Darkness allowed Evily to turn everything around her pitch-black while time freezes, they can also create people while using this quirk and can also unfreeze people she'd like. No drawbacks.

Survivor allowed Evily to half her everyday needs, so she won't need to eat or sleep as much as a normal person. She also takes less damage from attacks and can even survive to fall off a 55-floor building and only have scarring. No drawback.
