"Where's some granola? Don't they have some granola, cereal at least?" I grumbled as I looked through the kitchen cabinets. After a long and dreamless sleep I had woken up around 9 AM. While I was looking for something to eat I philosophized about last night.

I was surprised by the fact that I hadn't dreamt at all last night, these days I would've woken up due to bad dreams. The most vivid and most common dream was the one in the alley. Somehow the dream didn't occur this time. I didn't know whether to feel relieved or concerned. Suddenly I thought of a saying I heard somewhere. Or I made it up myself. I don't know. Dreams represent the thoughts of the hidden brain activity at night when the subconsciousness is in charge.

I wanted to know why I had these dreams and why it felt so close, why I felt like I was playing the main character and not only because it was my dream. This caused me to feel concerned about my dreams and that they had stopped.

Meanwhile I opened a drawer and found an almost empty box of cereal. With a happy grin I opened a cabinet where I'd spotted bowls earlier. I shook the box of cereal and hesitated if I should use the last bit that was left. Finally I made the decision to go for it, if it bothered them I could just buy a new box. With that in mind I opened the fridge and poured some milk in the bowl with cereal. I returned to the couch and pulled the blanket over my body again. On my lap lay a handwritten letter from Jungkook. When I woke up at 9 AM I'd found a letter on the coffee table. I picked it up and re-read it.

Dear Brooke,

I know I told you that I would be free today, but our manager called us last night when you were asleep. He told us that we have a photoshoot. It won't take too long, we'll be back at 1 PM. Maybe you haven't even woken up by that time, you looked so fast asleep. Make yourself at home, you're free to stay as long as you want.

Well, actually... my hospitality isn't the only reason why I'm telling you that. Our manager told me that he didn't like my action. He understands, but are saying that they don't want you to leave the dorm in case you might get seen in the daylight. I'm very sorry. I don't know who told him, but I guess it was V hyung. We had a little argue yesterday ㅋㅋㅋㅋ. One of the managers will take you home as soon as they dropped us off at the dorm. I hope you understand.

p.s. Rapmon hyung went grocery shopping so there should be enough food in the fridge. Sorry for it being this way.

I sighed and silently ate my cereal. The handwritten letter was odd in my eyes, because I he could've texted me, yet he didn't. The old-fashionedness had its charm, which brought a secret smile to my face.

Even though my stomach had calmed down I made sure to eat things I was used to and made the portion smaller. After eating really slowly I finished the breakfast in fifteen minutes. Then I stood up and placed the bowl back after I'd cleaned it.

The clock on the microwave told me it was a little over 10 AM. I started to feel bored and decided to explore the dorm a bit. I made a deal with myself that it would be alright to do so as long as I didn't enter the boys' rooms.

The first door I opened led to a well cleaned room with brown walls. J-hope I guessed. Then I shut the door, not allowing myself more than a little peak inside. This went on for the next three doors, until I opened the fourth door in the hallway. I'd happened to find the bathroom. I looked at myself and smelled my arm pit. My pink school uniform had embellished me for the past 24 hours, however I decided it was time for a quick shower.

I walked into the bathroom and turned on the douche. Then I stripped from my clothes after locking the door behind me. The members wouldn't come back for at least another hour, but I could better be safe than sorry.

As soon as the water hit my body I felt refreshed. My stomach still felt a bit uneasily, but I wouldn't be bothered by my own smell. That thought made me smell my arm pit and with a shocked and disgusted face I pulled back. Quickly I picked up the soap and rinsed my body thoroughly.

I opened the drawer underneath the sink and picked up a soft blue towel. After I draped it around my body and towel dried my hair with another towel, Ilooked at myself in the mirror. My mascara was smudged underneath my eyes even though I'd showered and I went through the cabinet. To my surprise they had eye remover so I gratefully used it.

After getting rid of all the mascara I put on my school uniform and dunked the towels in the laundry basket. After leaving the bathroom behind I continued my quest through the dorm. The fourth room on the left didn't look like a bedroom: it was completely dark, even without any daylight lightning up the place. The room lured me towards itself, using my curiosity.

Step by step I set food in the room. My hands went along the the walls, searching for the familiar shape of a light switch. I bumped into a hard objective, probably made of wood, and I cursed underneath my breath. One hand went to my knee while the other continued looking for the switch.

I'd finally found it and turned on the lights. The lamps flickered at first and then went off again. I furrowed my eyebrows as I didn't know what was happening, but then the lamps went on. I made a guess that the room wasn't used regularly.

