My world became darkness once more as I felt my body falling into the abyss of nothing.

"Hello?" I randomly called out and getting no reply.

Damn...why me?

Suddenly, a splash of colors came into my line of sight then the coloration transformed into a city that looked ancient. My feet landed on the ground of the city as I turned my head to see the architecture looked similar to Niflheim but older and the people began to appear. Out of curiosity, I went to a person but to have that person fall down as shadows consumed this human. Then I went to another person to see the same action happen but then the other people looked at me. Their eyes filled with malice and hate.

"Murderer!"

"What?" I said as I was confused, they kept repeating the word as if held power and my hand went to my weapon. One problem: I have no weapon and that sucks. My feet started to run away from the crowd but they started to follow me and I cursed under my breath. While running through the unknown streets, my eyes picked up on the people looking at me with the same feelings and joined the crowd that started to run after me.

"Goddamnit!! What did I do to you guys!?" I shouted as my feet stopped at a dead end, the people stopped in front of me and kept saying the word. It started to get on my nerves as I was about to shout again, the sky turned to a yellowish glow and the people began to scream in fear. They started to run away to hide and said a different word 'The Seraph!' As they disappeared, my eyes saw beams of lights that hit the city then exploded.

"Shit!" I said as I started to run away from the beams of lights, my body felt the human getting tired and my eyes were getting heavy by the minute. Suddenly, I stumbled to the ground with sweat coming from my head and turned around to see one of the beams coming at me. Before I could move, I see a figure within the beam of light and that person,

"I will cleanse you're being again, ÁSTRÍÐR!"

"How-" Before I could put a word in, the beam of light blinded me to close my eyes and reopened them again to see the boys with worried expressions.

"Alice! You're awake!!" Prompto shouted in happiness as he hugged me, Gladio and Ignis sighed in relief. Noctis looked at me for a moment as Prompto let me go, Noctis hugged me and I'm surprised.

He never hugs me...right?

"Are you in pain, Miss Alice?" Ignis asked

"No...I saw..." I couldn't finish my sentence because, in all honesty, I don't know what I saw in that dream or vision, whatever you call it. All I know, it creeped me out to a whole another level. Noctis let go of me and cupped my face.

"Listen, Alice, how about we talk about it when we return to Lestallum. I want to know what you saw." Noctis said as I nodded in agreement, my eyes noticed that my body is lying down and gave the boys a look of 'WTF'

"Sorry about that missy, that was me," Gladiolus admitted looking a little smug as if he was proud of it. Basterd.

"You fainted when the spirit Sai went inside you and we were left with no option but to get outside and laid you down," Ignis explained further as Noctis helped me up, we started to head back to Lestallum and the boys talked more what happened after I fainted. Apparently, I was screaming for help for a good fifteen minutes after I calmed down when I woke up. After that, Noctis had some vision about the Meteor and his headaches are getting worse. Ignis believes that his headaches and my spirits are connected in some way. I call bullshit. We finally made it to Lestallum to check in to the hotel where everyone is and they welcomed us. We stayed for a moment as my eyes landed on my ghost lady standing with us and we made eye contact. We didn't move for a minute until she moved outside and started to run. I ran after her to see if I could question her but after ten minutes of chasing her, she disappeared...again. I signed in frustration of not getting any answers and voice called out to me,

"Alice! Why did you run so fast?" I turned my head to see it was Noctis and his friends.

"...Now, I know I'm going crazy." I muttered but I knew the boys had heard what I said

"Missy, you saw something?" Gladiolus asked as I nodded, I started to tell them about the strange dream I had after the last visit to the Royal Arms and the ghost woman I see at times. We started to walk as the boys were silent, I guess they are trying to wrap their minds about my adventure and I said,

"Say something, you idiots. Your silence is overbearing."

"...Well, I can honestly say that dream you had is insane and so it's a little too much info," Prompto said first as we all groaned in annoyance and Ignis added,

"I'm afraid that I would agree with Prompto but we can't rule that dream out so easily."

"What do you mean, Iggy?" Noctis asked in curiosity

"Think about it, Noct. Alice's spirits are in the royal tombs and we been given little information. As far as I see it, we get more questions than answers." Ignis replied as Gladiolus nodded at his statement, Prompto and Noctis sighed in unison.

