"Stop fidgiting!"

"Sorry I can't help it I'm getting a-JESUS! You did that on purpose."

Hunk rolled his eyes as he set the needle he was using to the side and continued to tweak the skin tight fabric that his superhuman best friend wore.

"Maybe if you weren't fidgiting that wouldn't have happened." Hunk said only for his raven haired friend to ruffle his hair and knock his head to the side playfully.

Hunk chuckled and continued to work.
"Just hold still ok. I'm almost done." He said causing the raven to groan but did as told.

"Wow, Keith actually doing as he's told. Shocking." Pidge said from their perch on their chair at their desk. They were making modifications and tweaks to Keith's webshooters.

Keith rolled his eyes at his tech friend and stood still for Hunk, letting his mind wander.
Why did he kiss Lance after their audition? He hasn't spoken to Lance in a while so Keith probably scared him off.
He probably likes Spiderman anyway. But doesn't even know it's him! The raven haired boy frowned as he debated on if he should tell Lance that he is the masked hero before he decided against it. He loves Lance and he couldn't endanger him by telling him the truth.
Then there is also the fact that Lance's brother is on the police force and is on the case to take him down.

He mentally sighed as a scowl formed on his face. He adjusted himself the way Hunk had told him to before going back to his thoughts.

Somehow his thoughts wandered to Shiro. God how he missed him. If Shiro could see him now. Keith had broken out of his shell and was starting to talk to others more and more. He went on a 'date with Lance on Valentine's. He auditioned for the school Musical. He freaking kiss his crush! And on top of his normal teenager problems he's secretly swinging around New Altea dressed up in spandex, trying to save the city from a shifting furry scientist.
He hoped Shiro would be proud of him.

Keith smiled to himself as he thought about it. Finally Hunk stood back and looked at Keith carefully go and down before a wide, Cheshire smile took over his face.

"Ladies and gentlemen. I present the new Spiderman!" He said and extended both his arms towards Keith.

Pidge looked up from their work and pushed their glasses up as they looked at Keith's suit up and down.

"Hunk it looks the exact same as his first one."

"IT DOES NOT! I used a darker shade of blue and a lighter shade of red for this one. And the web is colored silver instead of white! There is a clear difference." Hunk said as he crossed his arms over his chest proudly.

Keith chuckled at his friends antics before he stretched his achy muscles and walked over to a full length mirror they had.

Keith could see the slight difference that Hunk talked about but other than that it looked the same. He picked up his mask and pulled it over his head and looked at his reflection.

He smirked to himself and turned back towards Hunk.

"This is amazing thank you Hunk." Keith said hugging his best friend.
Hunk smiled and hugged him back before they heard their other friend.

"And now I believe it's my turn!" Pidge said standing up. They held up his web shooters and smiled their famous cat curl smile.

"I made it so you can shoot webs faster with out burning up the web fluid or burning out the coil. Go on and test it" Pidge said as they set up an empty can of Dr. Pepper across the room.

Keith took the web shooters and put them on turning to face the can. He took a breath and shot five webs at the can before shooting the final one, gripping the end of it and yanked it towards him, catching it with ease.

"How's it feel?" Pidge asked as they took the webbed can from him and inspected the webs.
"Feels good. Thanks to you." Keith said ruffiling their hair.

Pouting, Pidge shoved their hand away and huffed.
"Don't patronize me mister." They said pointing a finger at him.

Keith rolled his eyes and held his hands up in mock surrender.
"Whatever. I'm going to change into some normal clothes now."
He said before he turned to the bathroom, closing the door behind him.

Keith took a deep breath as he looked at the hell that stood before him.

High school.

He dreaded facing Lance after the kiss and he felt something in the pit of his stomach telling him something bad is going to happen. Ignoring the feeling, he pulled his patch up jacket closer before braving it and made his way inside.

His converse squeaked against the aluminum floor as he reached his locker. So far no sign of Lance.
He let out a slight breath as he opened his locker and started to grab his things he would need for the day.

