I checked my time table and checked where my next class was before heading in the correct direction.

After a minute, I arrived at the corridor where the classroom should be, I counted all of the room numbers till I found the correct one. Room: N043.

I pushed open the classroom door and stepped inside where I saw my friends Hazel and Esme. I saw a spot at the table behind them and sat down, we had around 3 minutes until class started.

We started talking about what we thought we would be learning in today's lesson. We didn't really have a idea of what we would be learning as it was the beginning of the year where we would usually be learning some of t fun stuff before learning some of the harder stuff later on in the year.

The teacher finally walked into the classroom, the teacher is one of my favourite teachers, her name is Mrs Downs. She is a really nice and caring teacher and she doesn't like to shout but she does when she needs to when the class gets to loud.

"Ok class, today we will be starting a project called Lost Island. In this project you will be put into pairs and the story of the project is that your plane has crashed into a island, this island has never been found before and it is up to you and your partner to create religions and beliefs for the island and ways of celebrating the celebrations we have now. You have make a presentation showing what you island is like and what the beliefs are and what happens at your island. Your partners are the people you are sitting next to and if there is no one sitting next to you, come to me and I will pair you with someone else who doesn't have a pair and if there isn't anyone else, you can join a group to make a 3", explained Mrs Downs about our project.

I saw that Hazel and Esme are going together and as there is no one next to me, I go up to Mrs Downs to get partnered up with someone else in the class.

Not including me, there were only 3 other people, 2 girls and a boy. The two girls got paired together which they seemed quite happy about so I'm assuming that they are friends, but this left me with the boy.

The boy looked over at me and smirked. I don't really think this is going to end well.

"Well, it seems like Adrian and Ava are going to working together on the project and are now going to be sitting next to each other in this class", said Mrs Downs. I looked at Adrian and he just kept smirking at me.

I went to go sit in my seat and Adrian soon sat down next to me. I spent the whole rest of the class looking at my desk in front of me, wasting time for the rest of the lesson till it's over, and as soon as the lesson is over, I grab my bag and run out of the room and towards the canteen and towards my table where my brother and I always sit.
