When Red and Purple had finally finished being elites and went onto being the new "Tallests" their was still rules. Both of them were handed a list of rules. Not a long list, but still! They were the leaders! Why did they have to follow rules?! 

"Are you serious?! Even after we finally become the Tallests have to follow stupid rules?! They just wasted our time at the academy didn't they?!" Purple complained, mouth full of the donut he was currently eating. All Red did was roll his eyes.

"Stop complaining! We've waited years for this! As long as the rules are 'raise your hand to speak' we're good." Red smacked Purple upside the head, making Purple let out a 'OW!'

"Fine fine! I'll read the stupid list...Only for you..." Purple mumbled that last part, his cheeks flushing a darker green. Luckily Red didn't notice or he would've probably laugh at him...Jackass.

Dispite their little pointless fights and playfull bickering, the two aliens had started dating some time around the end of their academy years. They both knew that they weren't "just friends" even befoe they got together. They didn't care what anyone thought of them. Since they're ruling the biggest invading army of all time. Together.

As purple scanned through the list, not fully bothering to read it,  Red tugged at Purples mechanical shoulder.

"Yeah?-- Oh. What's wrong?" Purple turned around to face him, but noticed that Reds eyebrows had furrowed and he looked conflicted and concered. Red barely ever looked like that. And if so, it meant something horrible happened.

"Look Pur," Red pointed to the last rule on the list. ", 'Homosexual relationship are prohibited and looked down upon while in leadership. If you are caught in any homosexual romantic relationship, you will me executed.'..." 

Purples eyes widened and he forgot how to breathe. "They allowed heterosexual relationships...But...Not homosexual ones?! This is bullshit!" Purple snapped when he finally found his breath.

"I know! I'm so fucking tired of people trying to control who I love and why I love them! I'm gay! Just let me be gay!" Red snapped back at him. Both equally pissed at the horrible, homophobic rule.

Purple looked down at the ground, conflicted and sad aswell. Does this mean he'll have to leave his boyfriend? The one he'll always love a cherish for all eternity? No, he couldn't live like that...He loved him too much.

Purple let out a shaky sigh. "D-does this mean-"

"No." Red gave a straight answer. "Some stupid rules can't stop us! Fuck them! And their rules! We're the leaders now! And they can't tell us who to fuck!"

"WHOA! That's  a bit excessive Rae."

"It's true though." Red crumpled up the piece of paper and threw it in far away from there. He grabbed Purples paper and did the same. 

"So...Are we going to have to start dating in secret...?" Purple sighed. He hated that he could no longer hold his boyfriends hand in public, or even just be with him romantically at all.

"I guess so..."