After collecting the things he needed and putting the stuff he didn't need now away, the raven haired male closed his lockers only to have his heart stop and his breath catch in his throat.

"Jesus fucking Christ Lance! I will put a bell on you to stop you from ever doing that again in the future." Keith said as he started to calm down.

Lance who was leaning against the nearby lockers smirked slightly and raised an eyebrow at the raven's words.

"Kinky." He said simply which caused Keith's face to go red. Keith muttered 'oh my god' under his breath as he ran a hand down his face, like he was trying to wipe the blush off his face.

"Did you bring the Astronamy progress for class today? Groups have to present what they've researched so far and I brought my half." Lance said simply as he took Keith's hand and started leading him to their class.

Keith stumbled after him shell-shocked as he listened to Lance talk. THAT'S THE FIRST THING HE SAYS!?!?

Did the kiss mean nothing? It meant something to Keith.
It was just a spur of the moment kind of thing.
But Keith felt so much from the simple kiss. After it happened Keith spent the night restless in bed, his stomach twisting up as he remembered the warmth that came from Lance.
Did Lance think about the kiss?
Or did he just brush it off?

Keith frowned and casted his eyes down as he thought maybe Lance didn't like him.

"Keith?" The Cuban's voice brought him out of his depressing and worrisome thoughts and back to reality.

They had made it to the classroom and Keith's hand was no longer in Lance's warm one. That disappointed Keith.

"Uh. Sorry. Just thinking about some things. What did you say?" He asked as he walked over to their seat and sat down. He watched as Lance sat down next to him and began talking again.

"I was just saying that we sadly didn't get a part in the musical. Evan and Connor got the parts. Conner as Alex and Evan as Elijah. Though I might try to work backstage." Lance said as he got his stuff out for the class.

The bell rang and Keith nodded while students began filing into the classroom.

"Uh. Yeah maybe I'll work backstage as well." He said with a smile.

As things settled down in the class, Lance turned towards Keith, a serious expression on his face as he chewed his bottom lip.

"Keith. About what happened after the auditions, I-" what ever Lance was about to talk about was cut off as the teacher started to talk about the progress presentation and how it will go.
Keith's heart was beating fast as he reluctantly turned away from Lance. What was he going to say!?!? Oh god he was probably going to tell him to forget it ever happened. That will be impossible for Keith as that's all that's been on his mind since it happened.

His thought kept getting cut off today as he was again interuppted by the teacher calling upon Lance and Keith to present their progress on their research for the Zodiac constellations.

They walked up to the front together and Keith cleared his throat before speaking.

"Well first we started by finding out what our zodiac sign is. To find it you just use the day and month your birthday fall on and look for the Zodiac that has your date in its range. If that makes sense." Keith said scratching the back of his neck as he let out a nervous chuckle.

"Yeah. My birthday is July 28th so my zodiac is Leo. Keith's birthday is October 23rd so his is a Libra," Lance explained motioning between them before continuing, "After we spend nights trying to locate each zodiac constellation but so far we haven't found much."

Keith stepped in and added, "this is cause the way the earth turns. Each night the stars are in a different place. They aren't moving, we are. Some places on earth will be able to see stars on a night that we won't in a night." Keith explained, stuttering very little.

They explained what they have done and what they will do to continue the project.

Once they were finished they sat back down and another group went up and started to present their progress. Keith relaxed in his seat and sat in silence with Lance while each group presented.

The bell rang when class finished and Keith started to gather his things and was walking out of the classroom door when a hand stopped him.

"Keith! Wait up."

Glancing back, Keith flushed as he saw Lance there.
"Can we talk on the way to your locker?" Lance asked with a tilt of his head.
Keith gulped silently and nodded as he gripped the straps of his bag tightly.

For the beginning they walked in silence. Nearing Keith's locker they both started to talk at the same time.

"About what happened-"
"Listen I'm sorry for-"

They both stopped talking and looked at each other before bursting into quiet laughter.
Calming down, Keith opened his locker and started to put his books up as Lance leaned against the locker next to his.

