Blue had come to visit them next to Error and US!Frisk, in passing, US!Frisk told him what had happened. OuterSwap!Sans was holding back his anger, as I had mentioned earlier, he was one of those who knew about Dream's mental age and his fury was about to go out through his magic.

Of course, this attitude didn't go unnoticed by the his sibling and the destroyer - Hey, little brother. You are more furious than normal.- commented the tallest.

- The Creator attacked a child, how do you want me to react?- he growled, clenching his fists.  OuterSwap!Papyrus stared at his brother and then sighed sadly.

- I knew that Dream was too innocent to even understand what he was involved in.- he murmured the loudest - Unfortunately... Not many realized that.- he added.

Blue and Error looked at each other for a few seconds with guilt. It is true. Almost no one noticed. Very few people suspected that, only 5 people outside the Creator knew for sure, but the rest... both good and bad never realized how innocent and child-like the dreamer was. They never realized that he was literally a child with an adult body. And when they did, Dream was almost dead.

Blue had the remorse that ate his soul... He must have thought it through before telling Dream the truth. If he had known his mental level, he might not have left him alone. At that moment he began to think, both good and bad gave the blind eye to a child who was psychologically manipulated by a bastard. Who is worse? The manipulator or those who ignored it?

(And if we go for that... I have heard cases where the victims blame both the perpetrator and those who may have done something and ignored it)

- We need to find a way to definitely stabilize Dream's soul.- said the scientist while writing some things on the papers in her folder. In front of her were Napstablook, Mettacrit, US!Chara, US!Frisk, Aliza, OuterSwap!Sans and SShift!Asriel.

- B-but... And the d-determination that X!Frisk gave him? - asked the cousin of the robot.

- He stabilized it, but soon he will not be able to stabilize it completely and we cannot wait any longer.- she sighed - We need some mixture of magic or a magic strong enough to stabilize the energy permanently.- she finished, looking at those present.

Of all of them, US!Chara raised their hand - I offer myself.- announced.

- No.- replied the fish woman.

- I will do it.-

- No.-

- My decision will not change.-

- No.-

- My hand is going to remain raised.-

- Another person? - Aliza raised her hand - No. - She lowered it again.

- Your soul. Your decision.- said US!Frisk, then Aliza raised her hand again. US!Chara muttered a "I understood the reference" and the brunette simply said - Shut up.

- I will not accept either.-

- Well, you'll have to. My arm will not go down and my decision will not change.- the human reaffirmed.

- You're going to get tired.- the scientist rebuked.  In response, US!Chara got up from their place, grabbed a rope that was hanging there and was tied by it. Undyne looked at him with a face of disbelief and said - You are freaking stubborn, right?-

- Yes. And my decision is still standing.- said the young man looking at the woman as if they were challenging her.

Undyne sighed frustratedly and exclaimed - Okay. But... I need monster magic too.- and received the raised hands of SShift!Asriel and OuterSwap!Sans - No.-

- We are as determined as US!Chara so...- they left the message for free interpretation. The scientist sighed again in frustration, accepted her destiny and first guided the humans to get a little out of their soul.

$ Clinical room $

They were both humans lying in a bed each, at their sides there was a table with some syringes, anesthesia and a machine to measure their heart rate.

Undyne was accompanied by Medical!Papyrus and Medical!Muffet, which were organizing everything necessary to avoid complications.

The female fish and the skeleton approached the Horrortale human while the spider woman was heading towards the UnderSwap human.

With care, they administered anesthesia in both, waited a few seconds in which they fell asleep.  They took a syringe and revealed the soul of each human, examining where to stick the needle without damaging the soul of the young ones.

First, Medical!Muffet gently took and with one of her hands the soul of Chara, slowly and firmly, brought the syringe to said soul, inserted the needle and began to extract a "substance" from the soul.  The same happened with respect to Aliza.

The little dreamer was still sound asleep, X! Frisk and Blue were watching him in case he woke up.

The minutes passed and Undyne appeared with a serum-like bag with magic and DNA inside. She hung the bag on a high metal rod, and injected the needle from the tube of the bag into the soul of the guardian.

Apparently, the mentioned skeleton perfectly received the magic and DNA in his system. Everyone sighed with relief. They just needed to add the monster magic and in theory everything will be fine.

Undyne retired leaving both guards alone. Blue was a little awkward, X!Frisk, SShift!Asriel and Aliza knew that he told Dream about the true face of the Creator, and they weren't very happy, you could tell by just felling the tension of the room. Even a few hours ago, X!Frisk didn't let his anger go unnoticed because at the moment that Blue was only with Dream, immediately X!Frisk appeared and sat next to the dreamer expressing "You will be very against from the Creator but you're no better than him. His mental age was too obvious. You should have noticed. Friend."  He highlighted the word "friend" with fury. He immediately understood that he meant that if he really was Dream's friend, he would have been smarter and more observant. Blue's guilt increased.

- So, the damned bastard almost killed a child... How sick!- Chara exclaimed.

- It still amazes me that he has a huge number of followers who blindly admire him.- Toriel commented as she drank the tea prepared by Asgore. The human in that universe was next to the goat woman with a sad face and Asriel was sitting next to his brother (sibling?) Eating a little slow and a little down to see his friend in critical condition.

- By the way... Who knows about this attack?- Asgore asked.

