Short Story #4

She was walking down a street and she had been looking for someone named Salvatore Maroni and he had information that Shigaraki wanted. He had been the biggest crime family in the town that she was in. And he had information on All Might that she needed.

She was wearing her usual, the dark blue ninja outfit with her sword diagonal on her back along with her quiver if she so needed it. She was walking tightly between two walls and she jumped up on a railing and she hung on, and after that she swung up and she was on the roof reading to go into where Maroni was.

Ayano was trained by the best of the best in Ninjutsu. She was sent from camp to camp, trained by the best Sensei's. A month after she started her third stage of training, she went from being the worst to being one of the best.

She knew she was good. Her training proved it.

While she was on the roof, and she was being the sign where she wouldn't be seen even if they tried to look. She had put a snipe on the stand and she called the guy, ready to pull the trigger if she needed to.

Meanwhile....

In the building, Maroni and Jason Todd were in the building, talking about what they knew about All Might. "Something isn't right here." They had suspicions about All For One, they didn't know the exact logistics.

But they knew enough.

When Jason heard the phone ring, they looked with caution and he picked up the phone and put the caller on speaker. "Hello, this is Jason Todd." He said keeping his voice steady making everyone else be quiet.

The voice on the other end was the sound of a man. And so they thought it was some guy that they had been being watched by. Considering, that the person who went there wore someone else's fingerprints.

On The Other End:

"Hello, Jason Todd. I hear that you've been looking for me." Ayano told him as she used something to mask her voice. She had broken into one of their bases before and destroyed it and everyone there.

They never found who did it, because she did it in such a way to make it look like a middle aged man had done it, and wore someone else's fingerprints in order to get away with it.

She had been collecting intelligence for All For One for weeks now. She had orders that she couldn't come back until she had what they needed.

She didn't display emotions while she was calling, either. "And who might this be?"

"Someone who you have made very angry." She told him as she pointed the sniper right at his head while she saw him through the big window in the building, but they couldn't see her. "If you wouldn't mind, I need to speak with Mr. Maroni. It's very urgent."

"But what if I can't find him?" The man asked cause Salvatore had been faking his death, and even though the highest agents knew that he did, they wouldn't know where he is, right?

Ayano smirked a little over the phone before she answered. "He's standing right next to you." She told him with certainty, knowing that she was right.

On Todd's Side

When he and the Salvatore heard that the man on the other end knew where he was, they instantly looked out the window to see if they could see who had been tricking them.

"I would keep in mind, that I have his daughter, locked up somewhere you would never find her unless I wanted you to. For every day that I wait to speak with him, I will cut off one of his daughter's fingers." The man said condescendingly over the phone making Mr. Maroni angry.

"Where are you!" Salvatore Maroni asked angrily over the phone making the voice change over the phone, letting them know that they were fooled into thinking this was a man.

"You don't know who I am, but I know who you are. And knowledge itself, is exactly why I'm going to get what I want from you. One way or another." The apparent woman said as she spoke over the phone. "Meet me at the rooftop where his life began. And if you don't, well. I think that by now we know what I am capable of."

This got Jason ticked that this woman was playing tricks on them now and he talked again. "No, what reason do we have to believe you? I just might trace this call, and i'll—" he started before he was shot right in the eye with the bullet and bled on the ground.

Ayano's side of the phone call.

Ayano saw what she was doing, and on the inside she was screaming. But, on the outside, she had shown no emotion. "So, Mister Maroni, do we have a deal?"