"Listen..." Lance started off as he fidgeted with his bag. "About what happened during- well I guess kinda after the audition.."

The sound of Lance's voice faded out as the world slowed down and Keith felt a strong tingle travel up his spine. His spider sense was on high alert and he looked around the school as it returned to normal speed for the source of danger.

"Uh... Keith?" Lance said once he noticed the raven haired male distracted with something.
Keith's face was scrunched up in thought before he heard a loud bang and screams rang through the school.

His eyes widened as he saw Dr. Sendek plow through the bathroom wall all purple furried up.

Keith grabbed Lance's hand and pulled him the other direction away from Sendek, wanting to get him to safety. Along the way Keith punched the glass surrounding the fire alarm, ignoring Lance's worrying yells before he pulled the fire alarm.

"EVERYONE RUN!" Keith yelled and blended in with the ground, his grip on Lance tight. He heard Sendek's roars behind him and once he was a safe distance away he reluctantly let go of Lance's hand and broke away from the crowd and hid in an empty classroom.

"Greatest luck in the world." Keith muttered as he changed as quick as he could into his new suit. He turned the communicator on before pulling his mask on.
After sending a text to Pidge and Hunk, Keith stashed his bag in a safe place before the superhuman ran out into the halls.

His covered eyes first met with the worried blue ones of Lance as he stayed back to look for him. The second things his eyes landed on was the big purple monster that roared angrily and started making his way down the hall. Fast.

The raven quickly shot a web that stuck to Lance's middle and yanked the boy closer as he ran the opposite direction on Dr. Sendek.

Once Lance was close enough, Keith gripped him tightly around the waist as he ran through the halls. Once they were at the entrance Keith gently pushed Lance to the doors.

"Go, get to safety," the superhuman said as he made his voice sound slightly deeper, "I can handle this." He turned to get Sendek far away from the exit, not looking back to make sure Lance fully left the building.

As Keith burst through the doors that sectioned off the hallways he was greeted with a punch to the gut. With the air knocked out of him, the raven flew back against the now closed doors and fell to the ground. He recovered quickly as adrenaline started to pump through his veins.

Dodging the next attack Keith shot two webs on the ceiling either side of Sendek's head and jumped, using the momentum of him pulling on the strings to launch himself up. Sticking his legs out straight he kicked Sendek right in the face hard, knocking him through the door into an empty classroom.

The superhuman landed in his famous crouched position in the doorway as he kept his indigo eyes trained on the purple giant. Sendek had crashed and broken the teachers desk and was now struggling to get up.
Keith scanned the room and saw some textbooks and shot webs at them and launched them over to Sendek.

Three textbooks hit him but he caught the fourth and threw it back at Keith. The raven quickly jumped out of the way and shot webs at Sendek, covering his face, trapping his hands but the purple Galra clawed free and charged at Keith, knocking him into the hall and into the lockers.

Keith groaned as he leaned himself against the lockers and cursed as he rolled to the side to avoid the punch Sendek threw at him. Frustrated, Sendek ripped a locker door off and started trying to swipe at Keith, advancing on him.

Keith stepped back and dodged each swing with ease. The purple Sendek grew angrier and finally threw the locker door at Keith.

The superhuman leaned to the side as the door passed him. Turning with the locker door though Keith webbed the door and swung it around and gave Sendek an uppercut with it.

"Keith? Keith are you there?" The voice of his tech friend sounded in his ear as the said male dodged another attack from Sendek.

"Shit! Yeah I'm here! Where have you been? Are you guys ok?" He asked as he shot a web at Sendek's face and gripped onto it, sliding under his legs and yanked hard causing the purple furry to fall down.

"We're fine, police are here so it was hard to get away. I have a satellite view of the school so I'm scanning for your heat signatures now." Pidge said and Keith didn't question why and how she had a satellite view of the school and how she could trace their heat signatures without any top of the line tech.

