Maya...

My thoughts were disturbed by the sudden announcement of the pilot stating that the flight is about to land. Signing I saw the window. The city is new and I know it is going to be my layover for a few hours.

The flight landed and slowly the passengers started to get down the plane. I was still sitting on the plane and just feeling the moment. So I have made it out of the toxic relationship.

Taking a deep breath i pulled my bag which I kept as my hand luggage. To be honest I carried only 2 pieces of luggage. One which had my dresses the other which had my certificates. Those two are more than enough for me to survive. With the cash in my hand i can be safe for a month then i will shift to a place which I have already pre booked.

Smiling at myself for the way i have crossed until now I stepped out of the plane. The place was new but now I am not terrified of new places. Every fear and determination of my life is due to many incidents I have faced.

Picking up my mobile I called my mom with the other number I had. No one knows this number except my mom and it will be that way.

I called her and immediately I could hear my mother's frantic fearful voice. "Maya where are you child. You are ok right ?" She asked me in a very fragile voice . Can I be angry with her ? No.

Is my doom because of her ? It's also a no.

"Ma..." I said she sucked a harsh breath.

"Little bean you are safe right ? Your father is very worried."

But my first question was "no one called you right ? And no one knows where I am going right ?" I asked her. As I have to make sure my peace is still available. Until Vasanth comes to know where I am staying I am all good.

"Yes yes no one knows. Thanks for the immediate text. That you are leaving from there. Yet you didn't say where you are going. Can you please tell me you will be safe and you will eat on time." I chuckled at her naivity.

For her if I eat on time and sleep on time and not in mobile for so long then i am at my best health. May be because she is like this she is like this.

"Ok ma put the phone I speaker so I can talk to pa too." I said and she agreed immediately.

She had to put her specs to see the mobile phone. She and her eye sight problem are now going out of hand.

"Haan little bean the phone is in speaker."

"Pa..." I said and I know there was a muffed voice. He couldn't speak now. He is now semi paralysed. His left side is totally paralysed and after multiple treatments now he can sit and can walk normally. He cannot speak normally much but his incoherent words would make some sense now.

"He is saying I am here. Don't worry and please don't hurt yourself anymore. I may not be the ideal father but I tried all I can to give you a life which I never had. But my daughter shouldn't be bowing her head to anyone." Mom said making me smile. Mom would always support me no matter what and maybe because of her I could be myself.

" Maya I don't know what happened. Why you decided to leave but just remember one thing you are born to achieve something big and this relationship may be your hindrance. Stop for nothing my child. You grow and prosper. Me and your dad will be far from you but will always love you and pray for you and remember one thing my little bean you are not a last resort or some rebound. You are stronger than you think you are.

Just like how a a strong man forgot who he is but when situation comes he becomes the man the same way you don't know your strength. I am proud of you my child and don't tell me where you are. Just don't bow to anyone. Anyone at all."

I laughed while my eyes are shedding tears. I never knew mom was this strong. "Mom I love you and thanks dad for being supportive to me."

I will text you when the next flight starts and no matter who do ever call you all you need to say is you don't know. Ok ?? I love you guys. Bye family. " I said and I heard a bunch of byes and love yous from the other side.

I know one thing which is my mom was helpless my father became hopeless so I became ruthless.

With the thought I walked pulling my luggage. Do i have to think of my past or have to think about my future. One is already dead while the other one is yet to be born. For now let me not think of anything. With that thought I started to roam around the airport lounge area.

Many things were fascinating but I want to eat. Grabbing a burger and some fries i started to eat. Suddenly my mobile started to ring. It's an alarm for my surprise to him. After gallery we will be back home and then I ordered him a chocolate truffle for our first outing. Dismissing the alarm I sat on a chair alloted for us to find sit.

Looking around all are going to the family or with the family but never one is alone. How did I end up here like this.
