Sorry for the long break :( here is the next chapter :****

Luna took your hands in hers and smiled at you brightly, she seemed happy to see you, you stood there stiff as a pencil and looked into her bright blue eyes with a shocked stare, your words were stuck in your throat as you did not know what to say, this was all to much for you apparently.. first Prompto and now Luna...

You finally managed to pull yourself together and formed a weak smile on your lips as you greeted back

"Hey, Luna, it's nice to see you again" she looked satisfied at you and let go of your hands slowly, you tried to act normal and forced another smile on your lips as you asked why she was here

"W-What brings you here?" she closed her eyes

"My parents brought me here, they think that Noctis and I should get to know each other a little better before we.. you know.. get married" her words were like a knife piercing your heart but you tried to keep your act

"Ohh, I see, then all I can say is good luck" she smiled and nodded

"Thank you, but it's not like we do not know each other at all, in our childhood we spend at lot of time together when Noctis was sick" you could not stop your eyes from moving over to Noctis who was standing there with crossed arms and avoided any eye contact with you, he looked the same like he did this morning..

"That's good then I guess.. I mean you probably know him better than any of us" Luna nodded

"You can say that, but there are still things I don't know about him, he is really stubborn at some times and you can hardly figure out what's the matter with him when he is like this, am I right Noctis?" she turned around and addressed her question toward him, you followed her voice and looked at Noctis but all he did was shrugging his shoulders

"If you say so.." he replied bored and finally loosen the arms around his chest and started walking out of the cafeteria, Luna watched him go with her own hands crossed now over her chest

"What a thick head he is.." you lowered your head and excused yourself from Luna and the others as you walked in the opposite direction

"I'm going to take my stuff from the classroom.. see you guys tomorrow" you walked fast and gave them no time to say good bye to you, you rushed into the classroom and grabbed your bag and left in a hurry.. you needed some fresh air to realize what happened today and how Noctis was acting, it literally made your heart bleed.

5 weeks had passed since Luna had joined your class, ever since she was around you never talked to Noctis again... it was not only because of Luna but also because the seat plan had changed.. you were now far away from Noctis on the other end of the classroom, you were sad because you could not talk to him anymore but actually it was good that you couldn't't, ever since Prompto told you to stay away from Noctis you followed his words and distanced yourself from him little by little, and now you were like before the time you even knew him... Noctis also never took any chances to talk to you, he had many but apparently he let them slip through is fingers because his heart was as heavy as a rock because he had to bare the weight of pain on his shoulders because he was in love with you... it's not like he never carried this weight before but now the reason why he could not suppress it anymore was around him every day since 5 weeks... it reminded him that he only had a few months left until it was to late.. he decided to leave you alone for a while, he had acted towards you very cold and absent the last month which really hurt you and he felt bad that he did, he wanted to apologize so badly but whenever he had a chance to do so he just couldn't't..

You had followed the promise that you made to Prompto the other day and wrote a letter once a month to Noctis which you burried in a chest by the big tree before the castle, you had written all your feelings in there about your and his time together but you never mentioned any of your feelings for him.. you thought that it would be better this way.

It was time again to write a new one this month since it was almost over, you sit on the window sill during your break and wrote the letter for him, once you finished you wrapped it in an envelope and closed it, the bell sounded and you place the letter over your notebook and jumped off the window sill but only to bump into someone that made you drop all your things you had in your hands

"S-Sorry, I was not paying attention!" you apologized as you slowly looked up to see Noctis beautiful blue eyes locking with yours, you lowered your head immediately as you tried to hide your shaking eyes and kneed on the ground to pick up your stuff, Noctis bend down as well and helped you as he apologized to you and let you hear his voice that actually talked with you for the first time in a while, you would lie if you'd say that you didn't miss it.. in fact your heartbeat was already speeding up by the soft sound of it...

"No, I have to apologize, it was my fault that you dropped your stuff because I was daydreaming.." he picked up your books carefully

"Don't say that.. I should have watched out to.. I was just so.... never mind" both of you stood up and he handed you the books

"T-Thank you..." you said shyly and tried not to keep eye contact for to long

"Any time.." he replied and let go of the books slowly, he looked to the side as a blue envelope caught his attention and he bend down to pick it up

"Oh, I guess we forgot this" he took it and looked at it, he found his name written on it but he acted like didn't't see it as he turned it on the other side

"Here you go" he handed you the envelope and your eyes grew big as you saw it, you took it from his hands and lowered your head

"T-Thank you very much... p-please excuse me, there is somewhere I have to go" you started running with the letter in your hands and left Noctis standing alone, he watched you and the curiousness did not leave him alone, he wanted to know what you had written into this letter that was addressed to him.. without any seconds thoughts he started following you with his powers so you wouldn't notice him.
