A peaceful Boston morning, birds are chirping, the morning breeze rushes through the trees and bushes. The sudden sound of glass being broken disturbs the peaceful morning.
“What in the bloody hell is going on!?” Lucifer yelled as he ran into the living room.
“Just some people breaking into my house saying they want to kill you is all!” K.C yelled back as he flipped and threw another intruder out of the window.
“Found me so soon eh? Well let’s have some fun than.” Lucifer laughed as he lifted two intruders by their throats and threw them through the wall leading to Jim’s room.
“What the heck!?” Khione said after being woken up because of the loud crash.
“Well well well, looks like some people were having a bit of fun last night, room for one more?” Lucifer asked with a smug look on his face as he looked at the scene before him.
“W-what’s going on?” Skye yawned rubbing her eyes
. “Look an easy target.” One of the demons growled as they licked their lips. K.C looked at where the intruder was staring hungrily and quickly moved to protect Skye.
“Skye!” K.C yelled as he dove in front of the intruder. Blood splattered across the wall.
“K.C!” Lucifer and the rest yelled. “
I’m fine. But this thing’s not gonna be.” K.C said with blood coming from his mouth.
“Die!” the thing and K.C yelled in unison.
The thing dug its claws deeper. In return K.C stabbed it between the eyes. The body fell limp with a thud to the floor.
“Aye I win sucker!” K.C laughed as he slumped against the wall. Everybody began to freak out after K.C’s eyes closed. His breathing was heavy and he’d lost a lot of blood.
“Skye I’m going to say this simply, heal him or he dies.” Lucifer said calmly.
“What! Heal him? How!?” Skye asked quickly.
“Just do what you think you should do. You don’t need bandages.” Lucifer explained unsure of how to explain further.
Unsure of what she should do Skye went with her gut feeling and put her hands over the wound.
“Khione, Toni. the both of you might want to  look away. Now.” Lucifer warned as he turned around.
A blinding light emitted from the wound on K.C’s chest. After a few minutes Skye collapsed next to K.C healing him had taken a huge toll on her.
“She’ll be fine. We’re safe for a while let’s get this place cleaned up for our brave friend after we put them in beds.” Lucifer said looking at the mess of a house.
The three got the unconscious pair in separate beds and cleaned the house, after which Toni and Lucifer went to the store to get Lucifer new clothes and food for the house. Upon their return Lucifer carved symbols around the yard, on walls, and on the main door.
“What did you carve?” Khione asked watching Lucifer prepare dinner.
“Warding symbols they won’t be able to break those for a while. For now we need to make the most of Boston. Which means we all need to get jobs and find somewhere to live, we can’t all stay in this house for long we are only guests.” Lucifer explained.
“Wait we can’t leave Boston?” Toni asked with a stolen piece of dinner in his mouth.
“Bloody hell. Leave dinner alone til it’s done! No we can leave Boston at any time, but we’d all have to leave together until this whole situation with angels and demons is dealt with.” Lucifer answered.
After dinner was done Khione went to wake up the other two members of the group.
“Alright we’re up and I'm leaving for a minute. I gotta get Katarina and Kellin.” K.C said as he put his jacket on.
“Ah I shall accompany you then” Lucifer announced hopping over the counter.
“If you ever jump over my countertop like that again I will beat your ass again.” K.C threatened the fires of hell evident in his eyes.
“Alright alright, pardon me. Let's get going.” Lucifer apologised as he raised his hands up in defense. The sound of a an engine revving down the street signalled the two were gone.
“So what now?” Tony asked.
“Simple. Find K.C a woman.” Skye and Khione answered in unison.
After hours of searching the three found a match for their friend. Skye with her hand on her chin evaluated the woman they had found on the dating app, “Kayla Jenkins huh?”
“Its the only match we've gotten.” Toni replied eating a tater tot.    
“I'll set up a meeting point.” Khione said happily with a sinister grin.
Skye now noticing the grin asked “What's with the grin?”
“Oh nothing. Except where does K.C go every week on fridays?” Khione asked with a smirk.
“Oh no.” Skye said with a worried look on her face.
Meanwhile Lucifer and K.C had just arrived at Kellin's apartment building. “I'll call them.” K.C muttered as he reached for his phone.
“Now hold on, why do you keep calling this friend of yours them instead of him or her?” Lucifer questioned the confusion evident on his face.
    “Why do you have a cockney accent?” K.C retorted.
Silence filled the air as K.C was now full of guilt. “I'm sorry for being rude, Kellin said they're non-binary, and I respect that, non-binary basically means they don't go by gender.” K.C explained hoping Lucifer understood.
“Save your apologies, let’s just get this over with shall we.” Lucifer sighed tiredly.
“Hello? Kell you ready so I can take you to work?” K.C asked through his phone.
“They’ll be down in a minute.” K.C explained.
“What is there to do around here?” Lucifer asked feeling extremely bored out of his mind.
K.C began to think of what he has done in his free time, not that he had much, then he thought of something “I don’t know you can go throw tea off of a ship in honor of the boston tea party, I found that enjoyable the first time I did it.”
“To honor your countries revolution? I like that idea, though I believe had my revolution worked I’d have liked mine more.” Lucifer laughed.
A loud yell was heard in the direction of some stairs that lead to more apartments.
“Oh my god, K.C you wouldn’t believe how many commissions I just got!”
“Please leave my father out of this, I assure you he had nothing to do with your talent.” Lucifer said annoyed with the mention of his dad.
“Okay Luci, lose the accent, i thought it would grow on me but it’s not.” K.C sighed heavily as he cringed.
“Alright but I’m bringing it back later.” Lucifer said in an american accent.
“Before who you ask who this is, let’s just go, it’s gonna be a long day so I really don’t wanna talk about it.” K.C interrupted as Kellin pointed at Lucifer. After three hours Lucifer and K.C returned to K.C’s house and everyone turned in for the night. Unaware of who was on their way.
