As seen in many places, all around the world its hard to stop the bull. Most of the time you probably see it at school. Well that is probably because kids usually think they can get away with it. Bullies also get away with it online because its not like a S.W.A.T. team is going to chase them down for cyber-bullying. If you see bulling online, stand up, they can't hurt you online! If you see it at your school report it that doesn't work, stand up.