- As far as I know. US!Undyne, US!Napstablook, US!Frisk, US!Chara, Medical!Alphys, Medical!Toriel, Medical!Muffet, Medical!Papyrus, Blue, Error, Cross, X!Chara, X!Frisk, Aliza, OuterSwap! Sans, OuterSwap!Papyrus, US!Mettaton, I, you, a Flowey, in theory now US!Alphys...- quoted fingering - I would think Nightmare also because the god of death almost reaps the soul of  Dream.- Asriel added, causing his human brother to almost choke with tea.

(Pffft... Do you think there are many? Ha! The multiverse has 91.260 billion alternate universes, people who know about the attack are a particle of sand xD)

- That Reaper!Sans almost reaps Dream's soul!?- They exclaimed in shock.

- Yes. That's why X!Frisk took drastic measures and injected his own determination, making Dream's life increase, so Death could not reap his soul since it was not "moment".- explained and said in quotes the last word.

- He was saved by a miracle. I mean it.- the male goat monster murmured.

Aliza and OuterSwap!Sans watched over the dreamer who was absorbing the latest "serum" made of magic and DNA. Both were too worried to even pay attention to the surroundings, so worried they were, that an hour and a half ago they were Horror!Sans and Killer!Sans at the entrance of the room and none of them noticed, or if they found out, they didn't even show signs  of doing it.

Tired of waiting, Horror cleared his throat catching the attention of both - Aliza. We have to talk.- oops, the phrase we all hate. The human rose and approached the broken skull skeleton, which grabbed her arm angrily and took her away.

(I thought about Mommy Geno for a second)

OuterSwap!Sans looked back at the guard who was still sleeping. He sighed tiredly, sitting in the human's place.

Suddenly, far from the room, he heard a portal.  He ignored it completely until - Get out of here.- he heard the murderer growl, looked up to meet Science!Sans.

The one who was sitting frowned and looked hatefully at the scientist - What the fuck do you want? Go away!- he shouted.

- I come to look for Dream.-

- HAHAHAHAHAHA, what a good joke!- laughed sarcastic - Go before you have to explain to your brother why you need an arm.- said the most serious thing that a Swap!Sans can get (like Sans in the genocidal).

- B-But what did h-

- Do you want to know what happened, damn trash!?- Horror shouted that magically appeared - Ask your damn Creator! Oh no, wait. That son of a bitch will tell you another story.-

- Get out of here, now!- The murderer growled.

- I-I will not leave wi- OuterSwap!Sans was enraged, grabbed the scientist's neck, opened a portal, threw the scientist out there and closed the portal.

- Fixed.- and sat back in place.

- My chair.- Aliza complained childishly, received a threatening look from the broken skull and withdrew what was said - I can look for another.- and ran away.

- What did you tell her?- whispered the one with black tears.

- About her soul. It is already weak and giving part of it is a huge risk.- he whispered in response.

- Did you become her mom? -

- Paps forces me.-

- Ah.  That explains.-

It began to become routine to take care of the little dreamer, despite the fact that the owner of the laboratory said there were cameras around the place, with the appearance of the god of death and the faithful scientist of the Creator was enough to alert the UnderSwap foreigners and humans from the mentioned universe, causing some yes or yes to stay close to the guardian.

That day and moment, it was the turn of the StoryShift's Dreemurr siblings: Chara and Asriel.  The goat boy was sleeping on the dreamer's bed, while the human watched the place, looked at their brother and the dreamer, and again their  eyes scanned the place.

They were about ten minutes away from finishing their "guard" when an unexpected visitor appeared: Science!Sans. Quickly, the human Dreemurr stood straight with a frown - No. You. Go away. Now. Out.- he said pointing to the portal behind him.

- I have to take-

- No no no no no. You will take nothing. Get out of here.- the human approached, turned the scientist and pushed him toward the portal - Go away and don't come back.- pushed him towards the portal, which closed as soon as the scientist finished crossing it.

- Mm? Chara? What was that?- asked the little kid while rubbing one eye and yawning.

- An intruder bug.- answered simply.

+ The next day +

Now the guard was Aliza, SShift!Asriel and US!Chara. The three were talking about simple topics, such as food, games, fashion, parents, among other things. Everything was very calm. Too much calm.

Just when it was the changing of the guard, an intruder arrived: Science!Sans. The young ones tried to prevent him from approaching the dreamer, Aliza got on top of the skeleton as if it were a blanket, Asriel put a giant star protecting the little skeleton and Chara was with a small twig - Get out of here! I have a twig and I'm not afraid to use it!- the human growled, pointing at the intruder skeleton.

- Children... Let me see him.-

- No!- exclaimed the three.

- Don't be stubborn! I just want to see!-

- Let's see, let me t- No.- answered the goat boy.

- Let m-

- They already said no.- Alphys growled - Now.- She approached the skeleton that still had the portal open - Go back to your universe and if you don't come back, you would do us a huge favor.- She pushed him and the portal closed.

+ Two weeks and twelve attempts by Science to take Dream after +

- You don't learn, do you?- X!Chara growled using Cross's body (which had fallen asleep), discovering right away Science!Sans trying to disconnect Dream.

He grabbed the scientist from his jacket, opened a portal and threw the guy in the robe into a place. He closed the portal and went to a bed near Dream's, sitting cross-legged and a thoughtful face "What an annoying scientist."  He said in his mind.
