Ayano had just woken up and she was getting her school uniform on since she had school that day. She had no idea what the day was, since growing up her birthday was never that big of a deal. To say the least, since they were too concerned with her being used to fight the battles that they started.

Besides, she didn't even remember when her birthday was, and she didn't like to make a big deal of herself. She didn't deserve to be celebrated when she was the reason why so many people will never get to celebrate anything ever again. That's what she believed at least. Whether it's true or not, she's still figuring that part out.

But, while she didn't remember her birthday, her best friend Kawaii had it marked down on her calendar every year. She still felt tremendous guilt for all that Ayano had went through, and sometimes that feeling made it incredibly hard for her to keep track of the dates of things. She however, could never forget the birthday of her best friend.

And of course, she had told Eijiro when her birthday is, since she had asked and he loves Ayano immensely. He had been planning what to do for her birthday for weeks, as did the rest of the Bakusquad. Aside from Bakugo, but he's been going along with whatever everyone else's suggestions were pretending to care less than he actually did. He and Ayano had a great respect for one another's abilities and as heroes.

The surprise that he had in mind was taking her to see a ballet performance. He noticed that she loved to watch performances, and there were times where when she fought it was a lot like dancing in a way. So, he and Kawaii thought that after school she would enjoy something like that.
