118. My 12-Day-Old Baby CAN DIVE? 😤

When it was My Turn to bathe Emaya again ( on April 28th 2018 ) - I didn't expect any surprises. Everything was going well at first - but when I was finishing her bath - she slipped off my hand On Purpose to get lower in her bathtub - & put her head underwater.

For just 2 seconds - cause I reacted fast. She totally surprised me, so I shouted 'OMG! O_O ' and instantly took her out of the bathtub.

I usually am very calm, so Nori got scared & instantly run to the Bathroom to see what was going on & asked me 'What Happened? :/ '. She saw me holding Emaya - & Our Baby Laughing happily as if Something Very Funny Happened, so she smiled with relief.

She could have thought that 'It was a Joke' - but I don't joke This Way. And my Face was Still Scared when I looked at Emaya and answered 'She... put her Head Underwater! O_O '. Emaya laughed again - showing that 'She was Perfectly Ok - & there was No Reason to Worry' so Nori asked me 'Really? :) '. I answered 'Yes! :/ - She Scared Me! :/ '. Emaya touched my arm & said 'Po po' as if she was trying to say 'I'm sorry, Daddy - I didn't mean to Scare You! :) '.

I calmed down cause she was fine & Nori asked me 'She was trying to Dive? :) '. I answered 'Yes, that's what it looked like - I was holding her to keep her safe - & she moved to slip off my hand on purpose & got underwater - For just 2 seconds, because I took her out of the bathtub - & she's ok'.

Nori carefully took Emaya from Me, toweled her after the bath & told me 'Of course She's Ok! :) - Don't Worry, Honey!  ^_^  - Babies can dive Soon after Birth! :) - If it's not practiced, they can forget it when they get older - And she's just started practicing Herself! :) - we both Love Water so I am sure She will soon be as Great Swimmer as We are! - if she is ready to start so fast :) - she's just showed it Today! :) '.

I answered 'You're right! :) - I heard about 'Swimming & Diving Babies' :) - so seems that She wants to be One of Them! :) '. Nori answered 'Exactly!  ^_^ ' - then told Emaya 'And You, Young Lady - Don't scare Your Daddy Ever Again - He loves you very much & wants to Keep You Safe! :) - & I've Never Seen him As Scared as Today'.

Emaya looked into Nori's eyes with a Serious Face & answered 'Mo mo' - which meant 'I Promise, Mom!'.

Soon after that, When we all went to sleep - I had a Dream about Us All Swimming Together. I called that dream 'My Swimming Family' - & decided to soon start Teaching Emaya How to Swim :)
