Hello, readers of my fanfiction! I had a bad day today, so I wrote the next chapter to escape reality for a little bit. I would just like to thank you all for the 10.23k reads and 366 votes! I know I say this all the time, but I can't thank you enough because I never expected to have this popular of a story. I started this because I had an idea for an after Mockingjay fanfiction and I wrote it/ am writing it down so my thoughts don't get too jumbled. I love you all and I hope you enjoy this chapter!

"Wh-what? What's wrong?" I stammer, trying not to let my tears fall. "I don't know what's wrong with him. I heard crashing coming from his house, so I went to go check on him. His house was a mess and he locked himself in his room," Haymitch says looking worried. "How long ago was this?" I ask. "I came here immediately," he answers. I quickly get up and throw on my boots while Haymitch asks me what's wrong. I ignore him and sprint over to Peeta's house. I barge in, knowing that he's not going to answer the door in the state he's in. I pay no attention to mess around me, and climb the stairs two at a time. When I get to the top I see one door that's closed. I walk up to it and try to turn the knob, but it doesn't budge. "Peeta?" I question. I listen for a response, but I only hear silence. "Peeta! Peeta!" I scream while jiggling the door knob, trying to open the door. After a few minutes I realize I'm going to have to break open the door. I walk backwards to the end of the hallway to get a running start. I sprint as fast as I can and ram my shoulder into the door. I hear a sickening crack and look forward to see a long crack in the middle of the door. I step back a little bit and then start kicking at the door. After about 5 kicks, the door gives away and breaks open. I crawl through the door into Peeta's room and see...
