The family asked a few more questions, but eventually returned to their earlier conversations. The rest of the night went smoothly after that.

Michael and Lucifer announced they were staying in California for awhile after the concert. Lucifer wanted to spend more time with Gabe and I since he hadn't seen us in forever.

On the other hand, Hannah and her soulmate were going to be gone as soon as the sun came up. Hannah always leaned more towards her parents beliefs. She didn't think it was right for them to beat me, but she also thought I was an abomination. She said that they're going on a cruise through the Caribbean. She didn't stay much longer after that, something about having to pick up all of her clothes or whatever.

Raphael told us he was moving out of mom and dad's house next week so he couldn't stay in California. He also had to have all the little kids ones before Monday.

Balthazar said he was going to try to straighten himself out, though we all doubted that. Last time he said that it wasn't even two days before he was caught trespassing on private property. Hopefully he would have better luck this time. Balthazar continued on saying he was going to say fairly close to Stanford.

I was excited. I hadn't seen my siblings since I left almost eight years ago. Sure they called from time to time, but it was different getting to see them. Not to mention now Lucifer, and Balthazar would be around for awhile.

Later Hannah and her soulmate left. Raphael and the kids left not to long after her.

Dean and I sat next to each other on the couch. His arm was around my shoulders and I leaned into him. Sam and Gabe were in a similar position on the other side of the couch. Michael and Lucifer sat smushed together in a chair made for one. Leaving poor Balthazar sitting in the middle of the couch.

We talked for awhile before Balthazar sprung up off the couch. "You guys this was a great talk, but I can't sit here with you guys being all gross and in love or whatever." He grabbed his jacket and opened the door leaving without another word.

After a minute Gabe spoke up, "Okay then, pizza anyone?"

A chorus of yep's and yes's followed his questions and we ordered pizza.

Half an hour later the six of us were crowded around a small dinning table, cramming pizza in our mouths.

When we finished the room got quiet. We all just looked back and forth between each other.

"So um..." Lucifer started. The silence must have been too much for him. "Yeah, I got nothing." He looked around the table waiting for somebody else to talk. "What about you Winchester, got anything?" He said turning to Dean.

Dean opened his mouth but was cut off by Michael, "Wait, Winchester? Like Dean Winchester?"

Now we were all confused. "Uh, yeah? That's me."

"Is your dad John?" Michael asked. Dean nodded his head. "Dude it's me, Mike Smith. Our dads used to golf together!" Dean perked up at that detail. "Man its been what seven years now?"

Now both of them were hugging and all of us but Sam were left confused. "Wait you two know each other?" Lucifer said.

"Yeah back from when we were still in cribs" Dean laughed. They carried the conversation from there. None of us had anything to say but they were catching up on each other's lives.

After another two hours Sam decided it was time for him to head back to the dorm room. It had been a pretty crazy day and he said he needed to study. Gabe, now alone went to his room to sleep.

Michael said he was getting tired too and I showed him up to the guest room. They were going to stay here for the night.

When I returned to the table I found Lucifer staring at Dean. I sat down, it was quiet.

"So Dean," his voice was thick with accusation. Oh no, I thought. "Do you know anything about what happened to my dear little brothers face. Because he claims that all he did was fall, but I pretty sure something else happened. Right now you're the only person he's been around that I don't trust." He stood up so he towered over Dean. "I'm going to need you to spill before I beat it out of you."

He looked pissed. Luci could be extremely overprotective. Especially about me. He had basically taken care of me and it broke his heart when Anna took me away. He knew he couldn't protect me anymore. Now he was back and he wasn't going to let anybody touch me. It was a nice, but it could also be too much at times.

Dean looked appalled by the accusation. I quickly stood up. "Lucifer, sit down! He didn't do anything."

We both lowered ourselves back into our seats. He was staring holes through Dean. And Dean looked scared.

"Listen, I was at the library-" I got cut off.

Dean had finally shaken off the fear and spoken up, "Listen to me Satan, I don't know why you would ever think I would hit Cas. I couldn't ever, God what kind of a horrible person does that. I like him, a lot." Lucifer looked less angry and I smiled at Dean who blushed. "I would never, ever hurt him. Not now, not ever." He exhaled loudly and grabbed my hand off the table. He held it tight.

I smiled. Nobody had ever said that they liked me before. I squeezed his hand and turned back to my brother.

Lucifer s head shook with approval. "Okay, I believe you, but that still doesn't explain what happened to his forehead." When his thumb jerked towards me.

"I fell into the shelf and honestly it was the best moment of my whole life!" I leaned towards Dean again.

Lucifer sat there waiting. "Is that it or is there more, because you're really not that clumsy Cas."

"Oh yeah, um I was looking at books and I heard this voice behind me and I just lost my balance and slammed my head into the shelf. It hurt like hell, but that voice belonged to a certain knight in shining armor so I'm fine now." I watched Luci for a reaction.

He blinked and shook his head again, "Okay then. I'm going to bed."

All three of us stood up. I hugged Lucifer tight.
"I think he's a keeper Cas." I could tell he was close to tears when he whispered it in my ear.

We separated and Lucifer turned to Dean and grabbed his hand. He shook Dean's hand and told him, "Dean-o, you hurt my brother and I will cripple you." Lucifer smiled.

Dean's eyes got wide, and he forced a slight smile. "Right, I'm not planning on it."

With that Lucifer said goodnight and left.

"I guess we should head out too." Dean sighed. "I'll take you back to the dorms."

We walked out to his car and climbed inside.

"Your brother's pretty cool. I mean I think he wants to kill me, but other than that he seems nice." We both laughed. "At least he knows his priorities." He smiled down at me and started the engine.

We drove to the dorms in silence. Dean's hand ended up on my thigh and I laid my hand over his, lacing our fingers together.

Finally he parked the car, and pulled his hand back. "I'll see you tomorrow, around two. I'm taking you somewhere so dress warm." He stated.

"Okay, I'll see you then." But I didn't move. We stared for awhile. Just admiring each other. I didn't even realize how close our faces were until his warm breath tickled at my skin.

Both of us were waiting for the other to make the first move. We just sat there not even an inch apart. I leaned forward slightly finally about to connect our lips, but I was cut off by a knock on the window.

I rolled the passenger side window down. The man was wearing a police uniform. Campus security, great.

"Sorry to interrupt, but you can't park here." He said apologetically. He knows he just interrupted something important.

We both flashed smiles at him and rolled the window back up. "Well, um, thanks for the ride!" I cringed. The moment was totally ruined. I awkwardly opened the door and stepped outside into the cold night air.

"Goodnight Cas." He sounded disappointed and I would be lying if I said I didn't feel the same way.

Sighing I slammed the door and started towards the dorms, muttering under my breath, "Goddamn cockblocks."

Oh no not again! The real question is will they ever get to kiss? Anyway so I know I said this chapter would be posted right after the previous one. And I thought it was. Then I looked back and realized it never posted so I'm sorry. My bad. Hope you didn't wait forever then hate this chapter. Idk I thought it was cute and funny. Alrighty I'll update when I can!