"Yeah, questions that don't make fucking sense," I said

"The only one that had given us information was the first Grandmaster Keta, at the first royal tomb about the Grandmasters and the traitor. Remember what the Grandmasters said about the traitor? I believe that traitor is close and here in this world, so to speak."

"But we don't know what this traitor looks like so, what do we do?" Noctis said with uncertainty

"The best we can do is be aware and tried to get more information on the traitor. Let's ask the spirits about that subject when we are away from a populated city." Ignis said as the boys nodded their heads in agreement and I said,

"Yeah, there isn't much we can do. So with that said, what did the Talcott want?" I asked

"Oh, we thanked him for the information about the sword," Noctis said

"Now, we are going to the outlook to see the Meteor through the viewer thingys!" Prompto said excitedly and I gave him a confused look

"What the hell is a viewer?"

"Come on Alice, you never heard of a viewer?!"

"No." I bluntly said as Gladiolus laughed at my response, Ignis sighed as if he expected this and Gladiolus said,

"Missy, you are funny!"

"Come on Alice, I'll show you want I'm talking about!" Prompto said as he took my hand, he started to lead me but I felt another person taking my hand. My eyes turned to see Noctis took my hand and said,

"I'll be taking Alice there, Prompto. You let go of her hand."

"Na uh! I can take her, Noct! You let go!" Prompto retorted

"No, you let go!" I sighed at this pointless argument they were having. Gladiolus and Ignis didn't bother to help. So, meaning they were enjoying this; Basterds!!! Sadly, they argued all the way until we got there which was...embarrassing I think is weird. A lot of people were giggling or staring at my situation. As we got to the outlook, we spot a familiar stranger with the purple hair.

This fucker....again...Someone kill me...now!

"What a coincidence," Ardyn said as he waved to our group, he kept his gaze at me with made me uncomfortable as always and I felt a rough tug to my left side. Prompto let go of my hand as my body landed in front of Noctis and he wrapped his arms around my waist.

Noctis is being clingy...why? Is this a greeting or a challenge to fight? I'm confused.

"I'm not so sure it is" Gladiolus replied being wary of Ardyn and he has a right to be. Ardyn is a bastard.

"Ain't nursing rhymes a curious thing? Like this one: 'From the deep, the Archaeon calls, yet on deaf ears, the god's tongue falls, The King made to kneel, in pain, he crawls." Ardyn says as he gave Noctis and me a look. He smiled as if he knew something and I didn't. Freaking prick...

"How do we keep him on his feet?" Prompto and Ardyn walking past the group and replies,

"You only need to heed the call. Visit the Archaeon and hear his plea. I can take you." He says as he looks at us for an answer, boys gathered in their circle and Noctis still holding me in his arms.

"We in?" Gladiolus asked as I struggled to get lose but it was useless.

"I don't know" Noctis replies as he tightened his grip on me for some unknown reason and I gave up. Grrrr...clingy...

"We take a ride..." Prompto said,

"but watch our backs." Gladiolus finished as Prompto nods in agreement.

"I said this is a horrible idea, boys," I said

"Why? We don't know the way and we need a guide, Alice." Gladiolus pointed out

"One: We are agreeing to follow a stranger. Two: I don't trust him. Three: He is a fucking Cherry Top man that doesn't know fucking manners. I want to kill him." I said as the boys were silence for a moment, Ignis cleared his throat and said,

"Fair enough but we are still going to follow him for guidance, Miss Alice. Please refrain from violence." Ignis said as I snorted and nodded in agreement.

"Let's do it," Noctis said as we agreed to let Ardyn lead the way, Noctis finally let go of me but took my hand. We started to follow Ardyn and he said,

"I'm not the one to stand on ceremony but such an occasion calls for an introduction. Please, call me Ardyn."

Yeah...Fucking parasite! Why is he here?! Why hasn't Medusa killed him or stopped him?!

"Come with me to the car park. That's where I left my automobile. She is a dear old thing. Pales next to your Regalia but she has never let me down. So we take two vehicles-a to convey of sorts. Shall we?" Ardyn said as we headed to the car park, my insides being completely human now were going wild or feeling it, I suppose. I couldn't shake off this terrible feeling as if we were going into something that we'll never come back from.
