Hello Inky here! Sorry it's been awhile since I have done any writing! But I'm back and ready to write some more!

This Book is actually based on a few different things I truly love aka Gravity Falls, It Lives in the Woods, It Lives Beneath, Supernatural and other things as well. I don't own of these things I mentioned I got ideas from them so don't put in the comments that I stole their plots and ideas! They belong to their rightful owners! For centuries people have always wonder if Monsters Demons Myths and Legends were true or not. Some believe that these things exist while others think that there's nothing out there to be afraid of? So stories were passed from generation to generation about these beings existing. This is where the story of a group of friends set out to figure out if the stories are true or not!

"I feel like we have been in this van for weeks!" Whines a Asian Male in passager seat in the front

"Evan, we have only been in the Van for an hour!" Says a Male with a thick Irish accent and had glasses

"Jeez Evan you get bored that fast don't cha!" Says a male with dyed green hair and blue eyes siting in the very back

"Guys I'm honestly trying to take a nap back here thanks!" Says a male wearing grey and had green eyes

"I'm honestly excited about being back out on the road again. Another Mystery ahead I just know it!" Says a male with brown hair and brown eyes was sitting beside the Irish Male with the thick Irish accent

"But it's so boring being in the van!" Says the Male named Evan

Only one person didn't answer because he was asleep in the back with the Male in grey.

You might be thinking a bunch of young adults in Van traveling is something you would see Scooby Doo and the Gang doing alot on TV. But this was something completely different from a cartoon show. These eight friends were Paranormal hunters wanting to get down to the bottom of strange things that happened all around the world. It kinda of started whenever Brian and Sean Riser had been investigating into things when they came across who would be their best friends about four years ago when The two cousins had hit the road to find out mysteries and secrets of everywhere they traveled. Today however would be a something that Brian Sean David Ryan Scotty Evan and John would never forget.

"Everdale? Oh shit we need to stop for gas! Guys I have to make a detour to get some gas. So if you want to do some stretching and maybe grab some food now's the Time to do it." Brian says in the driver's seat

"Well it's about damn time we stopped somewhere!" Evan says with a sigh

Brian rolls his eyes as he makes a left turn to go into Everdale. It took a few minutes to get into the town. The van passed over a huge bridge that had a lake underneath it and then shows a beautiful town on the side of this Lake. Scotty and Ryan were just now waking up from their nap when they see the view of the lake.

"Oh wow that's awesome!!!" Scotty says smiling

"This Looks like a cute little town!" Ryan says

Brian smiles as he sees a local gas station along with a cute little Hotel, A 50s style Burger Restaurant and a Mechanic shop as well as some other buildings as well. then some Lake cabins on the edge of the beautiful Lake and the Dam close by.

"Alright if anyone needs to use the bathroom or get something to eat or drink you need to do it now before we head back onto the interstate." Brian says

Everyone gets out of the car, takes the van over to the gas station to fill up and after a few of doing so, he parks the van over by the Burger Restaurant and sees that everyone is sitting inside at a big booth in the corner of the place. as he enters a short female with red hair wearing a green dress had came over to him.

"Welcome to the Burger Shack! are you with thoe fellows over there in the Booth?" She asked with a kind smile on her face

"Yes, I am!" Brian says smiling softly at her

"Alright, i will be over to take your orders in just a min..." She doesn't finish as someone cuts her off

"New faces in town? tourists perhaps?" says a cool voice

a Tall male with coal black hair and brown eyes walks into the door of Burger Shack. he was wearing a suit that was a dark red.  He looks down at Brian with a strange smirk on his face.

"I'm Luke Patterson and I had a feeling that some tourists would be in town soon but i didn't realize this soon." Luke says

"Hello, Luke.. The usual as always for lunch?" The Female asked with a fake smile on her face

"Yes, Shannon and could you hurry it up.. I'm a very Busy Man." Luke says coldly

"Hey, have respect for her. She is a lady afterall!" Brian says growling somewhat

Shannon stood there in shock that Some stranger would stand up for her like that and to Luke as well.

"And who are you peasant?" Luke asked with vemon in his tone

"I'm Brian Riser and I still think its very rude of you to do that to Shannon. She probably works her ass off unlike probably a rich Boy that has a silver spoon all of your  life." Brian says

"That's enough!" says a very down to earth voice

A Male in lumberjack green shirt and pants, he had a mohawk hair style and green Emerald eyes wearing sunglasses as well and gloves had walked over and looks at Luke with mean glare that no one else could see.

"Shannon, go ahead and make his order i will personally hand it to him." the Male says

"Thank you, Brock." Shannon says as she heads back into the kitchen to give the order to the cook

Brian decided that it was best to see his way out of it and head over to where his friends, who had watched the whole scene play out in front of them. Brian sits down beside David with wide eyes as Brock takes Luke while Shannon walks over to the booth.

"Hey, Thanks for doing that, he is kinda of asshole and stuck up Rich Guy like you said a minute ago, just as to say thanks you guys all get refills for free today and whenever you come in for a bite to eat. Now what can i get you guys to eat for lunch? our special today is steak mashed potatoes and any other vegetable." Shannon says smiling softly

Everyone places their order in and Shannon smiles as she heads back to the back to place that order in and hand Brock the order that Luke order. Brian wonders why Luke was a dick towards Shannon? Just then Brock and another Male walks in with the green eyed male. This male had black hair with his bangs dyed blue to match his blue eyes. Shannon came out from the back and her saddness was replaced with happiness as she was the other Male.

