-Time skips to about one year later-

"Hey Leeeeeoooo..." Corrin hummed childishly.

Leo looked up from his book

"Yeah Corrin?" He said a little frustrated.

"Guess what Xander said!" she said excitingly.

Leo had rolled his eyes

"Huh?" he said sounding annoyed.

"Well big brother said that if I keep working on my sword skills I could be even better then him one day!" she said as she smiled really big. "Isn't that the coolest?"

Leo felt a little jealous to hear that his eldest brother had given her such a lie of a compliment to Corrin... or was it just him envying that she always seemed to get more compliments from Xander and Camilla, but why? He wanted some attention too. Especially from his beloved older siblings.

"Pfft... yeah that's nice..." Leo said sarcastically.

"Hey! What's wrong with you?" Corrin said angrily.

"Nothing at all.." Leo said as he walked out of the room.

"Wait up!" Corrin yelled.

Corrin wasn't about to let him go that easily. She chased after him, and hug tackled him.

"Ugh Corrin! Get off of me!" he yelled.

"Nope! not until you tell me why you're so grumpy, Leo.

He pushed her off of him, causing her to fall.

"I said no Corrin! Now please why don't you stop following me around and just leave me alone for once!"

Leo walked away rapidly to his bedroom. Corrrin was still sitting on the floor. She looked like she was about to cry. Leon had felt really bad about what he said to Corrin, but still felt that he wasn't completely wrong for what he did, but he knew he had to make it up to her somehow.

Leo then thought of a plan. He was very aware of how clever he was after all. He snuck through the hallways until he got to Corrin's room. He peeked in to see if anyone was there. She was out for her usual evening snack, just as he planned she would be. He smiled and quickly placed a note on her pillow and ran out.

I hope she sees it soon he thought.

Later...

Corrin had come back to her room. She glared at her bed and had noticed the little slip of paper on her pillow. She picked up the note. It read:

To: Corrin

From: ...

Come meet me in the garden as soon as you read this note. I'll be waiting for you under the largest cherry blossom tree with a surprise.

Under the text was a drawing of a cherry blossom tree.

Corrin smiled and rushed to the tree. At first, she saw no one there and began to look around.

"Hello?" she said confused.

She felt something touching her head.

"Ahhhh! Camilla help! There's a monster in the garden!" she screamed.

"Corrin shhh... It's just me..." Leo said.

"Oh it's just you... Why are you so mean to me? You set this up to scare me huh!?"

"No... not at all... I just... I mean I kinda just wanted to say I was sorry for earlier when I pushed you down. I was just jealous really, but anyway do you like it?"

"Like what?" she said confused.

"You know the headband I just put on your head." He looked down at the ground and blushed.

"Oh! That's what was on my head!" She gently took it off and stared at it.

"Leo it's gorgeous!" she hugged him and put it back on. "How do I look?"

"Well... I think it looks really pretty on you..." He blushed again. "But um... Hey! Let me fix it a little."

He gently adjusted Corrin's headband. "There!" he smiled.

"I think we should head back now... It's getting kind of dark out here." Leo said.

"Hey Leo wait up!" she yelled.

"Well okay."

"Now close your eyes!" she giggled.

He closed his eyes and wondered what she was going to do. Corrin had pulled out her old plain, black headband.

"Annnd here!" Corrin said proud.

"Now we can match!" she said happily.

Leo opened his eyes to see he too was wearing a headband.

"So are you gonna keep wearing it?" she said smiling.

"Well of course!" he smiled back.

"....but only if you keep wearing yours!" Leo said happily.

"Deal?"

"Okay deal!"