While distracted with that slight puzzling moment, Sendek took advantage of the fault and grabbed Keith, throwing him through the library door. He broke through some shelves before he turned and landed himself in a good position to stop him from getting too hurt. He ducked out of the shelves right as they fell back from something Sendek had done. Keith managed to still dodge attacks, getting some good hits in either with his fists or throwing things with his webs.

Sendek picked up a table and threw it at the Raven haired male but Keith bent backwards and bent his knees as he twisted his body to the side. His spider sense went off and the world slowed.
Keith tilted his head back and saw that an old teacher (that looked strangely like Stan Lee) was still in the building, unaware of the current attacking going on due to large headphones playing music in his ears. The table was heading right for him and his back was turned to it.
Keith quickly shot a web back and the world returned to normal as the male yanked hard on the web and pulled the table back. The superhuman straightened up from his position and jumped over the table as it flew back and hit Sendek hard.

The teacher, now safe and unharmed hummed and made his merry way out the door. Keith turned his full attention back onto Sendek as Keith shot more webs at Sendek and started to lead him out of the classroom.

"Ok I got the heat signatures. Shit there's someone else in there." Pidge said, worry flooding their voice.

Keith grunted as he was thrown into the chemistry classroom. "I know, a teacher." He said as he grabbed a chair and broke it against Sendek, only making him stumble back.

"No! There are four heat sources. You and Sendek are in the chemistry lab right? There's one in the teachers lounge but it looks like it's now leaving in a hurry. The other is moving slowly on the second floor."

Shit. Keith cursed to himself as he dodged a broken table leg.

"Alright I'll-" Keith was cut off as Sendek punched him hard and caused the superhuman to go flying back through the supply cabinet door.

"Keith Kogane.. to think you can stop me." Sendek spoke in a deep voice that caused Keith's eyes to widen. Sendek knows his fucking name. How? His camera. Of course he had to be responsible and put his damn name on it.

"You can't stop me ever. I will bring a new world of stronger people. No longer will there be people in pain, with diseases, with disabilities." Sendek spoke as he mixed together an explosive.

"A new world filled with people like me." He said and tossed the explosive beaker in the open broken door. Thinking he won Sendek started to walk off but felt something break at his feet.
Looking down Sendek was blown back as the explosive he made went off.

Keith jumped back through the hole and crouched on the table, his breath fast as he looked and saw Sendek getting up slowly.

"The world doesn't need more a-holes like you." Keith said and swung out of the class and started to run faster as he heard Sendek roar and start to run after him.

"Pidge, I'm leading him up to the second floor. I'll get the person to safety." Keith said as he dodged a flying object.

The raven lead the purple mutant up to the second floor and was stopped when Sendek grabbed him and held him tightly as he lifted the superhuman to his face.

"The new world I make will start with your death. The serum is already prepared. I will take great joy in your pain and suffering." Sendek spoke as he tightened his grip on Keith, causing him to cry out in pain.

A loud smack sounded from behind Sendek causing the furry creature to stop. Dropping Keith, Sendek turned and growled as he was whacked hard in the face by what looked like trophy.

Keith coughed as he stumbled while getting up. He lifted his covered head and his indigo eyes widened in fear and worry.

"Lance! Get the hell put of here." Keith said as he stood up. He saw the Cuban boy look up in fear as he finally realised the danger. Sendek growled and knocked the trophy out of his hand, causing Lance to yell out in fear and pain.

Keith's eyes narrowed in anger as he started to work quickly, adrenaline pushing through his veins. The superhuman shot webs at Sendek's hands and feet, trapping them. Then he shot multiple webs at his face before he bounced from window to window, wrapping a web around Sendek tightly. Once Sendek was stuck in his place, Keith turned and grabbed Lance gently as he moved him away slightly from the struggling furry.

"Shit..." Keith cursed as he looked Lance up and down. He gently took the other males hand and tensed as he heard Lance whimper. His breath caught in his throat as he gently lead Lance over to a window.

"You shouldn't have came up here, you got hurt cause of me." Keith said as he took the trophy and smashed the window, his only focus on getting Lance to safety.

