You let yourself fall into the bed with a large smile on your lips, this evening was just perfect and Noctis... you rolled over the side and grabbed a pillow and nuzzled your face and body in it as you continued smiling to yourself, the way he hold you in his arms made you shiver and the sound of his voice in your ear was just... your heart was pounding like crazy, you were so madly in love with him, tonight he was your king and only yours... you closed your eyes and recalled every single second you had with him.. the sweet scent of his perfume was lingering in your nose as you rested your head on his chest, you loved it, it was totally like him, everything about him was perfect.. his hair, his eyes, his skin, his voice, the way he moved, even the way he talked... you loved everything about him, his words made your heart pound as you stood with him in the middle of the room and he said that he wanted to stay with you like this forever... it made your stomach go crazy and your brain went blank.. you forgot everything and everyone around you,  the only thing that mattered was him... you then opened your eyes softly as you heard your phone buzzing on the table, you got up slowly and walked to your desk and took it, it was a text from your father

"I hope you had a wonderful night, I made you some dinner, it's in the fridge, I'm sorry that I had to delay our dinner together once again because work came up... I promise that I make it up to you! I love u, Dad"

You lied the phone down and then your eyes met the memory book that was lying under a notebook of yours, you moved it a side and picked it up, your face changed from happy to sad in a second and you sit back down on your bed with the book in your lab, you kept staring at it and then you shook your head

"What am I doing?... I live in a dream world that never will come true... just because he treads me like this does not mean that he feels anything for me.. if he would then... I don't even know how I would notice if he really would like me..." you placed the book back down on your table and your notebook on top of it

"Every time we have a moment like this I let my feelings leak out and I start to imagine things just because I am in love with him... is that really right? Am I being selfish just because I love him...? I want to be his friend... I want to spend time with him as much as I can but every time he looks at me or flick's my forehead I start forgetting about him as a friend and start thinking about him as the man I've fallen in love with..."  without another word you walked into the bathroom and took a shower and went into bed right after, you could not catch any sleep that night..

It was Christmas morning, you were standing in the kitchen baking cookies, you loved to bake, especially on Christmas, you made one of your favorite sort and placed them in a small box, these were for your friends at school and for Noctis.. you finished and decorated the box nicely before you put them in the shelf, after that you head to the bathroom and fixed your hair before you put on your winter clothes and left the house with your presents... you stopped by at Promptos and Ignis place and gave them the cookies, they seemed happy about them and so were you, your last stop was Noctis place and you started to get nervous once you stopped in front of the outside door, you hesitated again for to long if you should press the door bell or not but then the front door opened and Noctis walked out almost bumping into you

"Oh, sorry... S-Shiro?" his voice sounded surprised as he saw you standing right before his eyes, you were surprised to but then you smiled

"Merry Christmas" you lifted the small box, Noctis looked at you with big eyes, your cheeks were red because it was so could outside, you looked so cute with it in his opinion, he smiled back and took the box from your hands

"I-Is this for me?" he asked, you nodded

"Yes.. I made them myself.. I did not know what you liked so I-" he cut you of with a cute chuckle

"It's perfect! How did you know that I love cookies?"  you blushed a little and looked down

"I-I did not know.. I just guessed since you like sweet stuff..." he smiled

"Thank you.. I really like them" you smiled back and lifted your head again, then he took something out from his pocket and handed it to you

"I was just about to come over at your place, but since you came to me first, here this is for you.. merry Christmas Shiro" your eyes grew as you saw that he had a present for you as well, you took it slowly from his hands and looked at the cute paper that was wrapped around it

"F-For me?" he nodded

"Yes.. I saw it the other day and I thought that it would suit you so I bought it.." Noctis rubbed the back of his head trying to overplay his nervousness, you smiled and started to open it, your eyes started to sparkle as you saw what it was...

"T-This is... beautiful..." you said as you picked up the hair pin from the cotton, it was a silver hair pin formed like a butterfly with purple wings..

"I could not hold myself when I saw it... I just had to buy it... " your lips started to form into a smile that Noctis only saw a few times before, it was the smile that showed how happy you were from the bottom of your heart

"I-I don't know what to say! This is... you are... Thank you! Thank you so much!" you said as you started to hug him from happiness, Noctis smiled as he hugged you back

"I'm glad you like it" you let go off him and looked at the pin

"I love it! It's perfect! Thank you for giving me this! It means so much to me!" Noctis chuckled over you cute face and then he took the pin from your hands and removed your cap

"May I?" he asked, your heart started speeding up again and you nodded, he took a small strand from your black hair into his hand and secured it with the pin on the side of your head, then he stepped back

"It looks good on you, just like I thought it would" you blushed

"T-Thank you, I will wear it everyday from now on" he smiled

"I hope so, it would be a waste if it only laid in your drawer" you chuckled

"Thank you Noct, I am really happy that you gave me such a beautiful present, I feel really bad now that I only made you cookies.." Noctis flicked your forehead and made you gasp

"Dummy, how many times do I have to say that I don't care ... whatever you give me makes me happy.. even if you wouldn't given me anything at all I would be happy, and it makes your present even more precious since you spend hours making it..." his words made you loose your senses again but you tried to brush it off and keep it cool

"Don't say that.. you make blush.." he chuckled and took a step closer to you and whispered into your ear

"This was exactly my intention" he started walking and you stood there flushed for a moment

"Are you coming or what?" Noctis asked as he stopped, you turned around and looked at him confused

"Where are we going?" he smiled

"To Prompto's place, he invited us for dinner, he texted me just a moment ago" you smiled and nodded slowly

"Fine, I'm coming with you but only if you stop teasing me" Noctis started giggling

"Fine, I'll try my best" you grinned and walked towards him but then you stopped

"What's the matter?" he asked looking at you confused, you smirked and took your camera out of your pocket

"Hey Noct, take a bite from the cookies" he noticed your intentions and smiled

"Fine" he opened the box and took one out but broke it in half

"But only of you bite the other half" you nodded and walked towards him taking the cookie from his hand

"Fine" then you stepped next to him and handed him the camera, he placed his hand around your shoulder and you took the cookie in your mouth, then both of you said in sync

"Merry Christmas!" as the flash went off.
