Most of the students of Union Academy were finished with their exams all apart from (Y/n) who was busy training with Pyrrha, Joan, and Izuki. Pyrrha heard of the intense training from Joan and wanted to join in.

She struggled at first but her strong willpower and incredible skills allowed her to adapt quickly to the gravity. Pyrrha was trying to run at him and land a clean hit but he sidestepped and she crashed into Izuki. They fell to the floor as Joan tried a sneak attack but was flicked in the forehead by (Y/n).

They groaned as (Y/n) turned the gravity back to normal.

(Y/n):"You girls are doing better!"

Pyrrha:"Th-thank you."

He went to the special fridge and grabbed some water and gave them some.

Izuki:"(Y/n), have you heard anything about your exam?"

(Y/n):"Not yet. But I'm sure something will be set."

Joan:"Well, you're (Y/n)! No matter what, you can take on anything!"

(Y/n):"Heh, not quite. After all there are some mentors of mine that are stronger than me several times over. And recently, I learned that there's a multiverse with a wide range of incredible fighters all around. I may be strong in my own universe, but I may be weak in comparison to another universe."

Izuki:"Oh..."

They all looked down and he sat with them all and smiled.

(Y/n):"Hey! Cheer up. Even if I'm not the strongest, I'll always strive to keep everyone I hold dear safe. No matter what gets thrown my way, I'll break through and push past my limits!"

They all smiled and finished resting up their sore muscles and walked out with him. As soon as they stepped out, the PA system went off.

Ozpin:"Would (Y/n) please report to Practice Arena 5? I repeat, would (Y/n) please report to Practice Arena 5?"

(Y/n):"Heh, looks like it's time to fight. I'll see you guys later."

Izuki:"Good luck!"

Joan:"Go kick some butt!"

Pyrrha:"We'll all be rooting for you!"

He smiled at them before flying off to the arena as they went to their dorm to relax. Before they did, their Scrolls buzzed and they received a message which contained a link to watch his exam. They nodded and ran to meet up with their friends and watch it together.

They met up with team RWBY and the members of the occult research club, plus Kirishima. They sat around in the common room as Rias swiped the live feed from her scroll to the TV.

Your POV

I walked into the arena and saw that it was a blank grip that stretched on for miles. Suddenly, the floor and walls began glowing and became a large and open field. It was quite peaceful and beautiful.

I did a few stretches and fixed up my gi.

I began walking around the meadow for a bit before I felt a large energy spike out of nowhere. I turned in the direction of it and heard a sinister laugh. I got ready as I saw a guy older than me float towards me. He stopped several feet away from and looked at me.

?:"So you must be that young upstart Ozpin hyped up so much."

"And you are? Wait, let me guess. Some generic edgelord with a plethora of backstories to choose from?"

He only laughed.

?:"Not even. You have some serious balls to talk to me like that. I am a fourth year here at Union Academy. Although, I was given a pass to avoid all my classes and do real work in the world."

"Wait, you're that guy that can use black holes right?"

As the students watched the match, they realized (Y/n) wasn't just fighting any other person but a dangerous man.

Ruby looked at the screen anxiously so Yang grabbed her hand and gave her a small nod a smile.

Yang:"He's got this!"

Xerxes:"So that's all you know? Pitiful. I am Xerxes! The strongest student, no person, in the world!"

"What makes you so tough?"

Xerxes:"I was going to ask you the same thing. But, allow me to share with you my story. As a child, I grew up having no quirk nor could I maintain an aura stable enough for me to use a semblance. I was simply unable to use chakra as well. Yet, this never stopped my young heart from dreaming of being a hero."

I just looked at him as he went down memory lane.

Xerxes:"And then it was time to join this school. I got by simply by using tactics and other people's powers to pass the entrance exams. However, soon word got out that I was powerless. This made me a prime target for bullying. Despite that, I tried and tried to succeed only to be put down by everyone around me."

He brushed some hair aside showing off some scars on his forehead.

Xerxes:"And one night, my bullies snuck into my dorm and gagged me and hogtied me. They dragged me out to the Emerald Forest and beat me to near death so the Grimm could finish the job. As I shed what I believed to be my last tears, I found myself in a bright and empty space. A glowing figure gifted to me his powers and I became a new man that night!"

