Tapur got conceived by her answer and agreed to help her.

Tapur - Thik hai didi aap bataiye mujhe kya karna hai?

Bondita - Tumhe is angoothi ke baare mein pata lagana hai

She showed her the sketch of ring.

Tapur ( in mind) - ye angoothi toh kahi dekhi lag Rahi hai . Par kaha ? Shayad mujhe veham hua hoga.

Bondita - tumhe iss angoothi ke baare mein pata lagana hai. Yaha par jo bhi jauharee ( jeweller) ki dukaan hai vaha jakaar aisi angoothi dhundne ki koshish Karo aur agar tumhe mile toh unse puchna ki unhone ye angoothi kis kis ko bechi hai.

She handed over the sketch to her.

Tapur - par Bondita didi aisi angoothi toh bahut logo ne Li hogi. Hum kis kis par Nazar rakhenge.

Bondita - janti hu Tapur ye bahut mushkil hai par Hume ye karna hoga, iss dushmani ko mitaane ke liye.

Tapur - theek hai didi.

Saying this she was giving the sketch back to Bondita but Bondita held her hand and said.

Bondita - Tum isse rakh lo , mere pass ek aur hai. Aur dhyan rakhna ye kisi ke bhi haath na aaye. Aur ye lo.

She gave her a few money.

Tapur - didi ye kis liye?

Bondita - aree unn dukandaro ka muh bhi toh band karvana hoga. Nahi toh vo jaakar Thakuma se keh denge. Aur isme khuch paise tere liye hai. Jo Bach jaaye vo tu le lena.

Tapur hugged her and said Thank you.

Afterwards Tapur proceeded to Das Haveli and Bondita to Tulsipur.

While sitting in train Bondita was calculating her money.

Bondita - 100 rupee train ki ticket ke
                  200 rupee Ramu kaka ke
                  100 rupee Tapur ke
          Aur 200 rupee Sakha Babu ko kiraya dena hai.

600 ruppe!! Ye dushmani meri scholarship ke paise khaa jayegi ! Jab dushmani khatam hogi tab Sakha Babu se saare paise intrest mein vapas lungi.

She reached home late night. She was walking on the road, she was lost in her world but when she sensed someone is coming towards her , she raised her eyes to look at the person.

It was Anirudh who had just came from the court and was proceeding towards home. They both were standing some distance apart and they got lost in each other's eyes.

'Rishta ! Rishta ! Rishta ! Band karo, band karo rishto ki duhaai dena Bondita Das.'

'Mein aaj bhi apki Shishya hu aur aap mere Shikshak Babu. Mein Aaj bhi apki Sakhi hu aur aap mere Sakha Babu. Apke na maane se ye sach badal nahi jayega ki hamara rishta hai.'

' Bondita Das aaj ek  baat ko ghaat bandh lo hamare beech ab koi rishta nahi , hamare raaste ab alag hai aur itne alag ki vo kabhi nahi milenge. Iss baat ko apne zehen mein dafan kar lo. '

'I love you.... I love you Sakha Babu'

These were the thoughts of Bondita and Anirudh. After they got their last thought they turned their face in opposite direction and proceeded to their respective homes.

Next day

Bondita woke up early and went to the village area. All the village people were just staring her. When she asked a lady to direct her the way , she ignored and went away. All the village people were following their Barrister Babu's instruction of staying away from Bondita.

Bondita with great difficulty finally found the house and knocked it. A man in his 50s opened the door.

Man - Aap!.... aap yaha ?

Bondita - Namaste chalak( driver) babu ? Pechana mujhe ? Mein Bondita. Jab Roy Choudhuriyo ke Ghar ki Bahu thi tab aap hi mujhe school se Ghar aur Ghar se school le jaaya karte the.

Driver - Apko kaise bhul sakta hu mein Malkin aap......

He was interrupted by his wife.

Wife - Kya kar rahe hai aap ? Barrister babu ne mana Kiya hai inse baat karne ko. Dushman hai ye hamari.

Driver - Bachpan se inke vapas aane ke baad Tak  inhe dekhta aaya hu , itna janta hu ki bhale hi dushman gaao ( village) se ho par ye Hume dushman nahi manti.

Wife - Par...

Driver - par var khuch nahi aur jao jaakar chai - Pani ka intezam karo.

He said to his wife. His wife left unsatisfied but she couldn't disobey her husband's order. After she left the driver said.

Driver - maaf kar dijiyega usse Malkin vo Barrister Babu ne sabse kaha tha ki sab apse dur rahe , vo bas unka adesh Maan rahi thi. Dil se vo bhi apse bahut pyar karti hai.

Bondita was not shocked hearing this, she was just disappointed that what his enemity had made him.

Driver - Aree....aap khadi kyu hai andar aaiye.

Bondita - Ji.

They both settled themselves on a chair. Driver's wife arrived with water and some snacks.

Bondita drank the water. She was going to start but she saw that the drivers wife was just behind her. She couldn't start in front of her. What if she spreaded the news. The culprit will become more alert then. She signalled driver to ask her wife for privacy. Driver understood it and told his wife to meet her mother in law who lives nearby only with other brother. She agreed and left them.

Driver- ab boliye Malkin kya kehna hai apko ?

Bondita - mujhe bas ye jananna hai ki 8 saal pehle kya hua tha.

