Yukio's P.O.V.

I woke up and looked around the room. There was a bright light coming through the window, meaning it was daytime. I heard a door open, someone gasp, and then a set of feet run down until I couldn't hear their foot steps. I slowly sat up and put a hand on my forehead, my head was hurting. Then I heard a different set of feet before I looked up and saw Rin. He was in his exorcist uniform and he had bags under his eyes. He wasn't sleeping again, but I couldn't be mad at him for that right now. He ran to me and hugged me very tightly. I hugged back as he started to cry. He stopped crying after a little bit and pulled away, and put his hands on my shoulders. He looked angry, something I haven't seen him like in awhile.

"Are you angry?" I asked.

"No, I'm furious because you did something idiotic. Do you how much I was worrying about you?" He said before he sighed. "But I don't care about that right now." He said before he hugged me again. We stayed in that hug before I noticed tiny pale marks on his forehead.

"Hey Rin?"

"Mm?" He hummed in response, showing me he was listening.

"What are these marks on your forehead?" I asked before he pulled away. He looked guilty.

"They're left over from when I smushed my head in a mirror 20 years ago."

"Wha-what? Why did you do that?"

"I wasn't in the best state of mind after losing you and everyone else." He said as his bangs covered his right eye. I just pulled him into another hug. He hugged back and rested his head on my shoulder.

"Rin, can you promise me something?" I asked after a few minutes.

"Anything."

"Don't forget about me."

"I won't."

I hope that doesn't turn out to be a lie Rin.