He smiled as he swirled his hands making storm clouds roll inside the arena as it began pouring down hard.

Xerxes:"I hid away for several months letting all believe I died. Then, from out of nowhere, I returned to the school and made my bullies suffer! Each and every last one of them felt the pain I was subjugated to! Everyone feared me even the teachers that ignored my pleas for help! You see, the current teachers at this school were replacements for the old ones!"

"What happened to the old ones?"

Xerxes:"Simple. I used my many powers to liquefy them and send them down the drain! And because my triumphant return was fearful, the women flocked to me. They were pathetic shallow whores who only wanted to date strong guys and I was the only one left. So I broke them and they became nothing more than some sluts I let roam my house. As the years went by, I picked up some more women. And lately I'm thinking of picking up some first years as I've done before."

He licked his lips when he said that and I frowned.

"Oh you sick fuck! Aren't you like 20?!"

Xerxes:"I am, but it's not like anyone can stop me. All the armies in the world are too scared to try and fight me!"

"Pathetic."

Xerxes:"Oh? And I suppose you could stop me? Ozpin had high hopes for you."

"Well, his hopes wouldn't be misplaced. I'm stronger than you can even imagine."

Xerxes:"You must believe your quirk to be uber powerful."

"I don't have a quirk, semblance, or chakra. What I use is ki! And it was the product of me training my ass off under the mightiest warriors in the universe!"

Xerxes seemed to smile at this.

Xerxes:"Well now, this could be fun. Your parents must've been proud when you became the best first year. My parents were proud of me after hearing what happened to my bullies and teachers!"

He laughed evilly as I spit on the ground.

"Why would I need the approval of the people who didn't even want me in the first place?"

He stopped laughing and looked at me and smiled.

Ruby:"(Y/n)..."

Joan:"That's awful..."

Nora and Ren hugged each other as his other friends looked on with pity. No one really knew much about (Y/n) apart from the fact he fought throughout time to keep the timeline in check.

"I was a weak and malnourished brat living on the street. I wanted nothing more than to die, until I saw them... Until I saw the Z Fighters in action! The things they did inspired me. And by chance, I was met by a kind woman who took me as her own and cared for me. Chronoa, helped me reach my dream and soon I trained under all the Z Fighters and learned to master ki. Since I was a human amongst aliens, I was also looked down upon."

Xerxes nodded his head softly as I looked down at my scarred hands.

"But that didn't stop me and I kept pushing past my own limits and eventually became the strongest human to exist. "

Xerxes clapped and thunder rumbled across the arena.

Xerxes:"Excellent! You and I aren't so different after all! This is going to be one for the ages my friend! Tell me, do you have any lovers?"

"Yeah... I do. Why do you ask?"

Xerxes:"Well, once I beat you, they're going to have second-hand embarrassment and come crawling to me."

"......what?"

Xerxes:"You heard me. Whatever little cuties you have are going to be mine. As long as they tend to my needs then all will be fine~"

Something inside me suddenly snapped as the wind around us became fierce and lightning flashed all around us and the thunder boomed louder than before. The wind was blowing my hair all over the place as I looked at him with a sadistic smile.

"Care to repeat that, you son of a bitch?!"

He smirked before I dashed at him with great speed and punched him hard in the gut. His cheeks puffed up before he spat out blood and was launched away. He floated in the air and wiped his mouth and looked at the blood on his hand.

Xerxes:"That...hurt... THAT ACTUALLY HURT!!!"

He teleported in front of me and tried to tried to punch me but I jumped away and got in a fighting stance as did he.

Xerxes:"So hotshot, you want to fight me?"

"Fight you? No. I want to kill you."

I smirked at him as everyone felt their blood run cold.

Kirishima:"Holy crap! (Y/n) isn't serious is he?!"

Akeno:"He is. (Y/n) really does plan on killing Xerxes."

Rias:"This may be his biggest fight yet."

Everyone gulped as they watched the screen intently waiting to see what happens next.