As the lamps vaguely lightened the room I could distinguish the contours of two big bookshelves. My eyes opened at the unexpected sight and my feet automatically moved towards the bookshelf on my right. My arm moved up on its own and stroke at the backs of the old books. The, in cotton bound, books felt familiar under my touch.

Using my left hand I browsed through the old books, whom I recognized some titels, while supporting the book with my right hand on its back. I'd sat down, crossed-legged, with a few piles of books I'd picked around me.

Time seemed to fly when I heard the front door open. Voices were speaking loudly and I rushed towards the living room after quickly putting the books back where they belonged. I could recognize Jungkook's voice arguing with another male whose voice was deep. Other members were following the two boys silently as I only heard their footsteps . I went to sit down on the couch and turned round so I could see and hear more clearly what was going on.

"Yah, V hyung come here!" the maknae yelled after his friend. The pace of the footsteps quickened and I saw V hyung rushing inside the kitchen, closely followed by Jungkook. "Hyung!" he yelled again.

V was opening the drawers and the cabinets in the kitchen, clearly looking for something. "Where is it!?"

"What do you mean?!" Jungkook voice skipped, revealing that he knew exactly what V meant.

"Don't deny it. I know you ate it! Just wait, I'll find it, you brat."

From the living room I couldn't see the boys but I could imagine their killer looks while they stood across each other. V trying to kill Jungkook with his look, his eyes piercing through Jungkook's waiting for Jungkook to let his guard down. He was waiting for the moment he could see through Jungkook's lies.

The other members then walked inside. The first one who entered was Jimin who went straight to the kitchen to calm his dongseangs down. His eyebrows were furrowed and there was a slight pout on his face. It looked like he didn't like bickering. "Guys," he tried to say, "don't let yourself be carried away like that." In vain he tried to calm the boys down with a nervous laugh. "You're better than that." However the two boys continued giving dead glares to each other.

The next person to come in was Jin who spotted my head above the back of the sofa and waved at me. It looked like he was not affected by the situation at all and went to pour himself a cup of water and went to his room. Other members went to their rooms as well as they looked like they were done appeasing the bickering of the younger ones. They all walked passed me and gave me a head bow.

"BITCH, YOU ATE MY CEREAL!" V's voice sounded through the appartment.

Shit... Should I go in and tell them it was me?

"How did it end up in the trashcan?" Jungkook mumbled. "I didn't throw it away."

"So you admit you ate them!"

Jungkook ran backwards towards the living room, followed by V who held a slipper in his hand - ready to beat him. "Brooke help!" Jungkook hid behind the couch. V was coming closer and Jungkook ran towards the other side of the room like a scared mouse. Jimin had given up and was watching the drama from the sideline while I sat right inside the battle field. V held his slipper firmly and his arm went back. Jungkook's already big eyes widened further while he looked at the slipper.

I decided it was time to intervene. "It was me," I said in a soft voice. Both boys immediately looked at me, full of disbelief. "It was me who ate the last bit of cereal," I repeated. "I'm sorry V, I'll buy you a new box."

Jungkook looked relieved when V's arm lowered after my confession. "My name's Brooke by the way. I'm eighteen years old."

I expected a glare from the silver haired boy, but instead he gave me a smile. It was cute how his mouth would form the shape of box as he smiled. "You like cereal too?"

"I love it," I replied.

He turned to Jungkook. "I like her."

Jungkook acted like he didn't hear that and turned towards me. "Are you feeling good enough to go home? The manager can drive you home now."

V pouted. "Why does she have to go, Jungkookie? I wanna talk to my new friend."

However I didn't complain about being alongside the BTS members, I wanted to go home. It didn't feel right to be here so long and use their house as mine. I'd been here over 14 hours and it was time for me to go. My host mom would've woken up from the nap she always took after her late night shift. I promised to be back in the AM so I'd better be going. Plus, soon there would be blood flowing down my thighs.

"I'd like to go now. My host mother must be worried," I announced. I carefully stood up, making sure that my skirt would rise up my thighs. I saw them looking, but they acted like they didn't notice. However it was obvious, it was nice of them to act mature. Jungkook then walked me to the door and handed me my backpack. "I'll see you around V," I said before exciting the appartment and waving at him. The boy waved back and went to his room.

"I'll see you around at school then," he sighed.

"I guess so."

"I will only be attending a few classes the upcoming weeks, so I guess we won't be able to hang out a lot. I also got private tutoring."

I shrugged my shoulders. "So be it..." The manager appeared in the elevator and I distanced myself from Jungkook.

It took fifteen minutes to reach my appartement and I spent the rest of the day studying for the upcoming week.