Driver - matlab? apko pata nahi chala ki ye dushmani kyu aur kaise hui ?

Bondita - vo sab mujhe pata hai, mein apse puchna chahti hu ki kya sach mein Barrister Babu ne tohfo ( gifts) mein barud chupaaye the ?

Driver - nahi Malkin Aisa nahi ho sakta.

Bondita - aur aap itne yakeen se kaise keh sakte hai ?

Driver - kyuki vo tohfe Maine hi gaadi mein rakhe the. Agar unme barood hota toh mujhe uski badboo aa jaati. Zaroor inn Krishnanagar valo ne fasaya tha hamare Barrister Babu ko.

Bondita - accha aap kahi raaste mein ruke the ?

Driver - nahi Malkin mein raaste mein kyu rukunga ?

Bondita - ummm.... accha toh fir.....

Driver - Aree yaad aaya! Mein ruka tha par....

Bondita - Par kya ?

Driver - mujhe samajh nahi aa raha aap vo jankar kya karegi.

Bondita - aap kripya karke mujhe bataiye ki aap kaha aur kyu ruke the?

Driver - Maine Krishnanagar ki Seema paar Kari ho thi ki ek aadmi mujhse aakar takra gaya. Usne mujhse apni laprvahi ke liye maafi maangi aur apni galti sudharne ke liye mujhe uske sath chai pine ke liye bulaya. Mene pehle toh mana kar Diya par usne mujhse itni minaate Kari ki mein mana nahi kar paya.Mujhe laga chai pinne mein koi burai nahi hai aur Mera jyada vakt bhi nahi jayega .Vo mujhe ek chai ke dhaabe par lekar gaya jaha sab chai pi rahe the. Hum idhar udhar ki baatein kar rahe the aur fir hamari chai aa gayi. Maine jaise hi meri chai pi mujhe Aisa lag raha tha ki Mera pait kharab ho gaya tha , par mein tohfo ko akela chod kar nahi ja sakta tha isliye maine uss insaan se thodi der ke liye unn tohfo ki rakhvali karne ko kaha aur mein dhaage ke peeche khuli jagah mein chala gaya. Mein jab vapas aaya toh vo insaan vahi rehkar tohfo ki rakhvali kar Raha tha. Maine usse alvida kaha aur Das Haveli ke liye nikal gaya. Vaha Maine apni gaadi khadi kar di aur fir Thakuma ke khuch naukaron ne aakar saare tohfe ek kamre mein rakh diye. Yahi hua tha Choti Malikin uss din.

Bondita - Kya ! Apne ek anjaan ko tohfo ki rakhvali ke liye chhod diya.

Driver - toh isme samasya kya hai Choti Malikin?

Bondita - Chalak Babu ye bhi toh ho sakta hai ki uss insaan ne hi tohfo mein barood daale ho!

Driver realised that this also could be a probability and becomes shock.

Driver - maaf kijiyega Choti Malikin Maine kabhi socha hi nahi ki Aisa bhi ho sakta hai.

He knelt in front of him and folded his hands in guilt. Bondita immediately tried to stop him but he didn't.

Driver - mujhe maaf kar dijiye Malkin, meri laprvahi ke karan toh gaon mein dushmani Hui , apko apne pariwar se dur rehna pada , aur aap apne Sakha Babu se bhi thik se mil nahi paayi.

Bondita - aree... Aap kya kar rahe hai uthiye. Aap mujhse bade hai. Aur rahi baat dushmani ko toh ha bhool toh Hui hai apse par isme saara dosh apka  nahi hai. Vo dushman Puri taiyaari ke sath aaya tha, hum taiyaar nahi the isliye hum uske jaal mein fas gaye.

Saying this she made him stood.

Bondita - accha apko yaad hai vo aadmi kaisa dikhta tha ?

Driver - Nahi Malkin usne apna chehra dhak rakha tha.

Bondita - Kya uske kapde mehange lag rahe the ?

Driver - Ha Malkin usne aap logo jaise mehange kapde pehne the.

Bondita - Aur kya usne ek angoothi pehni thi.

Driver thought for a while and answered.

Driver - Ha Malkin usne ek angoothi pehni thi, chaandi ki . Jab usne mujhe chai ka glass pakdaya tab Maine dekhi thi.

Bondita - Toh matlab ye vahi insaan hai. Mujhe mere saare prashno ka uttar mil gaya hai.

She stood and pulled out some money from her bag , kept it in his hands and said :

Bondita - Ye baat hamare beech hi rehni chahiye. Aap kripya karke kisi ko bhi iske  aare mein mat bataiyega. Apni patni ko bhi nahi.

Driver took Bondita's hand and placed the money back in her hands.

Driver - ye sab karne ki jarurat nahi hai Malkin. Muh band rakhne ke liye paraayo( stranger ) ko paise diye jaate hai par mein apko apni beti samjhta hu aur mein apni beti ka raaz kabhi nahi kholunga.

Bondita was fealing grateful after hearing this. Finally there were some people in Tulsipur who didn't consider her enemy.

Bondita - Shukriya Chalak Babu. Agar koi apse mere yaha aane ka Karan puche toh keh dijiyega ki meri ek saheli aane vali hai toh usse railway station se laane ke liye Maine apse madad maangi thi.

Driver - Ji Malkin .

Saying this she left from their unknown to her that someone has noticed her .
