his head. Sakura dismissed her flames, though her horns still stayed, she hadn't learned to dismiss them just yet. Her horns only appear when she's extremely pissed off and annoyed, they only disappear when she's fully calmed. She sighed and muttered out annoyingly how she end up with two boys who's only talent is arguing.

"Sakura I think you should go to bed and cool off. This is the fifth time this week."

"Ugh, not my fault I have a short temper and I have teammates that likes to argue people's head off. They even have the nerve to almost eat all of the food when there is still people who is hungry!"

Sakura ate her food quickly and dismissed herself to her room, and ignored the rest of the conversation behind her. As she made it to her room, she took her hairbrush and brushed her hair, annoyed that her horns are in the way. Then she brushed her teeth before climbing on her futon and immediately fell asleep, ignoring her horns that dug themselves in the pillow again. Back down stairs, Kakashi glared at the two boys who silently eat their food, and thankfully much slower.

"You boys should know better how Sakura can be, I thought her temper made it clear."

"We're sorry sensei."

"Don't tell that to me, tell that to Sakura."

Tanzuna and his family silently watched the scene, wondering if this is normal, though they didn't interfere. Kakashi had suddenly notice a picture that was cutted out, and spoke up.

"Tanzuna, what's up with that picture on the wall?"

Sakura had slowly began to open her eyes, and pulled herself up before yawning and began to stretch. She scratched her head, happy that her horns were gone, and stood up before searching for her ninja outfit Tsunami had washed for her.

"Sakura sweetie, are you awake? Breakfast is ready!"

"Yes Tsunami, I'm awake, give me a minute!"

Sakura had quickly put her clothes on and fixed herself and strapped her ninja tools on her body. Today is another day, though this one is different, and she was rather tense today.

' Calm down Sakura, it could be a misunderstanding.'

' Excuse me, but who is the one to tell me to always trust my instincts?'

' Instincts can be wrong sometimes.'

' Too late for that.'

Sakura slide her door open and walked out and down stairs, seeing that only Kakashi sensei was there so far. Sasuke and Naruto was still asleep, and they do actually need it.

"Good morning sensei."

"Morning, you good now?"

Sakura smiled and nodded her head before taking a seat next to her sensei and began to eat her meal Tsunami had layed out for her. Kakashi only stared at her, and gave a eye smile at how Sakura greatfully ate her food. Though, he couldn't help it but think that certain of her behaviour reminds him of someone he lost. That made him frown, but shrugged it off for now and began to start a conversation.

"So how is your... magic... coming along?"

"Fine, though almost burned down a few trees. Luckily it hit the water instead."

"Your new magic giving you problems?"

"Not anymore, I'm getting a hang of it. So what did I miss last night?"

"... Well..."

Kakashi had began to explain what the fuss was about last night, and she felt really sorry for Inari. He must have it rough to see his father-figure getting tortured and killed in front of him. To hear what Gato did to all these innocent people, that made both Sakura and End sick, and they both know that he must die. As she frowned at the story her sensei was telling, Sakura sense a familiar scent and spoke up.

"Good morning Sasuke."

"... Hn..."

' Jerk.'

"... Where is Naruto?"

"Still asleep."

"Why haven't you waken him up?"

"Because I told him last night to let Naruto sleep in. He pushed himself too hard."

Sakura nodded her head in understanding and finished her meal before excusing herself from the table and carried her dishes to the kitchen. She smiled at Tsunami and put her dishes in the sink before washing them, ignoring Tsunami's protest. When she was done, she walked back to the dining room and saw Tanzuna was ready for today, Sasuke was done with his food and Kakashi had already waited for them. Sakura straighten herself and walked out of the house with her team and Tanzuna. They had walked gracefully and peacefully through the forest and enjoyed the wind that was blowing. Hopefully is will stay like this until the bridge is finished, though, she knew that that won't happen so easily. As they neared the bridge Sakura suddenly stopped with a brute halt, making her team and Tanzuna stare at her.

"Sakura, what's the matter?"

"... They're here. On the bridge... the builders!"

With that Sakura raced towards the bridge, ignoring her team's cry as they raced after her along with Tanzuna. Sakura prayed that they didn't kill the other bridge builders as was running on top of it, that was now covered in mist. She could smell them, a total of 8 bridge builders were injured, but alive. There was one near her, and she dashed towards him before kneeling next to him. Sakura was about to wake him up, until she heard a chuckle, making her immediately stand up and stood her ground, glaring at the direction she knew where they stand.

"The first one to arrive is the flame girl, where are the rest Pinky?"

Just then the mist cleared a little, and revealed none other Zabuza Momochi and his side kick Haku. Sakura immediately stood in a fighting stance, glaring at the two enemies before her. Zabuza saw the look in her eyes and smirked, she was rather interesting for a girl her age. Before anything else could happen, Sakura's team and Tanzuna was then there with her, glaring at the two rogue ninjas.

"Well then, since you all are here, let's begin, shall we?"
