"Thor, I need you to guard Percy for a while. You are Loki's brother, so you'll know how to stop him!" I told Thor, who had just returned from Asgard.

"I'd love to guard Perseus son of Jack." Thor smiled as he ate his strawberry pop tart.

"Good." I smirked.

"Was that you trying to cover up your stupid plan? Putting Percy on house arrest was a stupid idea! It's not like Loki confronted Percy when he was outside the tower!" Natasha whined.

"Hush. Jarvis would alert me if Loki were here!" I argued.

"Really? I don't recall him doing that last time." Natasha glared at me, her arms crossed.

"He was probably asleep!" I argued.

"Sir, I am an AI. I cannot sleep." JARVIS stated.

"Even The AI is against me!" I complained. "Is Percy still in his room?"

"I cannot tell, sir. The cameras went out in the room five minutes ago." JARVIS replied.

"Why didn't you tell me?!" I scolded.

"Perseus told me not to."

"Why'd you listen?!" I asked.

"I am programmed to do so."

"Ughh. Thor, Nat, let's go check on him." I ordered, speedwalking gracefully towards Percy's room.

"Can you go any faster?" Natasha complained.

"Yes, but then I'd be running and it wouldn't look as cool." I sighed.

"Percy's life is in danger and you're more concerned about looking 'cool'?" Natasha asked.

"Priorities Natasha, priorities."

"You need to get your priorities in order then." Natasha muttered.

"Here we are-...." I tried to open the door. "It's locked. JARVIS, unlock the door."

"Sure thing, sir."

The door opened to reveal a percyless room.

Pillows and blankets were scattered across the floor, and the window was wide open.

"Shit, we're too late..." I grunted.

"LANGUAGE!" I heard from the doorway, Steve must've followed us.

"Maybe it's because of your speed walking. If we ran, maybe he'd still be here." Natasha scolded.

"Sorry! I have to maintain my good looks." I rolled my eyes.

"Let's go look for him around the city.." Steve suggested.