"Kyle!' Shannon says with a smile on her face

"Babe, did he hurt you? Because Brock here said he was being rude with you today. But said someone named Brian stepped in and defended you." Kyle says

Brian gets up from the table and walks over to the three standing there.

"I'm Brian Riser. I'm the one that stood up for your girlfriend. I just can't stand when people are rude especially towards women and I didn't want to stand there and do nothing, so thats why I stepped in." Brian says

"I appreciate you doing that, Luke is a prick and is always giving Shannon here a hard time because she works her ass off serving people and he wants to that shit." Kyle says smiling somewhat as he shakes Brian's hand

Brian shakes hands with Kyle and then Brock and Kyle sit down at a different table as Brian headed back to his friends.

"That Luke guy seems like an asshole." Anthony says as he takes a drink of his tea

"Are you alright Cousin?" Sean asked

"I'm fine, just wondering what Luke's problem is." Brian says

"He seems like a average Spoiled rich kid like you would see in movies and in real life." Scotty says

"But there is something off about Luke that i cant put my finger on." Evan says

"What makes you says that?" Ryan asked

"It seem like that Brock and Kyle had beef with Luke for some reason. But like it's strange, Shannon also seemed a little outrage as well." Ryan says

"Not trying to defend Luke but maybe he is just having a off day most people can just be upset about something?" John says

The group sat there talking until Shannon bought out their meals with a bright smile on her face.

"Let me know if i can get you guys anything else!" Shannon says smiling softly

Shannon walks off to take Kyle and Brock's orders before it got busy in Burger Shack.

After getting Lunch, everyone paid for their meals and got dessert to go as well as those delicious Milkshakes they had with their lunch.

"Y'all come back and visit Edgedale!" Shannon says with a smile on her face

"We will definitely be back for the delicious food!" Anthony says laughing a little bit

"And the Milkshakes don't forget those!" Scotty says

"True! alright guys head out, I have to step to the restroom before I join you guys." Brian says

Brian walks into the bathroom and does his business and washing his hands when he noticed something out of place, it was a bottle with what looked like Paper in it. he picks it up and takes the cork off before pulling the paper out and reading it.

Entry 1

Everdale? This town is such a beautiful place to move to. I was trying to pick up the pieces and start over again with my life. Someone had sent me an address through my mailing address asking for me to move here and at the time I was looking for somewhere to move to. So here I am now unpacking my stuff in this beautiful Lake house/Cabin.

"Huh, that's strange." Brian says

The short Irish Male puts the paper int his back pocket before heading out. he goes over to the van and gets in and tries to start it up but it wouldn't start for some reason.

"What's wrong with the van?" David asked

"It's not wanting to start for some reason. Do any of you know anything about cars?" Brian asked

Everyone answered by shaking their heads no and the Male sighs softly. Just then Brock and Kyle just happened to be walking out of Burger Shack. The Two walked up to the driver door.

"What seems to be the problem?" Brock asked

"Our Van won't start for some reason." Brian says sighing

"I'm sure, Kyle won't mind looking at it. He is the Town's Mechanic afterall." Brock says

"Pop the hood for me will ya." Kyle says softly

Brian pushed the button to pop the hood and the three Males walked to the front of the van, with Kyle lifting up the hood. The Three Males stared wide eyed  at the engine of the Van.

"What in the Fuck?" Kyle says

The whole engine looked completely destoryed as the three looked at each other.

"This wasn't like this when we left this morning because me and Sean changed the oil before leaving." Brian says

"Well, this is definitely gonna take me at least a month or two fix. And don't have many of the parts in my shop to fix this and I will have to order everything online." Kyle says still very confused as to what could have done this to Brian's

"This is definitely something I haven't seen before either." Brock says also very confused

"What aare me and my friends gonna do about having somewhere to stay?" Brian says

"Well, I don't trust the Hotel because it belongs to Luke and his prices for room are not cheap." Brock says

Just then Shannon walks out of Burger Shack very concerned about what was going on.

"Holy shit what happened to your engine?" Shannon asked

"That's what I'm trying to figure out?" Brian says "And me and my friends have nowhere to rest at."

"Well, Uhh there's a cabin rental that's not too high and it has a lot of rooms for all of you. It's close to where I live, while Kyle and Brock take your van to the shop, you could stick around until I'm done with my shift ends which is around 4:30 and i could take you guys over there to met the owner and he could help you out." Shannon says smiling softly

So Brian Sean and their friends agree to stick around while the Short Irish male hands Kyle the keys as the group grabs their stuff and waits inside the Burger Shack.

Later on, Shannon had showed the guys to the cabin where they met the owner by the name of Nanners, who was a reasonable man and decided to let the group stay there free of charge because of their situation with the van. the group had all been in there room as the sun starts to set and it becomes dark, while everyone was busy settling down, someone had slipped away from the group wearing a dark red robe with the hood over their face as they went to met up with someone. After a few minutes of walking this person had stopped in the middle of the forest and summoned their master to their meeting place. Suddenly there was a bright light and then nothing, a figure was standing there with three glowing eyes in front of their Servent.

"I see that you have done your job well over the past couple of years and I must say that I'm impressed with you. you deserve a reward." The Figure says as it snaps his finger

The item was a screaming head and the figure chuckled as their servent bows as the head disappears.

"You keep up the good work and keep an eye on the certain person in that group. remember they are the key to our plans.~" the figure says smirking