"I-I came to help you. I couldn't let you die." The Cuban said with worry and something else in his voice. The superhuman sighed and shot a web to side of the wall outside but kept hold of it.

"Thank you but if anything happened to you, worse than what already happened I would never forgive myself. Now I hope you can forgive me for this." Keith said before he wrapped the webbing around Lance's waist and jumped out the window with him. He heard Lance's screams as he let go and jumped through the window on the otherside. He knew Lance would be safe but he told Pidge and Hunk to go get Lance to safety.

Brushing the glass off Keith turned and saw that Sendek was nowhere to be found. Cursing to himself, Keith retraced their fight before he got to the bathroom. In the busted stall Keith saw a tattered Galra Labs coat hanging on a busted pipe and sighed.

"Keith, Lance is fine but the police are going in."

Keith cursed before he made his way swiftly out of the school, dropping his bag off at their meeting spot before he started to swing from building to buildings.

"I'm out. Bag is in its usual spot," Keith spoke in the earpiece, "Pidge, I need to stop Sendek, he plans to try and do something with the serum and change everyone."

There was silence on the other line as the sky darkened. Finally Keith got a response, along with the clacking of keys.

"I got some background information on Galra Towers, I'll try to find something." Pidge spoke as they worked fast.

The raven didn't reply as he swung towards the city.

"Oh shit.." Keith heard his shorter friend whisper which cause him to stop on the rooftop of a building.

"What? What happened?" He asked rushed.

"Sendek plans to release the serum in a gaseous form. At the very top of the tower there is a bio chemical launcher that will shoot the serum into the air, letting it expand outward." Pidge explained as they started typing faster.

"How do I stop it?" Keith asked as he started pacing the rooftop.

He heard all sorts of fumbling through the communicator as one of his best friends snorted.

"You deal with Sendek. I'm going to head to Galra Towers and create an antidote." They explained has Keoth heard the sound of a car door closing.

"No way, that is too dangerous." The raven said as his heart dropped with worry.

"Don't worry, I know what I'm doing. There is no one else that can make it. You have stop Sendek from launching the serum and Hunk's mom won't let him leave due to the school incident. Keith I'll be fine I promise. I'll evacuate everyone and be safe ok?"

The doubt didn't leave Keith's mind as he worried for his friend. After a while of thinking Keith sighed and looked out at the now dark skyline.

"Pidge, I swear if you kill yourself I will-"

"You'll do nothing cause it won't happen." Keith chuckled and agreed before setting off, swinging through the buildings to Galra Towers, not noticing a police officer down bellow talking on the radio as they watched the superhuman.

Keith was swinging between buildings when suddenly a tazer shot fired off near him.

"Holy shit..." The raven said as he started dodging shots, barely making out the words of one George McClain from the helicopter above.

All he could here was 'stop... police... ground'. There was no way he was going to stop.

Keith continued to move when he rounded a corner and was blinded by the helicopters bright spotlight. He hissed and used his free hand to block the light as he was now disoriented.

As Keith slowly regained his vision he felt the tazer hit him, causing him to fall. He smashed into of a taxi before he rolled off and onto the ground, twitching from the shocks that moved through him.

He felt himself being surrounded as the police force aimed their guns at him, advancing slowly. Once close enough, two police men handcuffed the raven before sitting him up on his knees.
The superhuman's head leaned against his chest limply as George walked over to him.

"What's your name?" George asked as his hands rested on his hips. Keith didn't respond so George leaned down close to the other male.

"Who are you?" He asked again in a firm voice bit still no response.

George pursed his lips before he reached out and grasped the back of Spider-Man's mask.

AHHHHH DON'T HATE ME FOR NOT UPDATING FOR A REALLY LONG TIME!!!

I took time for myself after school ended and I had planned on continuing to write but then summer school started and I just kinda forgot.

BUT I'm back now, though still in summer school so it will take a while for me to get the next chapter out and I'm sorry for it.
